Thank you for handling my case. Your law firm was wonderful and professional. I will definitely recommend your firm. I was in an accident while on a work vacation and just that morning I heard about this law firm on a radio commercial. I was going to take an Lyft to a family member house but the Lyft was about $130 so I cancelled that and got on the city bus and was in an accident shortly after. I called the law firm up the next day and they took care of everything for me. From my doctor visits to assistance for travel to doctors appointments.

Karthik Krishnan was the second lawyer I consulted with about my case and I wish he had been the first. Upon consultation with the first lawyer, who mislead me, I made a decision that would impact my case negatively. When Karthik got involved he brought in his professionalism, intelligence and expertise with him to the Van Nuys court. Even though my case also had to do with Canadian immigration it did not slow Karthik down, he was always prepared. Karthik remembered details of my case, with immediate answers and rebuttals. He even had knowledge of the Canadian immigration portion of the case. All of which, he just knew, without shuffling through my file. Karthik was always prepared and knows the law. Even when the original judge retired in between my scheduled court date. Karthik knew when the time was right to reschedule and have my case seen by a judge who was more level headed and fair. July 12 2023 had an accident decided to go with LHP, from the beginning , it was hard to get a hold of the case , never talked to an lawyer, when did get a hold the case worker it seem like she was agitated that called , never kept me up to date, they changed case worker in the middle of the case. Finally I got frustrated because of no feed back plus attitude . I was watching YouTube seen shouse law group called them , they listened they took my case, assigned me a case worker by the name Juan Carrillo , who is constantly giving updates and already talked to my lawyer David Woolf , whom I ask for loan. And he heard the urgency in my voice and gave me enough to pay my bills that months now normaly nobody does that . Customer in my book for shouse law group 5 stars courteous people. And they keep me updated Wich keeps my stress level down.

I was rear-ended while driving my car. After the accident, I was in pain, I was concerned about my car, I was busier than ever at work and just completely stressed across the board. I was totally unfamiliar with attorneys or the legal process and saw TV commercial after TV commercial from all the huge firms promising the moon and felt totally overwhelmed and didn't want to make a phone call to any of those law firms. It was stressing me out even more.
Through a friend, I was referred to Lowell Steiger and from the very first phone conversation, Lowell put me at ease and gave me an overview of how the process would begin and I knew I was in good hands. The next day, I spoke with Lowell's case manager Eric and he was very thorough in getting all details about the accident and was very easy to communicate with and that confirmed I made the right choice by calling Lowell.
Lowell is honest and a "straight-shooter" and explained upfront that this was not going to be a quick process and I just needed to focus on getting better and he would handle the rest. And he did.
After many medical treatments, physical therapy, etc. I slowly got better over time because I was consistent and followed my doctor's recommended treatment plan. I am almost back to living the life I had before the accident and can't believe after about 9 months of hard work and perseverance (both me and him), Lowell won the settlement that was deserved!
Lowell and his team are tenacious, they are easy to communicate with, they had my back through the entire journey and did an excellent job in settling my case against the other party's insurance company.
I am very happy with the results and am so glad I called Lowell to handle my case. Thank you Lowell!!

Lowell is an amazing lawyer! A dear friend of mine saw a video of me, when I was stuck in an elevator with my son. He immediately referred me to Lowell. Lowell was everything my friend said he was and more. He is not like most lawyers. He is very hands on. He always contacted me directly. I did not have to go through gate keepers to speak with him. He always responded to me in a timely manner. Not only that, he attentively listened to my story. He was never hurried or never rushed me. I have dealt with other lawyers in the past, and they are rushed and do not seem like they care or have time.
I have heard cases like mine can be hard to settle. I shocked when Lowell said, he would represent me. He was confident it would settle. He made sure I received the proper care. He checked in periodically to see how I was doing. He always told me what to expect. He was always very transparent. A little over one year, my case was settled. I was pleased with the outcome. Oaks law firm gave me one of the greatest experiences ever. No one is happy having a car accident it’s not an easy process dealing with insurances and doing a bunch of he said she said. Matt the attorney and his staff were beyond amazing it was slow at times but progress was being done. From the moment I contacted Mr. Nezhad's office, they were with me every step of the way. First they helped me get examined with the right people. My car was totaled in my accident and Mr. Nezhad quickly and painlessly helped me take care of replacing my car. He helped me obtain a rental and dealt with all the details. The paperwork and time I needed to spend was minimal. The area I work is different from where I live. Mr. Nezhad's office was able to find and schedule Dr and chiropractic appointments for me in both cities in convenient locations. I was very impressed they were able to find appointments for me since I work in a very very small town! Throughout the process, I was always kept in the loop with excellent communication and I could always reach someone easily when needed. Mr. Nezhad told me he would fight to get me the best settlement possible and that is exactly what he did. I have consulted with Farzad Yassini twice. Both times he was able to put my concerns at ease and talk me off the ledge of a lawsuit while the other lawyers I was consulting with were trying to talk me into it! Farzad is extremely patient, respectful, down to earth, empathetic and awesome. He was open, honest, realistic and knowledgeable about the steps and process that would be involved in a lawsuit, which I hadn't heard in detail elsewhere. Others downplayed the level of effort and the potential negative repercussions. Farzad also gave me scenarios that if true would warrant taking action. Everything he said made sense without making me incensed. He didn't take advantage of or rouse my emotions. If you want an honest assessment go to this law office. You will not be disappointed. I truly can't thank him or appreciate him enough. I filed for divorce from my ex spouse without an attorney , my husband hired an attorney and eventually, I was forced to get assistance, but my finances were limited. I retained the paralegal Elite Legal who also offered attorney services. Ayinde Jones was the attorney who represented me. The first initial over the phone conversation was polite, I gave him some insight about my divorce. He scheduled a virtual met and confer with my then husbands attorney. I immediately felt under represented by Mr. Jones. While my husband was making demands about documents I needed to provide about my finances, pension, etc. Mr. Jones didn't counter. In fact after the met and confer he never followed up with me. I eventually spoke to him after calling several times and he told me if I didn't like his services that I could go else where. I felt ashamed, embarrassed, vulnerable, and horrified that someone would speak to me in that unprofessional manner. I hadn't done enough research and was ignorant about everything that had to do with protocol and attorney. I also didn't have the resources obtain anyone else. I contacted Elite Legal to complain about my experience with Mr. Jones and my complaint fell upon deaf ears. I also didn't realize that every court appearance from Mr. Jone's would be $400. I was lead to believe that lawyer representation was included in the entire amount I paid. Mr. Jones was horrible, he only should up virtually in court which really made it hard for me because if I had questions I was unable to ask or if I didn't understand something I didn't have him actually present. The reason I decided to get representation is because I didn't understand court proceedings. He never called the night before court to counsel me. He never followed up with me after court dates, when I would call I went straight to voicemail. We had a settlement agreement date set by the judge for a Santa Monica location which Mr. Jones declined which pushed our date back and changed the venue to a location further away which made me have to travel further. He never called me the day before to discuss anything regarding strategy or explain what I should be prepared for, so I didn't know what to expect. He also should up 45 mins late. I felt very much alone during the negotiations, it was as if I was alone and Mr. Jones and the Judge were just trying to get me to agree to anything so that they could end the day. In between negotiation Mr. Jones would go out in the lobby and talk to other clients, or precede virtually in court for his other clients, and I found myself having to go out into the lobby to retrieve him when the judge would ask for me to return to her office. The entire time he and the judge had conversations in front of me regarding how expensive it would be for me if I decided to go to trail. It was insulting, and the used manipulative tactics to scare me into not going to trail. He made me feel alone in the entire process. He was unprofessional and he did not do his job, he didn't even take out the time to go over the settlement agreement. It was emotional and overwhelming, the process was rushed and Mr. Jone's not advocate for me that day. He should have taken time to see if I had concerns, or questions, about the agreement and he didn't, nor did he follow up, so a lot of concerns, and questions never got answered, because after that count date he never contacted me until he needed me to sign off and I then listed the concerns, but Mr. Jone's had already received his $1,500.00 for one day , and would assist me any further. Don't use him as an attorney at least not if you are poor, and ignorant about the law . I plain on reporting his misconduct to the board, I don't know if that will encourage him to treat all his clients with dignity and respect no matter how much money they have.

After over a year of working on my case they weren’t able to help me out. Teresa Ramos was assigned to my case. She is the worst attorney there is a lot of lack of communication and effort . She won’t respond to your messages or calls. They’ll say she is busy and she’ll make you feel like your case is being neglected and no communication for months and when she does answer she’ll talk over you. After dealing with someone as awful like her I decided to move forward with a different office which was the best decision I made. Don’t waste your time here you’ll regret it !

Steve was brought in to take make case to trial by the attorney that I already had who had been working on my case for years. Apparently, the word was that Steve is one heck of a trial attorney, and I trusted my current lawyer for his recommendation. I got to know Steve in the year before our trial, but I got to know him much better when we sat next to each other for 2 weeks as he tried my case to verdict in Downtown, Los Angeles. I am 63 years old and had a very bad neck and shoulder injury due to the negligence of the defendant in our case, which required 2 surgeries. After a 2 week trial the jury awarded me $2,200,000. I was more than vindicated by the verdict and shortly thereafter Steve asked me what I thought of his performance during the trial, and this is what I have to say about that:
The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines the word CRAFTSMAN as "one who has skill in a particular art; a man who practices a craft with great skill."
I can tell you first hand that the word craftsman surely describes the elegant and compassionate legal work and preparation of Steve and his team. Comparable to an Old World Master, painstakingly educated in the most intricate skills of his legal craft, Steve's extraordinary representation was nothing less than masterful.
I can truly compare the manner in which Steve tried my case to the work of a Michelangelo sculpture or a Da' Vinci painting…is was a masterpiece in every sense of the word. Steve paid attention to the smallest detail, and didn't overlook anything. In fact, Steve was so well prepared for the trial that at some point it was evident that the defense attorney was learning things about the case for the first time.
Also, the technology Steve used during the trial was mind blowing. The manner in which Steve presented the evidence through the use of technology, such as animations of my surgeries being narrated by my actual surgeons, and the reconstruction of the horrific collision that herniated 2 discs in my neck that was prepared by an accident reconstruction, was very impressive not only to me, and the jury, but also to opposing counsel, who several times during our trial leaned over to Steve and said "you gotta teach me how to use that stuff after this trial is over."
Those who choose to do battle with Steve and underestimate his talents, do so at the considerable risk of suffering his wrath. It was more than a pleasure---it was a honor---to have Steve represent me in court, as he is justice personified. He not only put his legal mind into it, but it was evident that his heart was in all the way.
After four very difficult years of pain, suffering and frustration and a 9 day excruciating trial, we both sat should-to-shoulder at plaintiff's table, anxiously awaiting the verdict. As the jury verdict was read and the realization of our victory became apparent, I dissolved somewhat embarrassingly into tears, only to immediately feel Steve's comforting hand on my shoulder. It was only then I realized that Steve, too, became very emotional himself. It was a long and hard fought battle and a tremendous victory.

My wife and I were lucky enough to find Steve Vartazarian soon after he opened his own office, after a successful run with a Beverly Hills firm.
There was little interest in the product liability of hip cases in early 2011 when we first approached him. The case was a long and exhausting one for all concerned as it involved 5 hip replacements, several dislocations, two serious hip infections, eventually ending up with a ‘temporary hip’. It took almost 5 years to get to trial as the defendants moved the case out of the California courts, but Steve kept moving It back and never lost his focus . He has surrounded himself with a small staff of knowledgeable and committed professionals, all of whom performed tirelessly on our behalf.

Last year I was rear ended pretty badly. The other party did not have any ins on hand at the time. I was recommended by a friend to seek out help with Bobby. He is super nice and knowledgeable.
