Megan and Todd did an amazing job representing my fiancé! My fiancé had a terrible PO that violated him for no reason! His PO was fired for falsely violating people, but the state still pursued my fiancé for probation violation that never happened! He was fighting 2 felony charges and facing years in prison. If it weren’t for Megan and Todd working so hard on this case, it wouldn’t have been DISMISSED! Megan wouldn’t accept anything other than a dismissal, and she was fierce! We are so happy we hired Sallee Law.

🛑I do not recommending using this Company. They have a very rude unprofessional new attorney in there and her name is SOLLANO I will double check the spelling. She is very unprofessional and rude. It is hard to get an attorney on the phone once you pay your money. I was given services that was done, and the wording was incorrect on a trust, and I was not able to utilize my trust properly for approximately a year.
Once I noticed the error and contacted the company it was hard to get any real questions answered. I always had to go through the different people on the staff not a real attorney!!! Who played the phone in the email game for months!! You will speak with the secretary. You will speak with an accountant, but never really an attorney until they felt like it. Just be AWARE you pay this company the money you might as well do it yourself. They don't follow back up they don't care staff doesn't care. No one cares and I don't know if it's due to the fact that I'm African-American, but it felt like it. If I was you, I would go somewhere else. Do not give them your money.
Now I had to find another attorney and pay another attorney to fix this error. A big waste of time money and energy. Now my phones is locked in the trust that I cannot dissolve. Can you imagine I don't need the trust at this time? It wasn't set up correctly so I'm forced to keep the trust. Runnnnnnn from this company! 👋🏾👍🏾🛑‼️🏃🏿♀️🏃♂️🏃🏾⌛️

We had need of a updated estate plan after my mother in law passed away- both she and my father in law (90 years old) resided in our home, but their documents had no other heirs than each other. Transaction and process was organized,- the initial consultation in person went well, the review process afterwards used an online portal for ease of access and updates/review as well as phone calls as needed for Q&A. The final signing in person was concise and detailed enough to ensure all documents were understandable for my Father in law as well as answering all his questions. He sleeps soundly at night knowing his wishes are fully documented and in place for all necessary elder care contingencies - living will, HIPPA, medical care, will/funeral are in place.

I referred DeAnn to my daughter who was in college and searching for housing. She was able to walk her through the perils of being a renter, reading and comparing leases. My father’s investment counselor recommended DeAnn Farthing to help me administer my father’s estate. It was especially challenging for me since I live in Illinois, and he lived in Indiana. I was having issues with the IRS over a business tax issue.
I thought I could simply write a letter to IRS abs explain abs resolve. That did not happen so I canned Mr. Schmith. We met reviewed all of the material involved and he went to work.
Again I hopes the matter was a simple fix but of course I have learned nothing with the IRS is simple. Greg set up
An accountant for me to work with and together the worked through issues involved. They kept me well informed as to progress, even after covid slowed everything down with the IRS. After several meetings and calls we finally got the issue resolved at about 1/4 of what I started with.
The other thing was my ex wife wax involved with one of the years in question. Greg quickly went to work on getting her name off the tax issue and eliminating any responsibility for her in the issue.
They were even able to help me with the State getting a large refund.
I of course would and have recommended Greg to other people I know.

He is experienced, knowledgeable, intelligent, and has phenomenal listening skills. He is accessible, and responsive, and overall a great communicator. He is compassionate and is dedicated to achieving the best possible results.
He seemed to understand the mentality of my siblings and the situation I was facing with them as they had not only put themselves in charge of my mothers estate, but quickly alienated me upon our mothers sudden deterioration and death.
The highly emotional situation was very challenging for me as emotions clouded my perception and hindered my ability to navigate the manipulative actions of my siblings.
Had it not been for Mr. Padgett, I would have had a complete nervous breakdown and had to have given up on honoring my mother, her wishes, and the full inheritance she intended for me.

I was advised by my business attorney to hire Greg to co-represent with him, my children and I as we challenged my deceased wife’s family estate. It was an ag related situation. The co-council approach was found to be successful as Greg specialized in estate litigation cases and the business attorney specialized in ag law. Arlene Kline is an exceptional estate attorney! She is representing my sister and I in the probate process of my father’s estate. I found her on Thumbtack. And she called me on a Sunday!!! How many attorneys do you know that do that?! Not many attorneys ever!!!
My sister and I have never been thru a probate process, so naturally we have lots of questions. We’ve sent Arlene lots of emails, and she has ALWAYS responded sometimes even after her work hours. She has also always kept us up to date on the communication she’s had with the PR’s attorney. And she’s done so in a timely manner too.
Arlene is also a very well prepared attorney. At the first meeting we had with Arlene, she provided us with an estate checklist. On this checklist, there were important dates and deadlines that have to be met by the Personal Representative. The Personal Representative of my father’s estate is my other sister. This checklist also explained how closing the estate would work. I found this checklist to be very informative and helpful. She also provided us with all the documents that have been filed with the court to date…something that the PR’s attorney should have done but did not.
Arlene is also a very professional attorney. She has always conducted herself in a professional manner when dealing with my sister and I via email and in person. The documents, letters, consents, etc that she has prepared are done in a very professional manner as well. She has also dealt with the PR’s attorney in a very professional manner when communicating with him. She’s professional yet personable too. Very hard to find in an attorney. She’s very sympathetic and empathetic to your personal situation. She’s open and honest and a good listener too.
Finally, Arlene’s hourly rate is very, very reasonable. I consulted with multiple other attorneys and their rates were at least $300/hr or more! Her retainer fee is also very, very reasonable. It can’t be beat. The other attorneys I consulted with had retainer fees of $3000 or more! Hers only $500! She also gives you options as far as when you pay your bill. You can either pay your bill as she bills you. Or you can pay it after a partial distribution has been paid to you. Now that’s an unbelievable payment schedule! All the other attorneys I consulted with wanted thousands of dollars up front. Then when that money was gone you had to immediately replenish it. There was no willingness to wait until you got paid from the estate. So obviously Arlene is NOT about the almighty dollar. Something you rarely see when it comes to attorneys fees!
So if you want to hire a reasonably priced, professional attorney that’s not just going to take your money and run, then you need to hire Arlene Kline. You definitely won’t be disappointed!!!

We had wills that were 30 years out of date and 2 states in arrears. Arlene provided suggestions to what we needed, turned our request around within a week, was accommodative to our schedule, and took the time to explain why and what we needed. I have had to work with a lot of lawyers in the past for various things and Arlene Kline stands out to me as the best lawyer I have ever worked with. I don't say this lightly. She has taken her time after hours, not paralegal time to prepare documents herself at a very reasonable and fair rate, she is honest. Something very difficult to find now a days. In 2015 my disability benefits from an independent insurance company were wrongly terminated. Miss Everett prepared my very difficult and lengthy appeal. She won the case for me. I was referred to Sarah by a funeral home to help with issues concerning a cremation for a family member. I was so impressed by how quickly she attended to my needs. It was simply unbelievable. I have used Elisha two times. Once for divorce and once for child support modification. She got me what people said I wouldn't get in the divorce. I got the house, she protected my 401K and more.
In the modification the ex tried to bump support higher and take away some time with my kids. Elisha got support lowered and kept the same visitation time I had. Do not hesitate to hire her! She is/was extremely attentive to my questions, cares about her clients and will fight for you. Do not hesitate to hire her!

I am currrently dealing with my very first CHINS case through DCS and ms Pamela was appointed to me by the grace of God.
