I had a consult with Leanne Ohle and hired her for a divorce. My experience in working with her was very poor as communication was very limited, office was rarely open, and she was slow to answer. I found her to be abrasive. I would not recommend her.

When picking an attorney to represent you there is alot of things you want and need to see in them. Lance checks all the boxes. He is confident and realistic. I had hired Lance for a tough case that could have meant decades of separation from family and life and I'm glad I did. My outcome was minimal and very acceptable. Tim was the hired attorney who represented me during a very contentious time with my son's mother over the details of our child support and time sharing agreement which had to be amended during a career transition 10 years ago. He represented me strongly and I felt that my best interests were always being looked out for. Recently, I consulted Tim again as my son has decided to reside with me for the remainder of his time in high school. Tim gave me excellent advice on how best to achieve this without incurring excessive financial burden. He referred me to a Mediator who was able to help me achieve this goal without officially involving attorneys for this cycle. There are two types of professionals I don't like dealing with: Doctors and Lawyers.
So when I got into my accident, I dreaded what I would have to go through. Bill didn't want to put me through any extra pain. He took care of it. Just all of it. Didn't have to think about anything. I just went to the doctors I needed and went about my life. An occasional phone call, email or letter, that was all he needed from me. He didn't give up even when the battle was tough. And he won it.
I pray I would never need this service again. But should I. There's no one else I would go to.

Kibbey and Jason my family can't thank you enough for being our Angels. I told my husband early on that you all were appointed by God to fight this battle for my family. There were days I didn't want to leave my home because my family and I were being followed, I felt as if I were being harassed all because my husband an Osceola County Deputy was wrongly accused of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, theft of government funds, and aggravated identity theft in a scheme to obtain fraudulent federal income tax refunds. I felt as if my life was ending. These great men looked my husband and I in the eyes and said we will fight until the end. Titus we Promise you we will fight with all of our being and they did. On December 5, 2015 at 8:09pm 13 jurors walked into the courtroom with their heads held high and came to an agreement that my husband is Not Guilty! Not Guilty was read 3 times and all could hear in the room was my husband Cry Out Before The Amazing God We Serve Thank You God...Thank You God! Judge Walker could have stopped reading and asked my husband to end his Cry however he zoned it out and continued to read Jury instructions, thanked the jury, and the attorneys. My husbands friend sat next to me as I cried and mumbled Thank You God over and over again. As you know here are only 12 Jurors during a Federal Trial however during my husbands week long trial my father passed away! Kibbey and Jason remined me that my dad was going to be the Angel in the room as the jurors deliberated. I say my dad was the Foreman. Thank you daddy, I love you for giving your life so my husband can be Free!
