I had an aweful experience with these lawyers and they did what they wanted, didn’t listen to me at all and gave zero updates until I finally said that was enough stop working after I was given a price of 10,000. They will act like they are working and review records from a trust company that I never had a problem with but they have to steal money from you somehow!! And now I am having a problem with them holding on to the rest of the funds and they were unprofessional as well and I even had one of them screaming at me that was an office clerk. Worst experience!! And a bunch of con men!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this service. The communication was abysmal—despite numerous attempts to reach out with questions, I never received a response. Promises were made but never fulfilled, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. To top it off, it took 6 whole months of waiting without any update or acknowledgment. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for better service and communication.

If you are in "Panic Mode" right now trying to decide on an attorney, I can tell you hands down and by far, you should choose this law firm!
Mr. Pearlman went over and beyond on a very difficult case and never gave up until we got the best possible outcome. Additionally, his fees were a fraction of others quoted.

My experience with David Hardy was exceptional. He made the whole DUI process easy and as stress free as possible. He explained all every step of the way. He was able to negotiate with the Asst. States Attorney a more beneficial plea deal for me. Well after my court date I was having an issue at the Probation Office, he called and took care of the whole thing for me in a matter of minutes.

I used Kevin back in 2004 for an accident case out of Sarasota County. The trial in case took quite a while but that’s expected. Kevin was absolutely amazing and did an in-depth thorough job. And every detail mattered. My file was huge, it seemed like several thousand pages thick. In more than one occasion I was impressed about how much knowledge he had of my case.
