I hired Attorney Edward Buchanan to represent me in a case where an independent contractor breached our agreement.
The contractor tried every trick to avoid responsibility… dodging process servers, stalling, and hoping the lawsuit would just disappear. But Attorney Buchanan didn’t back down. He tracked him down, took him to court, and made sure justice was served.
In the end, the contractor had no choice but to settle. If you need an attorney who is relentless, strategic, and knows how to get results, I highly recommend Edward Buchanan.

Todd Kawecki is the best of the best . I had secured legal representation at the beginning of my case with another lawyer and two months went by and there was no progress being made and no communication which had me anxious and doubtful of what the outcome would be. I found Mr.Kawecki while anxiously seeking better representation and he lives up to every review !! He took over my case and immediately stepped in and got results . Extremely Unprofessional Service – Beware
I had a very frustrating experience with The Law Offices of John J. McGlynn III, specifically with the Title Agent, Shelley McGlynn. My ex-wife and I sold a house in Stuart as part of a Final Agreement, and Shelley was assigned as our Title Agent. From the very beginning, she was completely unprofessional , rude and showed no impartiality in handling the situation.
I was told I would receive a specific amount of money from the sale, but when I asked for clarification, Shelley was unable – or unwilling – to explain why this amount was different from what the judge had decided. I repeatedly asked for a breakdown or explanation, but she told me i was 10 minutes late and she couldn't answer. After several attempts to get clear communication, she started to request documentations.
Things took a turn for the worse when she refused to disburse the funds entirely, citing that my ex-wife had claimed I owed her money. Shelley didn’t even attempt to verify this claim or consider the terms of the Final Agreement. Instead, she just took my ex-wife's word as gospel, completely disregarding the judge's decision, which was clearly outlined in the agreement.
If Shelley had bothered to read and follow the Final Agreement and the judge's instructions, she could have handled this situation properly. Instead, her lack of professionalism and failure to perform her duties caused unnecessary delays and confusion. I would not trust this office or this Title Agent with any future transactions, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for legal or title services.

Attorney John Pape is by far the best man for the job. The day I contacted his office, Donaldson and Watson, his team immediately took on my claim, and a contract was conveniently emailed to me.
One hundred percent hands-on and available with a call back within the hour, if not within five minutes. Every time. Didn’t even need to go into the office.

My family hired Jason Berger to represent us in a minor child name change. He handled our case with professionalism and kindness. Update: Take ownership Mike; no excuses! My wife and I had an unfortunate experience with Crary Buchanan regarding the handling of our case. The firm fired my wife as a client simply because I requested to speak to the managing partner Mr. Mike Crary pertaining to the poor communication we received from our attorney Jeff Saunders; he was not attentive and almost impossible to communicate with directly. He misrepresented the case to the defendants which possibly undermined our position. My feeling is this firm loves personal injury cases and smaller paying clients do not receive the attention they deserve as protected by legal standards. I strongly advise against using their services.

In 2013 I was injured while walking my dog near my residence at Newport Isles - my injury was the result of my HOA not properly overseeing the construction that resulted in my requiring surgery and rehabilitation that took the better part of 2 years. The HOA tried to use every excuse they could of to evade taking on the liability for their oversight and attempted to place the fault on me opposed to their misconduct. Gloria Seidule stood by me through my case, even at times when I thought about giving up or attempting to escape having to relive that moment again. She supported my beliefs in pursuing justice and always took a stand to look out for me and my future. Her services and personal attention in my case was by far the reason for me being able to win my case and another victim to the "Big Bad HOA Management Companies of SLC". She prepared me by letting me know what to expect throughout my case and always gave me the worst case scenario, even though at times it was not what I wanted to hear. Honesty is big with me, and throughout my case I acquired a lot of respect for Gloria, because I know an "HONEST" attorney is a rare find. She would stop at a moment notice to take my calls and listen to my concerns. Hello, I recently received my medical records on February 28th from the law firm Vastola & Kirwan, P.A. that were looking into my malpractice case. Upon receiving my medical records back, the envelope was not sealed at all and now I'm missing sensitive records which includes my social security number, home address and details of my past surgeries. I called the Law Firm Vastola & Kirwan, P.A. and asked to speak with “Guy” but I was told he was longer with the law firm so then I left a message for someone to call me back. I then called the next day on March 1, and left a second message. Later that morning Mr. Jeff Vastola returned my call. Mr. Jeff Vastola asked what was the issue and I told Mr. Jeff Vastola that my medical records were sent back with the envelope wide open and there were missing sensitive records. Mr. Jeff Vastola said that he wouldn’t know how that would have happened because that was not the way they would return records. I told Mr. Jeff Vastola when I sent them my records to his office I sent them certified with a return receipt because of the importance of the information it contained. Mr. Jeff Vastola asked if there was a cover letter and I told him no. Mr. Jeff Vastola then asked if I wanted copies of all of the records to be sent to me because all records are scanned into his computers and I told him no because I could always ask the previous law firm for the originals which in fact was what I sent Mr. Jeff Vastola law firm in the first place. I then told Mr. Jeff Vastola that my worry was that I have sensitive medical records lost and that I was afraid of someone stealing my identity. Mr. Jeff Vastola, said he couldn’t do anything for me. I told Mr. Jeff Vastola that if I have any issues of someone stealing my information that his law firm would be accountable. Mr. Jeff Vastola then accused me of extortion, I told him no that’s not what I wanted in any shape or form, only that if in the event that my identity was ever stolen that he would be held responsible because he represents his law firm and the careless manner in which my records where sent back. Mr. Jeff Vastola snickered at me and laughed and had no remorse or even show any professionalism. I can’t believe how Mr. Jeff Vastola has treated me. I’ve put my trust with the law firm Vastola & Kirwan, P.A. with my horrible medical ordeal and expected more but unfortunately I was wrong. At the end I was hung up on.
