I was referred to Ms. Taylor by very close friends, so I already knew that she was very good at what she does. However, it's different when it is YOUR will or YOUR trust. I realized that I don't even like to think about having to do a will, much less actually complete the task. Mahogany makes the process straightforward from start to finish. She utilizes an estate planning questionnaire and before you know it, you've given her the information that she needs! Her rates are so reasonable and again straightforward. She also brought up things I hadn't even thought of and gave sage advice as to pros and cons of making particular choices. If you have changes within one year of her doing your will or trust, she makes those changes free of charge! She actually made this as painless as possible and I'm so grateful to her. I would give her 100 stars if I could!

This year I finally prioritized planning my estate and that of my parents. I sought out Pablo Palomino because he is bilingual and because of his volunteer work. I wanted to support someone who supports our community. I anticipated the process to be daunting but Pablo, and his highly skilled team, did a great job of painlessly walking me through a comprehensive plan, proactively researching and correcting some abnormalities on my property title, and delivering a full package including a revocable living trust, will, power of attorney, health directive and more. We brought in my parents the following week and Pablo and team made them feel very welcome and they left feeling a great sense of relief that their house was now in order.
I recommend Pablo and his Legacy team for their customer service, competency and final product. Their price was fair, their offices are right off the freeway with plenty of parking. Come as you are.

Eight years ago, my family contracted with Teddy McNamara to amend my father's trust upon his death. Teddy's work back then assured that we returned to him eight years later when my Mom passed away. Teddy was attentive and very responsive in dealing with the administration of my Mom's trust/estate, which involved long-distance tasks/signing papers. In addition, Teddy was very available at all times (particularly on weekends and after hours), and was personable. We shared travel information, which was a welcome diversion from all of the tasks at hand! We greatly appreciated this aspect. Administration of my Mom's estate was timely and quick, which is how I wanted it to be.
The only recommendation I would make is that documents be reviewed a bit more thoroughly before going to the client, i.e. spelling and correct names. A quick re-check before sending documents out would probably suffice.

I must say that I have never been in a situation where I even needed a lawyer to represent me and guide me along what I needed to do. But Nicole Heffel made the whole "rather unpleasant" ordeal a breeze. Having been accused of "assault and battery" and having a restraining order filed against me, Nicole was awesome in gathering the facts, witnesses, documents and held my hand through the process. She kept me informed of what could happen ... but in the end ... we came out smiling. The full restraining order was dismissed and, as of today, I've heard nothing more from the person that accused me. I learned a lot in this process. Nicole Heffel is definitely one fine lawyer.

Nicole is truly amazing at what she does. I called her with a rather complex issue, which she took the time to talk me through. She was never in a rush and helped me to understand every angle that I was facing with the situation. She really helped me understand what I was walking into so that I could make an informed decision and explain it to everyone involved. When my partner and I decided to formalize our estate planning and establish a trust we contacted several lawyers and found a wide range in prices. Gary was recommended by a good friend and his rate was very reasonable. He offered all of the same services as lawyers charging twice as much.
We met with him and found him to be knowledgeable, answering all of our questions in language we could understand. He clearly outlined the steps needed to create the trust and was always available when we had questions about the drafts. We ended up with exactly what we were looking for and were very happy with Gary's professionalism.

Damien was originally my Father in Laws Attorney. He helped him amend his Will about 10 years ago.
My Father in Law lived in La Mesa, California, though originally from Southern California, my wife and I relocated to Alexandria, Virginia.
My Father in Law died last December,
He had seen at least one attorney, after Damien. His will had been amended in the last few years, at the behest of his caregiver.
He died at 99 leaving his entire estate to his caregiver.
We were struggling to keep our own home and Business. How we would find the money and time to fight this woman we couldn't even begin to imagine. Feeling all but hopeless we reached out to Damien; and he reached back!
How he extricated my Father in Law's property from the clutches of this woman was masterful.

Damien Snow has a very quick grasp of facts; you don't have to explain a lot. We got a lot accomplished at every meeting. He has a good staff too. I liked his approach that the client can do a lot of the simple things by himself with a little guidance. Damien will take over when you get to the more complicated stuff, but he doesn't insist on doing every little thing because only an attorney can do it right. He is very generous with his time on the telephone and very fair in his billing practice. My highest compliment is that he shows empathy for clients. He puts the legal problem in perspective and encourages the client to get back to enjoying life. That's icing on the cake.

several years ago I received advice to start a trust for my wife's grandmother and part of that advice was that I didn't need a lawyer to execute it or implement it upon grandma'so passing. last year grandma passed away and my wife and I found ourselves lost and overwhelmed with all the paperwork and legal matters. Carl was awesome in helping us navigate the legless system to ensure the proper transfer of grandma's finances and estate. Tara was the third lawyer I interviewed, and although ultimately the case was settled a different way than with attorney's, I would have hired her over all the others.
