I was seeking medical practice however, this is not a case that they handle. Cynthia and Scott promptly reached out to me and pointed me in the right direction of a different attorney that handles medical malpractice. I was not expecting that level of service, especially since my case has no value to their firm. They also showed concern and empathy towards my hardship. My case was a motorcycle accident where someone pulled in front of me and I hit them broadsided; broke my pelvic bone and spent 7 months in convalescence centers. Pete Clancy is an Outstanding Attorney. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident with soft tissue injuries to my back and as we all know those are the hardest cases for the victim to come out on top. Pete worked on my case which involved a serious pedestrian-vehicle accident where I was the injured pedestrian. Pete is very knowledgeable and always promptly addressed my questions, concerns, and upset complaints with very clear explanations and with empathy. He was upfront with his fees from the beginning, which were reasonable and proved to be well spent, as I am very satisfied with the resolution of my case. Before we had Pete as our family lawyer, things between my husband and his ex-wife had been full of tension which also caused a lot of stress in our marriage. After talking to Pete on the phone, for the first time, my husband and I decided to fire our lawyer at that time and hire Pete which we could have done a long time ago. Pete takes his job very seriously and with integrity. Since we had him as our lawyer, things have been tension free between my husband and his ex-wife and we can't thank Pete enough for that. We recommended Pete to my cousin but sadly, Pete doesn't handle cases in Stockton. Pete would have been the right lawyer for my cousin who after 6 years learned that his divorced wasn't finalized yet. Pete is also very transparent about where your money goes, and in our case, he kept reminding us about our remaining retainer's fee. With Pete, we felt like we're his extended family.

After having the misfortune of being involved in more than 3 unrelated lawsuits in the last 2 years, I retained Mr. Isherwood to handle my cases.
Mr. Isherwood is an outstanding multifaceted attorney with the ability to quickly understand complex cases already in progress and provide excellent clarity in communicating with his client.
This is not the first time I have had to retain an attorney, but it certainly is the first time I feel I retained an upstanding, highly skilled, responsive, and highly experienced attorney with excellent knowledge of relevant statutes and the ability to quickly respond and stand up to big-money law firms. Scott's ability really helped put my mind at ease.
I won the first 2 cases. As for the third case, it was initially mishandled by another lawyer who was ultimately removed from my case. I again contacted Mr. Isherwood to help understand and clean up the giant mess left behind by the former incompetent attorney as well as help avert a complete catastrophe in my life brought on by a crooked mortgage servicer.
In the courtroom I was amazed by Mr. Isherwood's lightning fast ability recall facts and quickly object to the opposing party. Also, in court he often recalled the facts about my case faster than I did and was able to use these facts to ultimately win my case against a larger lavishly-funded law firm.
They say "Litigation is not a poor-man's sport", fotunately Mr. Isherwood has continually demonstrated a knack for averting long, drawn out and potentially expensive litigation and getting straight to the point.
I have so far used Mr. Isherwood against a fraudulent "restraining order request" which he won, a fraudulent claim for defamation, in which I also prevailed, as well as litigation against a bad mortgage servicer for which he has continued to provide extremely valuable and helpful services that have helped avert multiple catastrophes instigated by much larger large firms and people with deep pockets.
Mr. Isherwood has also been invaluable for general legal advice.

Dawn is an amazing lawyer. She's organized, ethical, sharp as as knife , and knows the laws backward and forward from both sides of personal injury lawsuits. She was, from the first day when I contacted her, a downright pleasure to work with. She always got back to me via email, usually within 15 minutes (seriously!). She kept me updated on everything that was happening with a lengthy lawsuit. She made sure I understood everything that was going on, everything I was signing, and how the whole process worked. She held my hand through two years of legal processes around a tediously medical issue resulting from a car crash.
I had a sticky case: I'd been rear-ended and gotten some sort of soft tissue damage that put me out of commission for the better part of a year and a half. All sorts of diagnostics failed to show exactly what was wrong, and treatments failed to make it better in any hurry. There was just a lot of pain whenever I used my right arm. (In retrospect, probably a rotator cuff injury that we didn't catch until a year after the accident, when it was mostly healed). I was sick at the thought of talking to the insurance company; there's no way to prove that you're in pain. Dawn took my case despite the uncertainty around it, and she got me an absolutely fair settlement despite all the medical muddling.
In addition to being terrifyingly competent, Dawn was unfailingly kind. When we had to do a deposition, and I was scared of being interrogated, she made sure I knew exactly how it worked, knew what I had to do, and then spent a good 15 minutes afterward debriefing and checking in on how I was. Then she sent a follow up email telling me that I'd done a great job. She kept me in mind as a person as well as a client. She was so professional, so sure of every step, and so obviously on top of everything that I was able to let her handle the case and go about my life without worrying about it too much. I am grateful for her services, and I'd recommend her highly for any legal help you might need.

My 14-year-old son was hit by a car while a pedestrian in a crosswalk. I didn't realize the long term impact his head injury had on him and the psychological impact that he would end-up going through.
After speaking to some friends and acquaintances, I decided to consult with a personal injury attorney. I was referred to personal injury attorney Shahrad Milanfar by a couple of different people. At first, I was hesitant, never having dealt with an attorney, I wasn't sure what to expect. I gave Shahrad a call, he listened to all of my questions, and concerns, and answered all my questions. Shahrad walked me through the process of what would happen if I chose to pursue the case for my son.
I decided to go ahead with the case and Shahrad explained fees and details that I needed to know. Shahrad began working on the case. From start to finish, Shahrad and his strong detail-oriented team kept me updated through the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had, they were quick to communicate with me, whether it be e-mail, phone calls, or text messages, there was always someone available in a timely fashion.
Shahrad and his team contacted all the doctors involved and did the work to get all the necessary paperwork from any places that needed to be paid for through the insurance. I had the chance to work with both Andy Gillin and Jim Larsen. They were able to guide me through the process of my personal injury lawsuit. Jim especially took great care to advise me through the settlement process, which went through several iterations to ensure that I received the compensation for my injuries that I deserved without dragging everyone through a trial. Although Jim says he love trying cases and would've gotten right into the fray if he felt it was the best avenue for my case!

I called Drew's firm to request a PI case representation. I would like to update my previous review of Stan.I was overly anxious to communicate my problems at time of post I was still grieving my fathers death. Stan has been successful in a wrongful death settlement for my family we received the max insurer payout of $250,000. We are preparing for a trial over my injuries from this auto accident after a failed mediation with insurer. I have never been in a serious auto accident in my life I was not knowledgeable as to time frame it has been over 4 years since me and my father were hit by cell phone distracted driver 100% at fault running red light and causing us to rollover.
