I am a 1SG in the United States Army. I was falsely accused of abusive sexual contact by one of my platoon sergeant’s. I contacted Mike and hired him right away after our initial conversation. Eventually I was charged with an article 120 and article 93 UCMJ. When it seemed like the Army said I was guilty before innocent Mike was there by my side fully explaining everything to me and my family. He worked countless hours as this case went on for 17 months, he never wavered from my side regardless of the mountains we faced and the uphill battles we faced. Finally our day in court came and Mike was flawless even having to adjust in court when we couldn’t give the jury the entire story due to legal stuff I have no idea about. Mike took it in stride adjusted fire and destroyed the prosecution even when it seemed like he had one hand tied behind his back. Mike’s work resulted in the truth coming out and me being found not guilty of all charges. Mike has allowed me to continue my career and given me the opportunity to move forward from this unfortunate situation and work towards my retirement. Again I want to thank Mike for everything he did for me and my family over the 17 months of this case, if it was for his great work The truth probably would not have came out and there would have been a different outcome.

Pat O'Connor entered my life at the lowest point in my life: my son had been killed a few days earlier in a collision caused by a woman driving in the wrong direction on an interstate highway while allegedly intoxicated. The collision occurred near Savannah, Georgia, while I live in Virginia, a circumstance that presented a myriad or problems for pursuing a civil action against the defendant. Fortuitously, my son had a friend familiar with the legal community in the area. The friend recommended Pat and I retained him; I could not have made a better choice. Throughout the legal proceedings Pat provided advice and counsel that, in my view, could not have been surpassed; every detail was handled with an expertise gained over many years of experience. Not only did Pat make himself available at every hour of every day, wherever he may have been, he brought to bear the expertise of the supporting staff in the law firm he spearheads. While my family and I were in need of a competent lawyer, we also needed a lawyer with a heart: someone who could offer wise counsel, someone who could cope with our anger and impatience, someone who could understand and appreciate our desire for justice for our son---Pat fulfilled all expectations. John was referred to me by my Father and Step-Mother after I was injured in a car accident. He had helped them a few years before and they insisted I call John, even though I don't live in Savannah. (I do live in Georgia)
I am so glad they gave me this advice! I have permanent injuries and John and Adam were able to navigate the insurance red tape while I was able to heal. They did a fantastic job , much, much better than I could have done myself.

It’s astonishing the extreme businesses will go to save themselves instead of looking into the matters that caused the issue. These are the text and email I received literally the next morning after writing my initial review which was (CHIN CHIN) from my other email. Asking about MONEY and nothing about my case doesn’t sound kind of suspect to you? Like I also stated I “intentionally stopped paying them after no call back after numerous attempts to speak with Mr Cronk regarding a follow up) Times are not the easiest these days and I don’t have money to throw away! I am done after this review and will not put anymore energy into going back and forth. The proof is right in front ya’lls face. Like I stated the most high see’s what these people are doing I don’t have to do a thing because I’m speaking the truth! Zero stars if I had the option. This firm is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! I initially called because of a google referral and was excited due to them offering installment options. They were quick to take my deposit down payment and after never returned any of my follow up calls all which I left with the person answering the phones. I had a warrant that I desperately wanted lifted off of my back and I’ve called several times (my call log doesn’t lie) only to return nothing! This was concerning for me due to the fact it was a no release warrant and if I couldn’t get in touch with my so called attorney that was a major red flag for me in order to move forward. They had no problem snagging my first weeks payment out of my account though and immediately after that I stopped paying simply because I DID NOT SIGN UP TO DONATE TO A CHARITY!! This was business! Imagine I had turned myself in only to not have contact with the attorney I hired what a nightmare would that be. I get they maybe putting full paying clients before ones paying installments however at least return calls because technically after signing legal documents we are now in contract doing business! There you have it! Full and truthful as it can be. They might respond to this review trying to deny the truth but just know God see’s and knows. Even until this day I haven’t received a call back from them. I’ve never had to hire a lawyer before so I’m not sure if this is the norm but it’s just weird that they don’t even attempt to follow up. Tells me everything I need to know. $625 down the drain with absolutely NO service! Almost seems like a SCAM!!!
