My husband and I contacted Adam in 2015 to prepare a Family Trust for us. We were so comfortable working with him. Adam made a very cumbersome and somewhat intimidating process easy for us. He explained things in terms we could understand, was professional but not stuffy, and always prompt with getting us the information and documents that we needed. Shortly after we did our trust, my mother passed away and we asked Adam to help us with her trust. He made a very difficult time easy to do. We live in Arizona and will as trying to settle a trust in San Diego. Dani was recommended by the first attorney we called as she could not help. Damien was originally my Father in Laws Attorney. He helped him amend his Will about 10 years ago.
My Father in Law lived in La Mesa, California, though originally from Southern California, my wife and I relocated to Alexandria, Virginia.
My Father in Law died last December,
He had seen at least one attorney, after Damien. His will had been amended in the last few years, at the behest of his caregiver.
He died at 99 leaving his entire estate to his caregiver.
We were struggling to keep our own home and Business. How we would find the money and time to fight this woman we couldn't even begin to imagine. Feeling all but hopeless we reached out to Damien; and he reached back!
How he extricated my Father in Law's property from the clutches of this woman was masterful.
He provided the best counsel, always clearly articulating what was necessary within the moment as to clearly assess and prioritize. We were able to expediently accomplish our goal wasting not time, steps, or money!

Damien Snow has a very quick grasp of facts; you don't have to explain a lot. We got a lot accomplished at every meeting. He has a good staff too. I liked his approach that the client can do a lot of the simple things by himself with a little guidance. Damien will take over when you get to the more complicated stuff, but he doesn't insist on doing every little thing because only an attorney can do it right. He is very generous with his time on the telephone and very fair in his billing practice. My highest compliment is that he shows empathy for clients. He puts the legal problem in perspective and encourages the client to get back to enjoying life. That's icing on the cake.

several years ago I received advice to start a trust for my wife's grandmother and part of that advice was that I didn't need a lawyer to execute it or implement it upon grandma'so passing. last year grandma passed away and my wife and I found ourselves lost and overwhelmed with all the paperwork and legal matters. Ms. Bajanova has rendered great help and very efficient and thoughtful advice on my prenuptial Agreement and other marital affairs of mine. She elevated all my fears and concerns and gave me peace of mind and very useful strategy to handle all the "touchy issues" with my spouse. I had an important question regarding probate law. I contacted my previous family law attorney, explained my situation and subsequent question to her assistant, and waited all day for a response. Her assistant called me back late afternoon with no answer to my question and the suggestion that I reach out to her partner who specializes in probate law. I was then told I’d have to wait three weeks for a zoom call to ask her partner my question.
I googled highly rated probate attorneys and stumbled upon Jenkins and Jenkins. I called, explained my question to the assistant and was put through to a cheerful Caroline Jenkins. She listened to my concern and answered my question, which enabled me to make the right decision to drop further pursuit. She also gave me a referral in case I wanted to go forward through legal channels.
Caroline, you are my hero. Admittedly, people make jokes about lawyers because many of them are just out to make a buck and will tell you the things you want to hear. When you find a lawyer like Caroline, hold on tight and save yourself from misery and financial loss.

Dan was referred to us by our accountant for our corporation. He came out to our business and went over everything we were interested in doing. I had a very difficult case, though I am sure they all are, and had a consult with Tara Burd. Tara was the third lawyer I interviewed, and although ultimately the case was settled a different way than with attorney's, I would have hired her over all the others. I was impressed with the meeting as Ms. Burd addressed issues that were overlooked by the other attorneys. I unfortunately have had to hire many lawyers for different business reasons over the last few years. Tara was most impressive. I thought investing in bullion might be a good idea given the recent upheavals in the stock market. I made a verbal contract to buy gold bullion from an online dealer. this past year we had a circumstance that required an Attorney that handles Estate issues. A family member had removed a property from an irrevocable trust which incurred major tax implications. Darcie, who was refereed by a friend, was so, helpful understanding, thorough and timely! After a friend died suddenly, Mark helped so much to make sense of all the paperwork I found in the cottage. As executor of the estate, I was at my wits' end to find out how to proceed with probate.

I hired Melody 4 years ago to represent me in a Civil lawsuit. She explained the process (timeline and expense) of a lawsuit and really made sure I understood the emotional and financial strain I was about to embark on. Despite her warnings, I continued on the journey. Melody was caring and understanding and worked diligently to find resolve for the wrong doing. Keeping high ethcial standards and proper judicial procedures as her guide post, she encountered 2 highly unethical attorneys and a business entity willing to commit perjury to win the case. Regardless, Melody continues to represent me and I fully trust and respect her suggestions and knowledge in all aspects of the legal field and judicial system. I have recommended her to several friends/clients as I know they will be in good hands with my trusted attorney. Melody has proven to me there are still good attorneys around that do follow proper procedure and actually care about their client instead of their billable hours. I struggled for nearly two years making minimum payments on my bills getting absolutely nowhere and then my income decreased significantly. I called Olga in a panic. Stephanie Lord did an outstanding job handling our estate planning (and all of the related documents) both immediately before and following the birth of our son. I HIGHLY recommend her and her firm's legal staff. We were initially intimidated by what seemed like a complicated process to set up our will and trust and all of the healthcare directives, etc. before our son's birth. We wanted to make sure everything was in order in the event of an emergency during labor or an unforeseen event during our son's adolescence. Stephanie explained the complicated rules and documents in CLEAR terms and took care of everything for us. We had one brief meeting to sign documents before our son was born, and then another brief meeting to sign our will and trust documentation following his birth.
