Working with Attorney Burr was simple, quick, and easy. Overall, it was a very painless process. He is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and effective. I selected him over a few larger firms that have a lot of advertisements and I’m really glad that I did. They have a lot of hoops you have to jump through just to talk to your attorney and I didn’t have to deal with that with Attorney Burr. Attorney Burr is highly recommended. He also doesn’t judge you and is very understanding which is nice considering bankruptcy can be a hard position to be in. God really blessed me by helping me find Atty. Burr for my bankruptcy.

I endured a vicious dog attack and was immediately left wondering what I should do. I didn’t know the next steps, but what I did know, was that everything my dogs and I endured that day, was not fair. I barely had enough money to pay for the vet bill, but had to pay in order for my dog to live. I decided to contact the office of RF Wittmeyer and was immediately helped and informed of any following steps. The whole process made me feel more at ease, and made the healing process a little more comfortable. The Law Firm of R.F. Wittmeyer, Ltd. in Arlington Heights is amazing! Under the leadership and support of Ron Wittmeyer, everyone in the office is part of a solid team and takes ownership of each individual case. Ron clearly sets a positive tone in the office of respect, empathy for the Plaintiff, good communication, and staff working effectively together. My law case was challenging to say the least, and dealt with a slip and fall. It was challenging due to the complexity of the case, and the fact that there were several defendants. My case went all the way to the Appellate Court and was won there, overturning summary judgment. After some time, the case settled through mediation. My ex boyfriend who had lived with me for 10 years wanted half of everything I had after he had already agreed on and cashed the $20,000 cashier check that I had given him for half of the home improvements he helped with. Attorney Greg Jerabek won the case in less than a year and I did not have to pay my ex boyfriend any more money. Attorney Jerabek was easy to talk to, he was so supportive, explained everything. I could tell he has had a lot of experience and knew what he was talking about. I was able to email him and he emailed back right away. He has a great sense of humor. I was able to trust him. I originally went searching for a lawyer that would bring a voice to my wife's pain from her accident. A voice to my anger having to take off of work to talk to the manager of Enterprise because the insurance company pulled out of their agreement for our car rental. Or the piling medical bills we began to be faced with on top of our income. I found a video bio on Anthony Skemp whom among being a lawyer was a college coach on the side. His confidence and dedication is what suggested to me a man of morals and conviction. Our journey with Anthony took more than months and the only thing I can say is you get so much more than a lawyer with Tony. Hes truly educated but also passionate of the law. Many times myself and Tony clashed over principles and philosophies however each time Anthony took the time to break down how the law actually works something as someone outside the law would not understand like myself. Honestly the man is brilliant and the fact that hes actually accessible and not some corporate attorney in New York is truly a blessing for common citizens such as myself and my wife. A 30-month legal nightmare of proving my innocence and residency came to an end on May 7, 2024. It was Attorney Donna Jean Kuchler and her team who believed and fought for me during this ordeal. I remember early on when Donna said, "We intend to mount a vigorous defense." I believed in her and she believed in me. There is no one I would trust more than Donna Kuchler and her law firm. They prepared for my court trial filing numerous motions to dismiss, including those that were sent to the Court of Appeals. Together we fought the fight, ran the race, and I was found not guilty on all 7 felony charges and was fully acquitted by the judge in a court trial. I have my life back. Attorney Basler represented me in a custody/placement case for daughter. Attorney Basler was recommended to me and shepherded me through a divroce. My divorce was lengthy and my ex wife tried to throw about everything she could at me. Attorney Basler was excellent in assisting in response and always stressed the long game. He was right, and in the end, his advice proved very correct and I ended up getting the better of my ex wife. We never got to trial, thanks largely to Attorney Basler's work, thank heavens. Attorney Basler navigated the opposing attorney's legal onslaught excellently and through his and his assistant's professionalism, made opposing counsel and her firm look bush league. In summary, extreme professionalism, mastery navigaton of tactics, and though it thankfully never came to it, I think Attorney Basler would have owned opposing council in a trial. Highly recommended.

My friend and I were involved in a car accident in Jan 2021- a man ran through a stop sign as we were going 65 mph, causing us to tbone him. He was at fault. I was airlifted to a GB hospital. My son had passed away at college 5 weeks before, so I was not prepared to deal with any of it. Kevin and his staff were patient, guided me, encouraged me even when I was ready to give up, because I just couldn't handle anything at that time in my life. I ended up getting the most I could get , and I am so happy that I went to him in the first place. Although I'm sure they had much bigger cases than mine, they made me feel like a priority.

OUTSTANDING! is the One word that sums up working with Attorney Joseph Troy and the Habush, Habush and Rottier office in Appleton WI. My personal injury case involved a man in a hurry backing out of his driveway right in front of me as I’m riding on my bike. Chad is an awesome lawyer. He made a painful criminal matter turn into something very easy to deal with. Chad took the bull by the horns when the DA tried to rush us and showed him who was actually in charge. I cannot say enough that is good about this man. When all was said and done he offered his legal help to a non profit group that I belong to. I highly recommend Chad to anyone that needs a damn good lawyer!

I hired Chad Kaehne for an OWI. He was the second lawyer on the case. My first lawyer did nothing but charge me money. I had 3 scheduled trial dates with my first lawyer that ended up getting pushed back a day or so before the trial without my knowledge or permission. Each time, as well, I would get a bill from my first lawyer for several, several hours at $250 per hour for "preparation for trial" even though it was his decision to push it back. Based on all this, I fired my first lawyer after paying over $5,900 and decided to look for another lawyer. After a neighbor friend of mine used another lawyer from Chad Kaehne's firm for a child custody battle and said he got everything he wished, I decided to give the firm a call and set up a meeting. I was told I would be meeting with Chad Kaehne. I showed up to the appointment with all my paperwork and the squad video from my case. From the moment I met Chad, I liked him. He simply told me to explain what happened and he listened. He asked me what my goals were and he listened. He read through the police reports and he actually grabbed a laptop computer right on spot and threw in the squad video DVD to watch. I made clear I wanted to go to trial and he accepted my case. Chad filed his papers with the court and got it set for trial. The FIRST trial date was not pushed back and we went forward. I was found not guilty and the case was dismissed. I need a regular license for my job. If I would have been revoked, I would of lost my job of 14 years. I told Chad my livelihood was on the line. He recognized the seriousness of the case and worked on it in a hard and dedicated way. I would not have a job if it wasn't for Chad, and Jason too. Hire Chad if you need a great lawyer for an OWI case!

Several months ago I was slammed with a hefty speeding ticket after attempting to pass an unsafe driver on the highway. I was ordered to pay $250 and had a 6 point mark on my license, which would likely lead to even greater losses due to my insurance. Amy was a truly amazing help throughout the whole process; not only did she handle the entirety of the court processions and remove that stressor, she also managed to negotiate a total negation of the ticket as long as I took a short drivers safety class for a considerably cheaper $70 fee. Without her, I would’ve been at a complete loss, and I can’t thank her for her services enough!!

15 months from start to finish. That’s what it took for my case. At first glance I don’t believe any attorney, if given the chance to look at my case would of thought it’d become an issue. I hired Amy Menzel through a recommendation of word of mouth. After the initial consultation. She gave me a outlook of possibilities. All of which ultimately would be determined by how I handled myself in this domestic case. I should add that my case began in December of 2019. Due to COVID, the pace of or lack there of almost seemed to come to a stop. The hearings were stretched out. All of a sudden everything was done over the phone or web conference. This in my opinion created a handy cap of sorts due to the D.A’s lack of familiarity with my case. It seemed as if they were going over the same issues during every new hearing. The positive information I was attempting to show them sort of got lost in the traffic jam of the court due to the pandemic. With the amount of time Attorney Menzel dedicated to my case because of the aforementioned issues. I started to view this case as if it was almost for charity considering the extreme amount of extra time it took. At no point from start to finish did attorney Menzel ever make me feel secondary. Anytime I sent a question out through email or phone. I would get a quick response. She never promised me a magic deal where all the charges I had pending would simply disappear. But that she could greatly reduce the damage. When it was all said and done I’m at the opinion that I got the absolute best deal anyone in my position could have asked for. I strongly feel that my representation from attorney Menzel exceeded all of my expectations and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is in need of her expertise. A++ job. She’s a very smart, classy and all around genuine lady to work with. Thank you for everything!
