We used Ms Jones several years ago for estate planning but moved away from the area 5 years ago. We decided to come back from San Antonio to use her again because she is easy to work with (although Zoom was an option, too) It feels like you’re talking to a friend or family member not a lawyer. She’s thorough and addresses all of our questions in an easy to understand manner. We would recommend her to anyone.

Erica was extremely helpful with helping me get my divorce wrapped up and her pricing was reasonable. Do not under any circumstances hire Jon Parchman. He is worthless and a liar. He refuses to answere emails, texts, or phone calls and does nothing than the absolute bare minimum to handle your case. He completely screwed me over after paying him $8000 and refusing to talk to me or even meet with me before trial dates. He passed me off to another attorney he works with and then they both used Covid as an excuse to never leave their houses or take any mettings. Erica was a breath of fresh air and was always available within a reasonable time frame to answer any and all of my questions. I just wish I had know about her from the start and not wasted all that money on that worthless scumbag Jon Parchman who only made my situation worse. After doing some more research online it looks like that is how this lazy, lying POS always does business.

Mr. Bloodworth was the best attorney ever. He helped me with a messy divorce and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to help me get through a rough time. I had the privilege of having John Hafley handle a Felony Evading case I was previously charged with. He exercised his knowledge of the law along with his professionalism to ensure that my civil rights were not violated and that the law was upheld. The arresting officer was rogue and unlawful with his detainment of my person. As a result of his actions ,the charge was dismissed during an Examining Trial due to Mr. Hafley hearing my side and presenting the facts that the officer would not. John Hafley's efforts, in my opinion, are second to none.

I am writing this to express our appreciation of the staff in general at Dossey and Jones. From the first phone call we made to the end of our transactions everyone was pleasant, personable, but not stuffy.
Mr. Martinez, Esteban as we have come to call each other by first names, was so easy to talk to about our needs. He was very knowledgeable and was able to translate complicated legal language into terms we could understand.
Though our situation is not terribly complex he treated us with the same respect that I imagine he would with more high profile clients.
That said I would highly recommend Dossey and Jones and Mr. Esteban Martinez.

I approached the law office of Owens and spoke to Britt Hall this past week, needing assistance with completing the paperwork for my final divorce decree. He was very helpful with advice, legal information regarding the filing of a pro se divorce, issues related to child custody and child support as we already had a case filed with the Office of Atty General, and gave of his time to hear my situation and assist with the need. He is extremely bright, professional, and typed up the entire legal document from memory - I was amazed. If you need a Strong, No Nonsense, Get It Done kind of Lawyer. She's it. In 2015 my daughter received a newborn Child from Child Protective Services and was to keep the baby for a few days, then months, then a year. Now in 2017 she was ready to adopt. Every time I called to speak with him, if he couldn't answer the phone, he always made it a point to call me back in a timely manner. Lori Botello is very unprofessional. She takes weeks or months to get back to clients she is assigned to represent as a public defender. The mail she gives you to correspond with her does not have the correct return address (her own instead of inmate info....what an oversight for a LAWYER to make) so none of her clients in jail can contact her.
