I needed a contract written up for a business transaction, which Anthony drafted for me. He negotiated with the other side and within a week, the contract was ready and signed. It was an emergency situation and he worked on it day and night so that it could be done by my deadline.

Mr. Hamassian was very knowledgeable and honest with the work that he did for me. I had an issue with a tenant of mine because my lease was poorly written from before. Mr. Hamassian helped me resolve the problem with the tenant and even drafted a new lease for the new tenant.
He also does wills and trusts, which I just happened to mention to him. He is currently working on that for me as well. From my experience so far, he is an honest and fair attorney. This was an absolute insane ordeal and Danny and Josh and everyone at the Stanley franklin law firm helped me more than I could have ever hoped. I was a passenger in an UBER car when I was hit while sitting in the back seat of the car. I hit my head and nose on the seat in front of me, had blood gushing from my nose and ended up with a bad nose and back injury. I had been in previous car accidents before and had my knowledge and know how of how lawyers operate and I didnt have any real good experiences at all. In fact, the other lawyers I had never gave me status updates on the case, was always getting passed from one secretary to the other and was always in the dark about my cases. This was not the case here at the franklin family law firm and the difference was real. They helped me with the UBER claim and also got me in touch with some great doctors for the case, and I was able to get the best possible medical care and treatment for my case. That was my first goal and they got me in touch with the best doctors in Beverly Hills and around the valley for my bad injuries. They always told me I would be taken care of from the doctors and they stuck to their word. Next was the fact that they didnt just take the initial offer from UBER. They went to work, put their head down and worked out a settlement for me that I did not expect at all. We will never forget what happened in June of 2021 when we were driving in our car and got slammed into by a distracted driver. I had multiple pelvic fractures and my girlfriend also had broken bones.
