He absolutely has the knowledge and expertise to guide you through what can be a very complex maze of legal requirements. No two probate cases are alike, but by taking the time to listen to you and the specifics of your case, David can recommend the best way to handle your needs. My son Officer Michael Weiskopf of the St. Petersburg Police Department went in to the hospital with Covid 8/1/21 and his wife would not let us have any contact with Michael. She would not let us text him, call him, face-time him or visit him. She told the nursing staff not to give us any information on my son's condition. If we wanted any updates, we would have to go through her. She was giving us erroneous information and that is when we found our Guardian Angel Matt. Matt worked miracles and we were then able to get correct information on my son's condition from a reliable source. He also helped us get an object in my name that Mike's wife didn't want to give us, even though it was her husband's wishes that his brother have this object. My son's wife never told us that my son died and that there was a funeral planned by the St. Petersburg Police Department.
Matt is one of a kind. He is compassionate, kind, caring, sensitive and is a super Professional. He knows his craft and he gets things done. If I lived in Florida, he would become my trusted Attorney. I can't say enough wonderful things about Matt. G-d Bless you Matt for all that you have done for us.

I did a lot of research before hiring an attorney to assist me with the probate process. I ultimately chose Matt because I liked his website. He has plenty of videos that explain “legalese” for people like me who have no idea what it all means and he seemed really involved (something that a lot of attorneys aren’t). It turned out that Mr. Weidner was as involved as he seemed and he didn’t hesitate to answer any one of my million and one questions about what was happening during my daughter’s probate. Even though she had planned out her estate before her death and put everything in order and I had agreed to be her estate executive I have to admit to not having any idea what to do. I had agreed to the role because she asked me to, but luckily I came across Mr. Weidner and he made the whole thing seem much easier than the other lawyers I talked to.
In the end probate went well. Actually, it was draining and devastating but the process itself was easier than I thought it was going to be which was one burden lifted. When things have settled down for us in our new life without my daughter, I plan to go back to Mr. Weidner to talk to him about my own estate planning. Now that I’m raising my grandchildren, I have a lot of changes to make and I’m hoping Mr. Weidner can make it as easy as he did our probate.

We recently moved to St. Pete and were in need of a good, professional and inclusive attorney to completely rewrite all of our legal documents. Kira Doyle and her great staff were all and more than we had hoped. The documents were thorough and covered all the mandates for the State of Florida.
They were completely welcoming to my wife and me. Kira Doyle and her staff treated us "just like every other couple," respectfully and graciously. As we come from a different state where this is NOT often the case, this environment was a relief.
Additionally, the documents and the process by which they are written, approved and finalized was professional and efficient. Kira and her staff were easily available to answer our questions and sent updates and their own questions frequently.
This attorney and this office staff earned 5+stars in our book! We will return to them for any additional legal needs we may encounter in the future. We already have the free three-year review of the documents in hand.
The office is beautiful and the formality of finalizing our final documents almost a ceremony . They made us feel important. We are very happy with the final documents, the way in which they and we were handled and the parting gift was PERFECT!

My husband and I have experienced the sad reality of loved ones passing away. Mr. Winer has handled trust and estate issues for my parents, and for my husband and myself. He has drawn up our wills and other legal documents. When my husband died suddenly he assisted me every step of the way, including probate, transferring copyrights and royalties, and more. Mr. Winer was responsive to my every need, getting back to me quickly whenever I had a question or concern. I honestly do not know how I would have gotten through that difficult period without him. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rachel. My father passed 3 years ago and after a number of circumstances his trust has been managed by a bank. I am so grateful to Deeb Elder Law. My mother had always been a very independent (read stubborn) lady until COVID 19. She was so ill and was hospitalized several times, but amazingly recovered. Still it took so much away from her mental and physical capacity. It also required her to move to a long-term care facility.

Ms. Terrana is professional, knowedgeable, courteous and kind. She overcame two obstacles for me. One - my brother, the elder person I am caring for, and I live in two different states. Two - he was in need of a new living situation and was extemely difficult to work with. Initially, I spoke with Ms. Terrana by phone about preparing a POA and will for him. My siblings, myself and - above all, my mom - are very fortunate to have found Bill McQueen. Though attorneys are, in my mind, one of those professionals one wants direct word-of-mouth referral to, Bill was referred to me through quite a circuitous route; and I could not have been sent to anyone better. My family needed to re-do virtually all of my mother's legal documents, do substantial work on her finances, and apply for VA A&A, as my mother's health declined, and we had to move her into assisted living. Not only did Bill do an absolutely amazing job with all of this with incredible expertise and efficiency, he also was extremely responsive at every (and I mean EVERY) turn. Not a question, need, suddenly-pressing deadline, or otherwise came up that Bill did not jump on it - and with remarkable thoroughness. Bill has known what to do, how to do it, and where nuances have been necessary in each and every step of this 18-month journey. I feel so much more comfortable with my mother's legal documents and legal work overall, and - beyond that - following all the time and effort Bill and I put into applying for VA A&A for my mom, the benefits were awarded - saving my family more than $12,000 a year in paying for my mom's care. I needed a special attorney to handle a complex case involving probate, guardianship, sale of realestate, income tax and asset management. I literally searched google, asked family and friends for an attorney that could take care of all these matters for me and all roads led to lee. It took 2 years to resolve each and every issue but at the end of it all ... I prayed and thanked God I found him. He will always be strait with you, work hard to resolve an issue. He is very reasonably priced which surprised me because I had dealt with attorneys half his ability and paid much more. My best advice to any one reading this review to do your self a favor and give him a call. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain.

Megan Greene assisted me with my mother's estate after she passed away unexpectedly.
And amidst an already very somber situation, nothing was in order, nothing was prepared with regards to a will, and in order order to gather all of the necessary information, I found myself playing detective.
However, in all of the chaos, step by step, as more information was recovered, Megan managed to wrap up my mother's probate estate as quickly as she could (staying within the boundaries of the law) and rather neatly to add.
Communication was very important to me as well as I currently live abroad and Megan proved to be very quick, thorough, and patient with every response (as was her staff).
So, with no more loose ends, thanks to Megan, I can finally begin putting this dark chapter of my life to rest.

We hired Ms. Everist of the Clarie Law Firm to represent us in our attempt to counter the State of Florida. The State filed a motion to change the custody of a year-old foster child who had been with us since birth. At no time did it appear that the State had the best interest of the child in mind. With less than a month to prepare, Ms. Everist and her co-counsel, Ms. Peggy Senentz, put the petal to the metal. Ms. Everist was exceptionally knowledgeable, and thoroughly put together an argument that easily prevailed in the 6th Circuit Court. The hearing itself was lengthy, requiring a day and a half of testimony and arguments. Ms. Everist demonstrated superb court presence and demeanor, even in the face of dire tactics by the opposing attorney. She then followed up for the next three months as we slogged through the obstacle course that concluded with our successful adoption of the child. I would heartily recommend her for similar cases.
