I’m a New York Father. I rarely make reviews on anything and frankly I was not in a mental place to do so but I believe I’m in a better place to let this out now. So, back in 2023 my daughter was kidnapped by her Mother. I didn’t see my daughter for months and at least spoke to 10 detectives in New York to get someone to take my case seriously. I eventually got a warrant for her arrest but all based in New York, it didn’t matter with Ohio law. Once I found out my child was in Ohio and realized I needed a lawyer I reach out to Mr. Friedman. I called about 5 offices prior all closed but he was the only one still working late and answered the phone. He not only recognized the dire of my situation but was a great friend and professionally experienced lawyer. While in the court area he even unexpectedly bought me a meal as we waited. Long story short, I got my little girl back and Mr. Friedman was an angel in disguise for this period in my life. I don’t think anyone else could’ve done it better. He was supportive, responsive, educated, well connected, and followed through on the tasks at hand. This is one of those lawyers that you will never forget working hard for you in your lifetime, I know I won’t. I highly recommend his services and hope the best in your case with him. God bless.

I made the mistake of choosing this attorney to safeguard my interests in my mother's estate and he did the opposite. He spent the first year fairly respectful, but when I pressed for action, he retreated and lied to me regarding estate law in Ohio. I am out of state so he knew how to work it. I spent 4 years and way too much money on this so called lawyer . He won't be your lawyer, but will regard opposing counsel's interest over yours. Mr. Slagle will be more interested in pleasing the estate attorney than you, the client paying the bill. He doesn't want to fight a case, but rather sit in his office and double or triple bill you while emailing and booking phone conferences. He bills for reviewing your case a great deal, sometimes 2 or 3 hours of reading at a time in many instances, then when talking with him, he is clueless on what you discussed previously. I had to run down deeds, he didn't even see to important details. Near the end, knowing I am stuck with him, he even became disrespectful if I didn't go along with his suggestions that left me holding the short end of the stick. His last token disaster- accepting a check for my part in the estate post dated 10 years from now. Learn from me and run.

I HIGHLY recommend this law firm. I approached Mr. Jesse Atkins for legal adivce regarding real-estate property rights. I was concerned about the high prices most attorneys charge to help answer a brief and specific question without the prospective client having any gurantee the question is within the attorney's area of expertise. However, Mr Jesse Atkins met - and in some instances - exceeded my expecations because
(1) he quote me for an reasonable & affordable fee for legal advice,
(2) He's staff were very responsive and maintain continuous communication (Mrs. Betty Schuller)
(3) Mr. Jesse Atkins walked into the conference meeting prepared with my notes previously emailed and brought in another attorney
who could provide additional legal support (Mr. Brian)

Dealing with a lawyer we never met from out of state and through email only I was honestly a little skeptical about the service we would receive. My three brothers and I hired Jesse to handle our oldest brother's estate throughout the probate process which included the selling of his condominium. Jesse put any of my doubts aside as he was outstanding from the start. He continuously provided us information pertaining to the case throughout the entire process. His response time to questions we would submit through email was almost automatic. It seemed we always had a reply within a few hours and some cases immediately. Extremely satisfied with service from Mr Harrison. We had a confusing series of deed changes for land that had not been probated for several transfers. We went to an informational meeting about wills and trusts and passing our estate onto the next generation. Jessa was one of the speakers that day and we were so impressed with her and Attorney Doug Jackson that we made an appointment to meet with them about getting our estate in order. From the time we first met with her she was professional, organized, and on top of everything we needed. She answered all our questions and was quick to get back with us on anything that we had concerns with. We had quite a few deeds to handle and she just was amazing how quickly and efficiently she was able to get everything in order for us - In all it probably took a month for her and Doug to have our estate and will in order with all the provisions that we had requested. After my parents died, I was in way over my head. They came to my home and just took all the weight off my shoulders. I turned all the legal stuff over to them. I did not have to worry about anything. They were so caring and willing to have me sit back and let them do all the work. Which they did. I just had to sign my signature.
