The team of staff did wonderful to keep fighting for me for what I deserved to be worth for my case since my insurance try to keep low balling me. Great law firm Bob is a great lawyer. If you get injured I defitenly recommend this firm. Don't settle for what the insurance or a company wants to offer you. It might take some time but Bob janssen and his fellow colleagues will work to get a much more fair settlement. Bob advised me to wait and be sure I was recovered as fully as possible. I have permant complications from a surgery and he wanted to make sure I did not need another surgery or other medical care in the next year. So he told me he wanted to wait. This really showed me he cares about you as a person. Bob is a very smart and empathetic person he will do what is best for you and your case.

I signed up for my disability in October 2022. I realize my failure at communicating, but how do you contact the one who is handling your case when they don't answer texts or calls on the number they give me. I have gone through four different people calling me about my case but I have never spoken to the attorney in charge of my case that I know of. There's so many scams, how do I know if Riley, Gigi, or Celeste are real employees of the Tabak Law Firm. I am now waiting for my case to be heard in court. I was left a message to call Celeste at a particular number and left w and behold, no answer during call back today or yesterday! How do I break the contract and get a local attorney? I don't see paying what they will be charging me when I can't contact them when it's the most important time to talk with my representatives!

Worst Experience Ever- Horrible Law Firm - completely botched my personal injury case. Attorney Eric L. Andrews from their firm dropped the ball. So much so that I am filing a grievance with the State of Wisconsin Bar Association. The entire Groth Team was complicit in his/his team mishandling of my case.
Attorney: "I can't fight two insurance companies at once"
Client: "I thought that's what attorneys do, fight on behalf of their clients?" Are you going to dispute anything, ask additional questions? I am in so much pain.....I have an MRI scheduled! (tears)
Attorney: "No, there is nothing I can do, your case has been dropped!"
Dark despair - and then I was sent this check to add insult to literal injury

Have known and worked with Jason as will as Hupy and Abraham for years. So many Personal Injury firms are nothing more then mills (all hype no actual action).
Jason and the firm have always been there for all of us who ride. Not just handling PI case he and the firm have been helping the Motorcycle Rights movements for years. Be it bankrolling one of the biggest Motorcycle Awareness campaigns in the county, actually attending meetings/conferences leading his and firms knowledge.
There's no way I can give hard number of Riders who have made it home to their love ones. Because of actions/work of Jason and Hupy and Abraham, S.C. sure it's in the thousands. As rider, motorcycle rights leader, grassroots lobbyist and client I will forever be indeed to great attorney and someone I happy to call Brother in the Wind.

After my crash Attorney Abraham and his team took immediate action to preserve and record evidence from the scene. The team's accident investigator came to my hospital room the next day to answer my questions and address concerns I had about how the police investigation was being handled. With that visit I was confident Attorney Abraham and his team were devoting the resources needed for my complicated crash investigation. With that weight lifted from my shoulders, I was able to just focus on the many surgeries ahead to be able to walk again.
Attorney Abraham's team was great at keeping me informed with every aspect of the case walking me through everything that came up. Whenever I wanted to talk to him personally about questions my call was either taken immediately or returned the same day.
During my hospitalized for three months, he and other members of my legal team would call to check how I was doing and if their were any needs or questions.
When I had to give a statement or deal with insurance investigators Attorney Abraham answered all my concerns before the meetings. As well as having someone from the team present with me.
I recall while in hospital struggling with how to share some disappointing information with my family. I turned to Jason for advice, he was very compassionate and treated me like a close friend, pointed out somethings I was overlooking and took the weight from my shoulders. He even offered to be present to explain things to my family and answer their questions.
When it came time to settle the case he was very effective in getting more than expected using some creative legal procedures.
Never was there a time that I didn't know what was going on with the case. When decisions had to be made I was always given options. When I asked for his opinion he shared it with his explanation supporting it.
I refer anyone who is looking for a personal injury Attorney to him, knowing he will treat them just as I was treated.

I never thought of calling any other law firm then Hupy and Abraham after a 19 yr old man totaled my Road King and put me through 3 surgeries and ongoing pain. They have your back from day one and you can concentrate on getting better while they deal with the hassles the insurance companies hand out. Whether it's a motorcycle, car, pedestrian or another accident, Hupy and Abraham is the law firm to count on.

Would not recommend after paying them $1,300 as they did not do anything for us except for giving us advice that we already knew and the proper paperwork that we could not fill out because of the outstanding mortgage which we were paying regularly with no problems before we even hired them.
We hired them to deal with only the credit card companies and the mortgage and any issues that we may come across with estate once they found out while going through the paperwork for ownership change of the mortgage and they focused more on the mortgage and did nothing about the diseases credit card companies except for negotiate which was a bad negotiation and then called my mom my to to do everything and call the credit the deceased card company to get a better negotiation and the credit card company off our backs.
Then they tried arguing over a research article that I had done on my own for the situation that we were in with these credit card companies and tried telling me that the article was not true and to not to believe human written article that was presented to me by AI intelligence and that the credit card companies would still put a lien on the property that was not owned by the diseases anymore and is it was in progress of being transferred to the new title holder through refinancing.
To conclude they did nothing we did everything and we still ended up paying the credit card companies through either refinancing or just paying them through payments that the credit card company set up with us not this company.
Another thing they did was lack communication between us and them.
The only advice they gave us was to refinance the house and that was more of a headache than just paying the mortgage as we were.
They also tried to tell me in their own words that I was an uneducated person when they were told that I do have a learning disability and may understand and not understand a lot of things that was going on.
only good thing about this place was the staff was friendly.
I also will not be contacting this company ever again.

Mike Hupy has been an attorney for myself or my family in several issues for over the last decade. When I was hit while driving my motorcycle near his Milwaukee office, his investigator was there ensuring my safety before police arrived, getting photos of the scene, and helping me to move my wrecked bike out of traffic while we waited for the wrecker. Then he took me to my wife, and made sure I got a ride to the hospital for appropriate care. He doesn't go to this extreme for every incident, but it exemplifies the kind of car he gives to see that each and every case gets handled in the best interest of his clients. Mike is the kind of man who sees to it that there is a foundation to protect the settlement and long term interests of a client who was left with limited ability to care for himself.
Mike and I share similar beliefs. When I was coordinating a campaign for the United Way, I invited Mike to come to my corporate office where he delivered an impactful explanation of why he lives a life of charity and feels compelled to personally support and provide for so many of the needs of the community. His presentation and donation helped drive a significant increase in our annual participation and contributions. But his reason explained so much more about him and all that he does.
Mike participates in numerous major charity events in our region, and in ways that inspire others. He helps organizations of bikers and provides busses to help get them to the capital together to lobby for safety and rights issues that matter to them. He helps many people and organizations who help themselves and others, and all this while maintaining a steady schedule of rights activism.
When your business is "Ambulance Chasing", the world expects that you will be concerned only in lining your own pockets. But that isn't Mike. A a boy, Mike was involved in an accident that put a strain on his family. He saw the impact, and as he grew, looked for a way to help reduce the burden that such an event placed on others. As a lawyer, he made his life's work out of that simple purpose. And as a business man, he finds that a part of his own blessings should be returned to the community in which he lives and works. His family bestowed on him the moral values that compel a man to give of himself; to use and see his acts of charity as an investment in his neighbors and community, not as a handout.
Mike Hupy and his team took care of my wife and I in several cases, getting settlements that helped us immensely. They provide advice and service for my motorcycle club whenever we need legal help. They have gone above and beyond in getting settlements for my family and friends when we thought there was no way to recover. And Mike is so much more than an outstanding attorney. At my office, when he gave his presentation, Mike didn't tell everybody all the things that he does, but luckily I had told them before he arrived. When they asked him why he does these things, the answer may have sounded trite without some history. But having this history, everybody knew that it was heartfelt, and honest. There was nothing left to be said when Mike told them: "it's what we are supposed to do for each other."
