I lost my house, due to an odd probate situation. Attorney Miller listened to my story, then set about finding a way to recoup a portion of what I'd invested in the home that was taken from me. It wasn't an easy case; the other side had all the money and power. Attorney Miller stands for what is fair and just, though. He researched his fingers to the bone, assimilated all information I provided, and then stood up for me in a confident, and competent, manner. WE WON! Attorney Clifford M. Miller represented me in complicated Insurance Case. He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He handled correspondence, telephone calls and setup meetings for claims against Insurance Carrier. He coordinated and recorded my statement to insurance adjuster and subsequent “Examination Under Oath” statement requested by Attorney for Insurance Carrier. Mr. Miller expertly uploaded, organized and labeled all hardcopy history of case in soft copy PDF format. Including floor plan layout drawings, pictures of crime scene and correspondence from previous criminal portion of case. He reviewed several contracts for me. He pointed out a few questionable areas in the contracts. It was clear that he went through the contracts line by line and paid attention to every little detail. Mr. Rooney and his wonderful staff settled a car accident case for me. He made sure I could go to a doctor and the doctor got paid from the money he got from the insurance company. I have gotten the treatment I need and my bills are paid - PLUS I have settlement money for my medical bills if I have to go to the doctor again with my back. Be careful thanking people for gifts that they give you. I thanked someone for their gift and what a nightmare it turned out to be. I explained the situation to a State Attorney Rotarian friend and asked him who would he use. “The man for you is Louis B. ‘Buck’ Vocelle Jr.” Buck and his knowledgeable staff was there every step of the way. Buck returned phone calls promptly, arranged his schedule to fit us in (even when he was busy), and kept us apprised of every new development throughout our association. We went through arbitration and came to a settlement that was best in the long run. Without Buck’s confidence and expertise in this situation I don’t know how I would have made it. I highly recommend his expertise to everyone.

I was wrongly accused by a local politician ( a lawyer) of participating with an election group (ECO 527). This politician sued the group and included me in the lawsuit. I hired Mr. Vocelle to represent me. He immediately initiated actions to remove me from the lawsuit. He was very methodical and systematic in his successful efforts to remove me from the lawsuit.
He won a summary judgement in my behalf against the plaintiff ( the politician) and won the subsequent appeal. This judgement included legal fees which the plaintiff
now owes.
During this stressful time, Mr. Vocelle answered every question I asked and took the time to respond to every call I made (which were A LOT !!). He also explained all the legal procedures I went through in "layman" terms. He was a very positive influence during the whole process.
I would highly recommend him for any legal issue.

My name is Elizabeth (Lisa). On April 24, 2013, I was involved in an intersection t-bone collision, the other driver (Defendant), blew the red light, which resulted in a double roll-over accident in my minivan (it was completely totaled), and i was diagnosed with a fractured left clavicle (collar-bone), a torn left rotator cuff, and 4 bulging and herniated disks in my neck I was unsure of even who to consult as an attorney, until close friends had highly recommended Douglas Tuttle. Let me just start by saying, I normally don't write reviews, but after meeting with Doug, he seemed very knowledgible about Florida personal injury laws, very personable, professional, detailed oriented, compassionate and responsive to me as a client. He, along with his staff (Kim, Margo and others) were very quick to respond to all of my concerns, and helped me get through a very long and trying year and a half of having to deal with Geiko Insurance, their Doctors, and the at fault Defendant (who, during the whole ordeal claimed the accident was my fault!), and also having to deal with my own Doctor and treatments. After all that time of me being beaten down to almost nothing, all the tears and frustration, and almost throwing in the towel, Doug pulled me back, and always gave me hope "that I will get through this". He helped me overcome Geiko and the Defendant who lied about the whole thing, and helped me get the the compensation for my pain and suffering that I deserved. Out of respect for Mr Murphy we first asked if it was OK to review him? "Wil" was somewhat skeptical of forums like these because of the possibility of misrepresentation and I agree with him. The flip side of this however is no reviews and that doesn't help the desperate future client either.... be assured that I am not a brother-in-law. On the other hand, peer to peer reviews could be perceived as a chance for mutually beneficial nepotism. Nuff said there.
I first heard of Wil thru a neighbors case 7-8 years ago. These neighbors were known to be exceptionally fastidious in everything they did ... naturally one would assume this would include vetting a lawyer. They picked the right guy too as Mr. Murphy dismantled the opposing lawyer in court ... needless to say he won the case for them. I mentally filed that info away for the day I need legal help.
When that day came we quickly found that Wil sorts thru the emotions to find the pertinent facts, then gives you a couple possible avenues that the case might travel. The efficiency of his manner displays his experience. Incidentally our case was a possible fraud against us fueled by greed and nothing else.
In the end we didn't get to see the silver tongued Mr Murphy tear apart another foe but we did get a settlement. The thinking behind this rapid settlement was that the fraudster and their lawyer could see they were "out lawyered". Sorry for wordy review.

Had horrible advice which cause me to end up in contempt, more than once! Meetings and hearings were constantly cancelled because she didnt feel well! Then, when I seeked other councel, she testifies against me as a "SURPRISE WITNESS" for my ex's attorney!!!! Liz twisted everything I said&wrote to her, to make herself look good because she knew she gave me bad advice! I ended up getting an attorney out of IR country, which was the best decision I made! I almost lost my kids because of her not doing what she needed to do in the first place. I never reported her because I was scared she would lie to attorneys and Judges about me. Look for an attorney out of Indian River Country and go to court in a different county.

I hired Attorney Gerald T. Roden while my son was in Jail facing a 5-year sentence for his 3rd Felony VOP. Originally, my son was assigned a public defender that we never met or spoke to about the case. Realizing that public defenders are over-worked and their case loads unrealistic, I began searching the internet for the best Attorney I could find. Attorney Roden spoke with me on the phone gathering as much information as I could provide, met with me in person, taking notes on as many details of the case that I could give him, and then went out to the jail to meet with my son, All on the same day!!! After gathering all the information, Jerry got right to work on the case. He was very communicative with us from the start. We were never left wondering what he was doing as he communicated by email and phone calls every step of the way. He was very thorough, motivated and fought so aggressively for us that I felt as though Jerry was fighting for one of his own family members. I engaged Mr. Clark to represent my interest in an attack on my deceased wife's will. The attackers brought a group of attorneys who claimed my wife was mentally incompetent and had been under pressure from me when her will was prepared. They attempted to discredit the the attorney who prepared that will. Mr. Clark with a few very meaningful cross examining questions made short work of the opposing legal team, and the terms of the will were carried out as my wife had intended.
Mr. Clark is very bright, and although he doesn't specialize in this aspect of the law is never-the-less competent in whatever he is called upon to do. He prepared a will and a trust for me suggesting a number of issues that I would have never even thought of.

Hired Robert Clark on 7/2/18 to represent me in bankruptcy. Paid in full and provided all documentation on the same day. One month later, Clark has not yet filed the petition. Today I received an email unilaterally terminating the representation and refusing to refund the fee. Clark breached the contract and breached professional ethics to boot. He should be disbarred.
