Matt is a down to earth Attorney with your best interest in mind. He speaks to you directly and not like other firms where he is just the owner and or face of the company. He gives you a cell number that he will answer texts and calls to for any confusion or simple questions. My case ended up being dismissed before the pre trial hearing. Thanks Matt!

Jennifer is absolutely amazing. I ended up sitting in on a community meeting where Jennifer ended up giving a presentation on florida auto insurance and her level of understanding of the law and also explaining it was perfect. Gave retainer for custody trial. Told him repeatedly that I would not settle but wanted to fight for custody. He kept telling judge a settlement could be made who then sent us to mediation 2x. When I wanted my retainer back he made up pages of "work" he had done. Cost me 5K and months of my time.

Relies on his Para legal to keep him organized and focused. Forgets details. Has large ego but lacks substance. Prefers to stay with old case law and is reluctant to test new theories of law. Does not follow through on his promises. Perhaps he has difficulty rembering. His closing arguments are weak and fails to be convincing. His personality is abrasive. Time for jerry to retire. Actually charged for retainer agreement.
