I worked with ELG after being injured in a car crash. I worked closely with Pre-Litigation Case Manager, Yolanda Correa and she was absolutely wonderful. From the time of her assignment until the closure of the case she kept me up to date and in the loop. She was very accessible and quick to answer any questions or address any concerns. This was the first time I've had anything like this happen and she walked me through the process. She was able to negotiate a lower medical obligation and get me a fair settlement. I hope to never be in this position again but if so I would definitely use ELG and Ms. Correa again.

Big mess needless to say and I needed a good Attorney, Jan Morris was the man for the Job. He dealt with the Title Companies Insurance holder and got a settlement for our damages. One of the most settling things I did with my parents was to sit with Mr. Walser and have him explain to all of us how to prepare my parent's estate. It put both my mother and father at complete ease knowing they had someone they could trust to call should they have any questions. My dad has since passed and everything went exactly as Mr. Walser told us it would with his estate. It isn't an easy task preparing for your parent's to leave you but it doesn't have to be filled with worry if you get good advice in advance. I found Alan on AVVO just out of pure luck, thank God. Better lucky than smart. He has been my savior. I purchased a property with numerous title faults, and had I not found Alan, it would still be a mess. I would have had to sell the property for a huge loss, if I would have been able to sell it. The number of attorneys that could have solved this mess, nor wanted to tackle it, is extremely limited.
Attorney Raines is a highly competent and skilled legal expert. Ive worked with a number of attorneys in my career at a major institutional investment house in Pittsburgh, and attorney Raines far outshines the others. He is great at cutting to the heart of the problem, as persistent as a terrier, and thrives on complex litigation. He's a tough negotiator and ALWAYS acts in your interest. His judgement is keen. I had to force the sale of a Florida condo that I and one of my relatives jointly inherited. The first lawyer I contacted told me that it would be expensive to force the sale. They also told me that I would need to travel to Florida. I waited years before I again looked into getting a lawyer. The condo association referred Max Paul, Esq. After I agreed to his reasonable hourly rate, Max went to work. I did not need to travel to Florida. Max represented me so that I no longer had to communicate with my relative. Max did an amazing job and quickly convinced my relative to execute a contract allowing the property to be offered for sale.
