Michael Bauer is a great lawyer he defended me from 2018 until 2022. I was wrongfully charged in both of my cases , I was fighting a felony case and a DUI and the battle was a struggle but each month he showed up to court for me and kept me updated. Both cases were dropped and I cried. I am so thankful for him and his team for the fight and not taking any plea deals and never compromising . I have used The Pelham Law firm twice for automobile accidents. They go beyond trying to get a settlement or money for the accidents. They actually help you get all the resources you need to get you to where you need to be physically, mentally, and financially. I was injured in a car accident. Retained Mr. Soto, and the Law Offices of Jose Fernandez. Mr. Soto, got me the policy limits for both Bodily injury and UM coverages. Mr. Soto was professional, courtesy and extremely aggressive. He obtained a settlement of six figures for me, and helped me when no one else would. Mr. Finnerty was assigned to my case almost four years after its original pre Covid filing date in 2019 tasking him with a tremendous amount of catching up to do. He learned the ins and outs of my and my husband’s complex 13 charge case in a very short amount of time and navigated all of the depositions far better than we could have hoped for. By no fault of his own our case was continued for a second time this past August 2023 until April 2024 so we do not yet have a resolution and we were understandably devastated, but we are confident and grateful that he is part of our team now and we appreciate his supportive and empathetic nature, responsive communication and patient explanations while we trust a judicial process that is much slower and more confusing that we ever could have anticipated.

All of the staff there are very professional and have helped me through this whole process with ease! I was in a car accident and even my own insurance company was against me and trying to give me the short end of the stick in every turn! Then I hired this outstanding law firm and that all changed. Immediately my truck was paid for when before that they wanted to give me 8,000 on a truck worth 3 times that much. Boom! They got me my full value and quick. Then Henry and Renee worked with me for every step until I got what I deserved. I am very happy with them and I would trust them for ANY case in the future. I hired Mr. Fasig after hearing good things about his firm. After signing the contract with them, everything changed. James soon passed my case to an inexperienced attorney who did a poor job representing me. I was very unhappy with the outcome and with the way the firm neglected my needs. They did not put forth any effort to maximize my settlement or even try to negotiate a higher outcome. James never even took the time to meet me or even shake my hand. He did not provide any good legal advice for me and i would not recommend hiring him. I was very disappointed with this firm and Mr. Fasig.
