Unfortunately I cannot speak highly of Attorney Jerome. I have a hard time getting a hold of him. I would leave voicemails and email him only to not get any responses. He sent me some paperwork days after they were due. No apologies. I showed up for a calendar call today. He never showed. Another client of Serge Gerome is here right now too. I found out from her that he's in Douglasville for another trial. So why was I not made aware of this? Even the judge didn't know. So unprofessional.

I thought Judge Green was very compassionate and he didn't charge as much as he could have to represent me. I was charged with a crime I did not commit. He came to see me in jail and offered me encouraging words. He even came and taught bible study to my pod at the jail. He helped people who weren't even his clients get back on their feet after they were released. He answered my letters and my family members phone calls. He also helped another family member get paid after she was injured in an accident. He cares about what he's doing but he also keeps it real. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear like other lawyers who just take your money. I would definitely hire him again.

Goes well beyond the normal duties provided by most attorneys. Provides counsel based on helping improve your business by finding a way to get the job done. Has a positiive attitude towards accomplishing the objective. Does not list all the reasons why you cannot do something.
In addition to providing wise and sage counsel, he helps coach my small business. His 13 years of experience, including combat experience, as an officer in the Marine Corps provides a unique understanding of how to incorporate and integrate his advice into practice within my company, as opposed to just telling me what to do. That is, my people really look forward to hearing how he can help them and my business.
For example, in order for my business to survive, the government dictated that we had to become self regulated by joining the old NASD. We did not even know what that meant. Every other attorney, and the NASD told us it was impossible for us to join. The fact that we did not trade securities, by definition, prohibited us from joining the National Association of Securities Dealers, a non governmental self regulated organization.
Not only did he help us to become a member of the NASD, he held our hand through the entire process. He did everything from coaching our traders on the floor to sit beside us and fielded all questions in our interviews in Washington DC and Atlanta GA.
He drafted and implemented all procedures required to accomplish the result. He even used his network to contact the chairman of the commission.

I had the opportunity to hire Attorney Edwards to assist in helping me resolve a probate mediation agreement dispute. Although the damage had already been done considering that me and my siblings had already signed the agreement, Attorney Edwards assisted us by reviewing documents and providing us with factual guidance on how to move forward. He was very clear and concise when presenting the best case scenario and he is very knowledgeable regarding the law. I would definitely recommend him because he is very attentive and prompt in answering your questions, emails, and phone calls.
I wish I had found him first when I was initially searching for a probate attorney because I do believe he would have put the work in to ensure that we received the outcome that we were looking for. However, considering I didn't, he did a great job in working with what I presented. Not to mention, his prices are not as high as your average probate attorneys.

Ms. Litt is a knowledgeable and pleasant attorney to work with; however, she missed a critical deadline for a filing stating she was missing some information from our file. Upon meeting with Ms. Litt a third time, I provided the duplicate information and had the sense that my case was not a priority. She resolved our matter, but not I did not feel it was within a timely timeframe. Upon consultation with another lawyer after the fact, it became clear my fence/easement dispute should have taken half the time it took Ms. Litt to complete.

I am sharing my experience to highlight concerns about Simon Bloom's association with Bentley Spectrum Partners, LLC. I recently encountered several issues with this business, specifically involving Manny Fialkow and Brian Howell, regarding a commercial lease.
Here are the key points of my experience:
1. Breach of Trust: I made a significant payment for a commercial lease based on assurances that the lease would be executed, and keys provided. Despite these promises, neither occurred.
2. Unfulfilled Promises: Despite continuous delays and unmet commitments, my formal withdrawal from the offer and my demand for a refund have not been honored.
3. Professional Misconduct: The actions by Manny Fialkow and Brian Howell raise serious questions about their business ethics and transparency. Given that Simon Bloom is listed as the registered agent for the business, I am concerned about the oversight and governance of the company he is associated with.
While this review focuses on my experience with Bentley Spectrum Partners, LLC, I feel compelled to share my concerns about the broader implications for a business involving legal oversight. I don't think he can find his way to the courthouse. He his as dumb as they come. He took over a year to file a simple motion that should have been done in a week. When the opposing side never answered the motion or discovery Barry Katz did nothing for another year. He missed deadlines in my case. I suggest VERY STRONGLY you go elsewhere. I didn't want to give any stars, but you have to give at least one.
