I reached out to the Dr. Lawyer Law Group seven months after being injured in a car accident. My injuries weren't severe, so didn't call an attorney right away. Like many others, I thought that since the accident was the other driver's fault that his insurance would do the right thing to make me whole. I was wrong.
After the insurance company low-balled their offer (and tried to assign partial blame to me), I knew I had to get help. Dr. Shah and Dan Hollnagel worked to get me far more than what the insurance company originally offered. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner.

We thought we had a very easy straight forward case based on how my wife's nerve injury occurred, but after consulting with over 15 attorneys I realized that was not reality, and most if not all the attorneys I talked with did not understand our case and they were more concerned with what they thought the case was valued at based on the injury. Thankfully we did not settle until we found the right attorney which was Dr. Shah. After our initial consultation I knew right away that he was the right attorney for our case. My wife's nerve injury was caused by a needle stick, and it had developed into CRPS, and most attorneys did not understand that condition, however with Dr. Shah having a medical background he understood completely what we were dealing with which gave us a lot of confidence that he was the right person for the case. During the process Dr. Shah kept us informed every step of the way, he was always available if we had questions, and we always felt Dr. Shah had our best interest in mind. But Dr. Shah really shined when it came down to the negotiation of our settlement. We are extremely grateful for his dedication and hard work on our case. I don't believe you will find another attorney who is more knowledgeable in medical malpractice. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah to anyone who is looking to hire a medical malpractice attorney.

Johnny Sorenson helped dispell some stereotypes I had about lawyers. From day one Mr. Sorenson had my family's best interests at the forefront of he and his teams mind. It was never about a paycheck. They cared about us as people. He was always timely with relaying pertinent information and always kept us in the "loop". He and his team would routinely reach out just to check on my family's well being and if we needed anything. Johnny Sorenson is a hell of a lawyer but he's an even better person and family man. I'm thankful that he took our case but I'm even more thankful that he turned out to be a better person than what was advertised. Would definitely recommend.

I will always be so grateful for Henry Beam , he is the most patient person in the world. He fought for me for three years and got me the best deal for my case . I almost gave up the first year cause I didn't trust anyone ever , and Henry showed me that he is trustworthy , and once I felt let go and could let him make decisions cause he knows what he is doing , everything fell into place. it was a feeling u can't imagine. I would highly recommend attorney Henry Beam as he did a great job with my case! Not only was I pleased with the final outcome but he assiduously stuck by me for the almost 2 years while my case was closed and re-opened due to results not coming back on time. He is very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of past written laws as well as newly enforced laws and policies. I love that he is very straight forward with facts and options and does not sugar coat anything or beat around the bush. Thanks to him I recieved the very minimal for my DUI and got a whole other charge completely dropped that could have been detrimental to my record.

Cook and his team left me with no worries. I was hit by a truck making a u turn. I called Cook and explained to him my concerns. He set me up with all the help I needed to start my healing. The rest of the team was amazing. Andrea, and Judy kept in touch with me throughout the process. Kyle did a great job, getting my car fixed. Ryan was very knowledgeable, and clearly explained to me how the process was going whenever I asked.

highly recommend Jimmy Cook and his law firm if you are involved in a traffic accident. I was hit by a semi-truck on the I10 freeway at a high rate of speed and was subsequently hit by two other vehicles. As I sat in the ER I saw Jimmy Cook's commercial and immediately did a review of his former clients and researched how other lawyers rated him. His reviews were excellent and his handling of my case has proved he has earned those high reviews. He not only gives you his cell phone number but he takes the time to listen to you and your concerns and sets your mind at ease through a very stressful time. He was always available to talk to me and his staff treats you the same way. When it came to the medical care I needed I was frustrated with my insurance company's providers, high deductibles and out of pocket costs and Jimmy provided me with alternate providers that were cost effective or accepted my insurance so I had no out of pocket costs. These providers took the time to explain every aspect of my care and provided me with excellent treatment. After recovering from back surgery and completing my treatments the opposing insurance company tried to say that my injuries were pre-existing even though I had no prior medical issues whatsoever. Jimmy fought to get them to recognize that if not for the accident, I would not have the injuries I sustained. My settlement was more than I expected and I am very happy with the outcome and how I was treated during the entire process.

Unlike other bankruptcy attorneys- Dominic is an advocate who is compassionate and helps you step by step. Jocelyn- his paralegal - held my hand though all the paperwork - being that I am the least tech savy person ever! Faced with foreclosure on my home and home business- I was a wreck. I was in a car accident that involved being T-boned by an elderly gentlemen in an intersection into oncoming traffic. I knew I needed to contact an attorney right away, but an unsavory experience with an over-worked, un-attentive lawyer from one of the big box firms left me wary of personal injury attorneys and wanting to research a better option. After reading several stellar reviews from satisfied customers I decided to go with the independently owned office of Kim Brown.
From the beginning the process was perfect. She was not only extremely personable and enjoyable to be around, but laid everything out in succinct, black-and-white terms, and made sure I understood everything I was agreeing to before signing on the dotted line. Most importantly, she strikes me as a real person, who understands your fears and concerns, rather than treating you as just another paycheck.
Once the case was underway, I had very little work to do. She negotiated between insurance companies, doctors and other attorneys and always kept me clued in. My calls were always promptly returned and my questions were always given thoughtful, well educated answers. She never pressured me either way, gave my opinion when asked, and always made sure I ahd all of the information before making a decision. Best of all, she not only got the doctor to reduce his fee, but reduced her own out of the kindness of her own heart. Im not kidding. I signed for a certain percentage, and at the end of the whole thing she handed me an extra chunk just because she enjoyed my business and knew I could really use it.
I will be forwarding her information to anyone needing her services in the future. If you are in need of a personal injury attorney, I highly recommend you hire her. Not only will you be getting a fierce and well-read ally, but a human being with a heart and soul as well.

We liked this man right off! His demeanor. My husband and myself were in an area we were/are ignorant about but we felt the weight come off our shoulders after meeting Steven Weinberger and his partner. We feel so fortunate that they were referred to us and that Steven was the man that would take our case. He was on top of it from the beginning and before 24 hours was up he had the situation sorted out and in order. The time needed to close the deal was dependent upon the snail-mail system. Certain original legal papers were needed. Any waiting was from that and even with that it was handled with us being informed about what was. He talked to lawyers and insurance companies to see what really was happening and what was next. Steve always returned phone calls even when he was on vacation. He dug into the situation quickly and discovered more in our favor than we ever thought possible. He made a bad situation feel better and took care of us. Steve reversed an initial claim from my insurance company where they denied my water damage claim.
he was very implicit that when i reached out to him that i give him specifics to my case.
He reviewed them and again asked many questions to get clarification from me..he did not want innuendos or vague input
Once i completed my summary he professionally discussed each point with me so he was clear as to what actually happened.
He then constructed a lefter outlining my facts and timelines.
He sent the letter to State farm and initiated verbal communication with their claim department.
At all intervals he kept me informed of the discussions and counseled me as to my needed steps.
It was about 4 days after Steves intervention and communication with my state farm agent etc that the corporeal office reversed their initial decision.
His thoroughness and follow ups were impeccable.
His accessibility was amazing..very prompt and professional

Dealing with Mr. Simon as opposing counsel in a family law matter was an incredibly frustrating experience. Rather than working towards resolution, his approach was marked by unnecessary aggression, unprofessionalism, and intimidation tactics. Instead of addressing the key issues, he relied on veiled threats and inflammatory language that only escalated conflict and drove up legal fees for everyone involved.
It’s worth noting that Mr. Simon’s law license has been suspended twice, which unfortunately aligns with the unethical behavior I observed firsthand. Attorneys should prioritize professionalism, integrity, and the best interests of their clients—especially in sensitive family law matters—but my experience with Mr. Simon fell far short of those expectations.
If you’re seeking an attorney who upholds high ethical standards and works towards effective resolutions, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Jimmy cook told me to sign for ten thousand and that I could beef up that number if I got injections in my neck when my hip hurt. They would ignore my calls for months at a time and they're was a time Kelly hung up on me then texted me five minutes later after I said who I was. My chiropractor told me to contact them to sign the HIPPA agreement after three months of treatment letting me know they hadn't communicated for three months at all. They told me to quit the physical therapy that they would get me one closer then ignored my calls for months only to call back and say so you're done treatment. I would say no and would be ignored for another few months. They told me to sign for 10k three years ago and when I didn't they passed me to another firm that got me 85k they want to get paid now when I should file for legal Mel practice considering I recorded all our interactions.
