The attorney who consulted with me was Scott Butler. Scott was a great listener, gathering all the facts, and then pursing a lawsuit. He was a great communicator. always letting me know where things stood a securing a settlement for my mother much higher than I thought possible. Working with Attorney Burr was simple, quick, and easy. Overall, it was a very painless process. He is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and effective. I selected him over a few larger firms that have a lot of advertisements and I’m really glad that I did. They have a lot of hoops you have to jump through just to talk to your attorney and I didn’t have to deal with that with Attorney Burr. Attorney Burr is highly recommended. He also doesn’t judge you and is very understanding which is nice considering bankruptcy can be a hard position to be in. God really blessed me by helping me find Atty. Burr for my bankruptcy.

I endured a vicious dog attack and was immediately left wondering what I should do. I didn’t know the next steps, but what I did know, was that everything my dogs and I endured that day, was not fair. A 30-month legal nightmare of proving my innocence and residency came to an end on May 7, 2024. It was Attorney Donna Jean Kuchler and her team who believed and fought for me during this ordeal. I remember early on when Donna said, "We intend to mount a vigorous defense." I believed in her and she believed in me. There is no one I would trust more than Donna Kuchler and her law firm. They prepared for my court trial filing numerous motions to dismiss, including those that were sent to the Court of Appeals.
Together we fought the fight, ran the race, and I was found not guilty on all 7 felony charges and was fully acquitted by the judge in a court trial. I have my life back. My life is different but I am free.

My ex boyfriend who had lived with me for 10 years wanted half of everything I had after he had already agreed on and cashed the $20,000 cashier check that I had given him for half of the home improvements he helped with. OUTSTANDING! is the One word that sums up working with Attorney Joseph Troy and the Habush, Habush and Rottier office in Appleton WI. My personal injury case involved a man in a hurry backing out of his driveway right in front of me as I’m riding on my bike. I originally went searching for a lawyer that would bring a voice to my wife's pain from her accident. A voice to my anger having to take off of work to talk to the manager of Enterprise because the insurance company pulled out of their agreement for our car rental. Or the piling medical bills we began to be faced with on top of our income. I found a video bio on Anthony Skemp whom among being a lawyer was a college coach on the side. His confidence and dedication is what suggested to me a man of morals and conviction. Our journey with Anthony took more than months and the only thing I can say is you get so much more than a lawyer with Tony. Hes truly educated but also passionate of the law. Many times myself and Tony clashed over principles and philosophies however each time Anthony took the time to break down how the law actually works something as someone outside the law would not understand like myself. Honestly the man is brilliant and the fact that hes actually accessible and not some corporate attorney in New York is truly a blessing for common citizens such as myself and my wife. Attorney Basler represented me in a custody/placement case for daughter. From the very first conversation I had with Todd he assured me he would fight for what was right, and if that wasn’t in my favor, he wouldn’t represent me. I appreciated his integrity and respected his straightforward candor.

Attorney Basler was recommended to me and shepherded me through a divroce. My divorce was lengthy and my ex wife tried to throw about everything she could at me. Attorney Basler was excellent in assisting in response and always stressed the long game. He was right, and in the end, his advice proved very correct and I ended up getting the better of my ex wife.
We never got to trial, thanks largely to Attorney Basler's work, thank heavens. Attorney Basler navigated the opposing attorney's legal onslaught excellently and through his and his assistant's professionalism, made opposing counsel and her firm look bush league.
In summary, extreme professionalism, mastery navigaton of tactics, and though it thankfully never came to it, I think Attorney Basler would have owned opposing council in a trial. Highly recommended.

My friend and I were involved in a car accident in Jan 2021- a man ran through a stop sign as we were going 65 mph, causing us to tbone him. He was at fault. I was airlifted to a GB hospital. My son had passed away at college 5 weeks before, so I was not prepared to deal with any of it. In 2021 my Husband was hit with a Conspiracy Charge that held a sentence of 52 years.
