If you want a lawyer who shakes in court, can’t answer questions the judge asks, overcharges you, doesn’t communicate when they make decisions days before a court appearance and your lawyer doesn’t appear or call to let you know they are sending someone else, neglects to listen, or appropriately respond to billing questions then these are the Lawyers for you! I wanted to like them and thought my case was pretty straightforward, however, instead of just worrying about my case I have been worrying about the terrible services provided by Colwell and what they will do next to disappoint.

Has a good record of performing at trial, or in court. I use him mostly for evicting tenants, and he always seems to know what he is doing. I've seen other attorneys have trouble. Good record of getting them out, even when tenant had a good case.

George is a very dedicating that will do all his best to put you at the most favor condition as possible. When I had a couple of condition give in probation rules. There are couple of rules that he would like to get rid of for my sake as he knows I would be reliable to do no such things harmful. This was my first time getting into this area of criminal. My head was expecting nothing. I'm totally clueless about myself, what do I do, what I have to do or what do i need to do. For all my life I have been living good, I never thought I would be in such scenario like I did today. Had a pretty complicated land sale that these folks handled for me. Complicated because the land had been in the family for well over 100 years and there were no surveys. Some years ago, my husband and I approached attorney Michael Bottar, of Bottar and Leone, PLLC about taking on our medical malpractice case. We were distraught parents who had recently lost a child. Mike and his team agreed to help us during this fragile time.
It took a while for the case to progress because Mike was methodically picking apart all the evidence of the defendants’ mistakes and noncompliance.
The case was recently settled out of court to our satisfaction. We were grateful to preserve our privacy, but more so, grateful to Mike and his team for conducting an exhaustive, thorough investigation into the circumstances of our child’s death.

Communication by this firm is also terrible. I advise if you have a medical issue do not let this firm hold your case hostage for half a decade.

I have used Mr. Azria's services serval times over the past few years and he has saved me time and time again with speeding tickets. On top of his excellent service, I recently contacted him in regards to a somewhat minor speeding ticket (70 in a 55) and Mr. Azria advised me on how to handle the ticket myself without a charge for consultation. Good service - they take time to understand the details and workings of your idea. Professional writing above what an individual can likely produce on his/her own. But wildly expensive - would absolutely NOT recommend trying to get a patent (or even a Provisional Patent) when you're young. They quote you one amount and the overall price ends up being about twice what they estimate. If you're older and more established and actually have money, I recommend using this service

I had retained law services for a case and it was completely fumbled.
The attorney quit responding to myself and other attorneys and courts involved.
I attempted to speak with someone else about this at the firm but was never taken seriously or contacted in return.
I ended up paying thousands of dollars for inadequate representation.
My advice would be to stay away, find a more reputable and successful lawn firm for your needs.

I would not waste your time going through Rudderow Law . They spent months after meeting with us only to look at half the records when the records they needed to look at the main reason for our case were not even requested or looked at when we asked repeatedly if they needed the records. Huge waste of time and when it was questioned they chose to ignore our email. Many other lawyers out there that will review all your records.

We spoke to Beth on the phone several times , she could never answer a single question and had no idea what was going on with our case , she just kept saying she would pass the info along to Greg and they would get back to us . This never happened . This went on for 2 months before we finally called and told her to get our documents ready for us to pick up and we would be getting another attorney . Her only response was , okay I will have them ready . No apologies for disregarding us as clients or for their total lack of communication . Now after 2 months of sitting around waiting and having nothing done , we have to start over with another attorney . Terrible customer service , stay away from this law firm .

Olinsky took on my case at the appeals phase after my previous attorney dropped me and said they couldn’t win. Now they’ve taken me all the way and I have a decision issued! Just waiting for it to come in the mail. I did have some communication problems, people not answering me. But overall I’m very happy with Olinsky and would refer them or use them again if needed.
