I was referred to The Cochran Firm by a close friend who used this firm because their family lost their loved one during a nursing home abuse incident. I contacted the firm to submit a medical malpractice claim on behalf of my husband who was lost during a medical procedure. Mr. Meltmar and staff quickly responded to my medical malpractice claim, told me what my options were and kept me and my family fully informed during the entire process (approximately 17 months). Brad Ponder took my case to the next level. I had more evidence against me than for me because of a preexisting injury and the way Brad is able to pull the new facts away from the old facts is absolutely amazing. His attention to detail and his memory are outstanding. I was worried when I hired Brad that this would be one of those law firms where I couldn't ever get in touch with my lawyer when I needed him the most but not Brad. We had a very successful outcome for our legal case that allowed us to stabilize our family's life after a brain injury. What can I say? I was involved in a crash over a year and a half ago, it turned out that I had some pretty severe back issues as a result of that. I immediately contacted Simeone & Miller, within 2 days I was in their office meeting with them. I was extremely nervous, didn't know how this would all turn out, knowing what medical bills are these days, Mike and Kiara (paralegal) kept me calm and educated throughout the entire process. There were some tough conversations and things that I didn't want to hear. The one thing Mike kept telling me was this all takes time. Well he was right, I can't say enough great things about this firm. I feel like we just ended a personal relationship with the conclusion of the case. At the start, my case truly felt insurmountable. I had never dealt with needing an attorney for racial discrimination in the workplace before and had no idea where to begin. Not to mention, I had only heard horror stories from others who'd had to hire an attorney for various reasons. People warned me that with my case in particular, the entire process would take FOREVER and that I would more than likely deal with a "lying thief of an attorney" because "they [were] all the same" anyway.
I am BEYOND pleased to say that this was NOT AT ALL the case dealing with Craig and Bosson Legal Group.
From the very beginning, Craig made me feel nothing but safe and taken care of. He listened to my story in full; Never once rushing me, belittling me or hurrying me. He even offered numerous, sincere apologies for what I had been through. I couldn't believe that I was receiving such authentic and genuine empathy from a LAWYER. What's more, is that he worked with where I was financially and allowed me to pay him in "good faith" when I couldn't afford it.
As my case progressed, I was passed from Craig to Tim but not in a way that even once made me feel discarded. Craig made sure he let me know that he remained accessible to me and Tim was just as WONDERFUL.
It seemed that as soon as I would get antsy, before even having the chance to bring it up to Tim, he would read my mind, reach out and say, "Hey haven't forgotten you. We're still fighting for you!" And that's exactly what he and his entire team did.
My case was resolved abnormally fast, which I believe is because I was in such excellent hands.
The only thing I would've like to see a little different was that: I often wonder sometimes if I should've fought a little further/a little harder for more compensation that I deserved. But during some conversations, I wasn't confident that we could win if I chose to go further which is slightly disheartening.
But to be fair, that doesn't necessarily mean it's reflective of Tim's abilities. It could just be that it truly wasn't going to benefit me to keep going forward. I only had one other slight concern with how my ending balance made a little bit of a jump that I wasn't anticipating. But, Tim did send me a breakdown explaining this later.
Trust me when I say...
You simply will not be in better hands with anyone else than you would be if you were with Craig Welkener and Bosson Legal Group. I mean that sincerely. They are the dream team. I can't thank you ENOUGH, guys.

Mr. King took my case against a terrible landlord. Thankfully we sought and followed his counsel before we signed the lease. When the landlord decided not to follow his end of the contract, we were able to take action with Mr. King's continued guidance. Had we not gotten his expert advice from the start we might have been in a very different position. With his counsel and swift response we were able to resolve the issue out of court and heavily in our favor. I would advise anyone to work with Mr. King. He is incredibly smart and down to earth. I worked with Ryan on a personal injury case after getting in a car accident and was 100% satisfied.
Ryan was incredibly thorough, investigating all components of the case including recently changed local laws that were pertinent to the case, as well as exploring multiple long shot strategies for recovering as much in damages as possible. Though my case was not worth a huge amount of money, I felt that Ryan dedicated a significant amount of time and attention to it and treated mine as well as he might have another case worth many times more.
Most importantly, Ryan is upstanding and operates in a highly ethical and moral manner. As a complete novice to the legal system, I always felt confident that he would ultimately work in my interest and defer to my needs, even if it might result in him getting paid less.
