Scheduled an appointment for consultation and when I received the appointment it was for a phone call.. I arranged my work schedule for that day to take the call at home for privacy as I work in an office of 2000 associates. She had her office to change my appointment time and move it up and I didn’t even get 24 hour notice that she needed to change the time. Then when I could not they attempted to change to the next day like I can just tell my job I am going to run out whenever I want. She then refused the consultation all together . Very unprofessional and rude.

Mr. Cardon was a Godsend!!! I had no idea whom to contact for representation and blindly called multiple Attorneys' offices before Mr. Cardon was highly recommended to me. Several of the others seemed solely concerned about their payment (their initial statements only included the retainer amount and did not even ask my name before hanging up on me). I knew from our first conversation that Mr. Cardon was the attorney I needed in my corner! He was patient and took the time to learn about my situation. He truly showed up in the eleventh hour for my hearing that was scheduled the following morning! I was impressed by his professionalism and understanding, both in and out of the courtroom. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, David Cardon couldn't care less about helping us with my finance case. He took advantage and played me for $750 just to play candy crush in the court room with his hair a mess looking like he just popped out of bed and just "show up". He tried to avoid speaking with his actual client the whole time, stuttered and said UM the entire time while speaking to the judge. My fiance called him trying to discuss his case and David was chewing and eating all in his ear. With his lack of concern a public defender could've done a way better job and they are FREE. Let's not forget after he got us denied bond he ask for $10,000 and told me he would still have to do jail time. And he is a innocent man , I have proof with witness David never utilized. And due to him being a terrible lawyer my fiancé missed the birth of our son who passed away and he never got to meet him bc of this PEICE OF SGIT LAWYER . Now I have hired a WAY better lawyer to recommend for a fraction of the price AND HE WILL BE GETTING OUT . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER . This man cared nothing about his client or his case knowing we had a child due very soon and only wanted to take our money.

Everytime I call it's an excuse why it wasn't done. I even had to do my own leg work to find out information to submit for the TRO. Hoping that would move it along. I still have yet to recevie a update, message, letter, email, nothing absolutely nothing. This has been mentally draining and scaring. I know where I stand with them and now since it is December. I am starting to think they will just hope I will stop calling for a update.

We met Jeremiah A. Denton III when searching for a lawyer to handle our son's defense against a civil suit. We regret not having met him earlier in this process for the criminal defense as we are certain things would have been different for our son today. I am currently representing myself in a case where Jeffrey Blair is opposing counsel he has lost everything for 2 years straight and they continue to waste their clients money. I've tried to address the issue with Daniel Miller himself but he seems uninterested and quite happy that he is ripping off his client.
