Not only is Harold Grodberg extremely knowledgeable in elder law, he is also very good at what he does. His care and concern for his client's best interest is so much a part of who he is and how he practices law. Harold challenges himself to come up with a 'better way' for his clients. Mr. Cornick represented me in obtaining guardianship for my now deceased mother when she was no longer able to make safe decisions for herself. After my mother passed away, Gary handled the estate, aiding with probate, taxes and all necessary legalities. Next, he brought wills and health directives for my wife and myself up to date. Most recently, he obtained updated paperwork in order for me to collect New Jersey Unclaimed Property after the state contacted me regarding that.

Two relatives of mine, both sisters, had strokes within weeks of each other, after discharge from a hospital they were placed in an undesirable nursing home for rehab, which eventually turned into a long-term care situation. I was at a loss on how to get them out of this place & what to do next. That's when I called Rice Elder Law and spoke to Pam Quattrone, who immediately stepped in, made me POA, found us a wonderful facility. She also gave us information on what to do about any assets, and tirelessly worked to get them both on Medicaid. Jaclyn Nayar! I don't even know where to begin. She was my lifesaver during a very dark time in my life. Besides being professional and getting the job done to my satisfaction, Jackie is a kind, caring, and compassionate person. When I hired Jackie I was ready to give up. My husband left me with no warning. 3 weeks after that I tragically lost my sister. 2 months after that I was served with divorce papers. I consulted with a couple of attorneys that were just not the right person for my case. One of them had me in tears by the time we hung up from our phone consultation. I contacted him because he is a partner at the law firm my parents hired for my sister's death. He made me feel like an idiot for asking the questions I asked. He practically hung up on me. It was like this little divorce case wasn't worth the time. I decided to go through the divorce on my own without an attorney. After suffering 2 major losses, my mind was not in a good place to try to navigate the legal system. When I was at my wits end, a friend referred me to Jackie and to this day I have such gratitude for that friend. I wish every lawyer was as helpful, personal, professional and as cool as Cote. Boyd was my lawyer for a recent real estate transaction where I was subject to the "seller from hell". Boyd called me everyday with an update and would go out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied and that no stone went unturned. At the end of the process, Boyd made it painless. I first met Annemarie about a year ago when I needed someone who I could trust & provide advice on matters of selling my parents place of residence due to illness, passing & the settling of estate matters. It was refreshing to finally have an attorney who took the stress & worry out of handling such matters during extremely difficult times. I have been in a professional relationship with Mr. Price for approximately 15 years. My first contact with Mr. Price was regarding my aunt and uncle. My uncle had developed Alzheimer's Disease and my aunt asked me to help her with her financial obligations and my uncle's medical condition.
I had no idea where to turn. I contacted the American Bar Association in my county and I was referred to Mr. Price's office as an Elder Care Attorney. I called his office and spoke with Mr. Price about my situation. I advised him that my uncle had Alzheimer's Disease and that my was in a wheel chair. Mr. Price advised that he would come to my aunt's home for a consultation. Mr. Price assisted me in all of the financial and legal aspects of my family's needs. He was always there to answer any questions I had on many subjects concerning my family's legal needs.
I have since then had occasion to use Mr. Price's help with other family matters.
Everyone in his office has always been courteous and efficient. Mr. Price goes out of his way to be available to answer any questions I may have. Mr. Price has even made appointments with me in evenings and on weekends.

Mr. Garvey is compassionate and kind, and understands the emotionally challenging time that his clients are experiencing in planning for the financial affairs and/or resolving the estates of loved ones. Living out of State, Mr. Ducey represented me in a claim against my PIP insurance company in New Jersey. He was very thorough in collecting all relevant information and extremely familiar with the rules of Forthright. New Jersey automobile insurance law requires that all automobile insurers provide those who are covered with the option of submitting a dispute concerning personal injury protection benefits to binding arbitration. My claim involved medical bills which were denied payment to the provider even though the insurance company had been paying them for years. Mr. Ducey presented my case in arbitration which resulted in a ruling concluding the claims and future claims involved in my complaint were medically necessary. I would definitely recommend Mr. Ducey and would use him again if needed.

I retained Rachel in reference to a unique landlord tenant issue. This issue was caused because the initial landlord accepted tenants rent but neglected to pay mortgage on leased property. The rented property the went into foreclosure and the bank wanted the tenants to vacate as there wasn’t a current written lease agreement. Rachel was able to negotiate with the banks Attorney and prove the tenant had the legal rights to remain in property. She was able to maintain a high level of professionalism during this process all the while showing grace and genuine concern for her my well being. My wife and I hired Toni to handle the closing of our first home. A closing is always stressful but ours was made more stressful by the seller not being the nicest guy, and we were getting married 2 months after the closing.
