Alex did a presentation at a retirement planning course I attended. I was very impressed with the content of his presentation including and especially his demeanor.
Shortly after we met at his office where I also met Katie and Taylor. All 3 are just awesome and gave me the feeling that my estate planning was as important to them as it was to me.
Alex asked great probing questions, took great notes followed up with my Financial Planner and shortly after I received all of the documents. They were all prepared exactly right and we finished up with a signing in their office.
Alex and his team are first rate and I give them my highest recommendation.

Extremely Unprofessional Service – Beware
I had a very frustrating experience with The Law Offices of John J. McGlynn III, specifically with the Title Agent, Shelley McGlynn. My ex-wife and I sold a house in Stuart as part of a Final Agreement, and Shelley was assigned as our Title Agent. From the very beginning, she was completely unprofessional , rude and showed no impartiality in handling the situation.
I was told I would receive a specific amount of money from the sale, but when I asked for clarification, Shelley was unable – or unwilling – to explain why this amount was different from what the judge had decided. I repeatedly asked for a breakdown or explanation, but she told me i was 10 minutes late and she couldn't answer. After several attempts to get clear communication, she started to request documentations.
Things took a turn for the worse when she refused to disburse the funds entirely, citing that my ex-wife had claimed I owed her money. Shelley didn’t even attempt to verify this claim or consider the terms of the Final Agreement. Instead, she just took my ex-wife's word as gospel, completely disregarding the judge's decision, which was clearly outlined in the agreement.
If Shelley had bothered to read and follow the Final Agreement and the judge's instructions, she could have handled this situation properly. Instead, her lack of professionalism and failure to perform her duties caused unnecessary delays and confusion. I would not trust this office or this Title Agent with any future transactions, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for legal or title services.

Kibbey and Jason my family can't thank you enough for being our Angels. I told my husband early on that you all were appointed by God to fight this battle for my family. There were days I didn't want to leave my home because my family and I were being followed, I felt as if I were being harassed all because my husband an Osceola County Deputy was wrongly accused of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, theft of government funds, and aggravated identity theft in a scheme to obtain fraudulent federal income tax refunds. I felt as if my life was ending. These great men looked my husband and I in the eyes and said we will fight until the end. Titus we Promise you we will fight with all of our being and they did. On December 5, 2015 at 8:09pm 13 jurors walked into the courtroom with their heads held high and came to an agreement that my husband is Not Guilty! Not Guilty was read 3 times and all could hear in the room was my husband Cry Out Before The Amazing God We Serve Thank You God...Thank You God! Judge Walker could have stopped reading and asked my husband to end his Cry however he zoned it out and continued to read Jury instructions, thanked the jury, and the attorneys. My husbands friend sat next to me as I cried and mumbled Thank You God over and over again. As you know here are only 12 Jurors during a Federal Trial however during my husbands week long trial my father passed away! Kibbey and Jason remined me that my dad was going to be the Angel in the room as the jurors deliberated. I say my dad was the Foreman. Thank you daddy, I love you for giving your life so my husband can be Free!

Brandon has to be the most caring and assertive attorney I've ever had. Brandon and I worked together while he was with his previous firm. However, he was my only contact. After interviewing with him I have used his office for the last 14 years for several real estate transactions and family law because I know he is fair but bulldog tough. HIs ethics are impeccable. Our family has used Ms. Woods Law Firm of McCarty, Summers for approximately 30 years. Our late father had this firm draft a "Q-Tip"
trust for execution many years ago, and when he passed away in 2017, Ms.Wood was responsible for all phases of this tax plan being followed. Since some family members lived out of state, had different circumstances with children, etc since this draft was written, it required different details & accounting to make sure all that were involved were indeed dealt with fairly. As you can imagine some families like ours tend to be "high maintenance", but Ms. Wood was able to navigate through this, keep the flow of documents moving between everyone, working with Morgan Stanley to make sure proper distributions were made and constantly kept all family members "in the loop" ! Further, as the fiduciary of this trust I wanted to make sure that
every last detail was followed per my fathers requests and Ms. Wood made my responsibility to the family a smooth transition.
Now, the reason I highly recommend Ms. Wood is that she was able to make this all happen in a very timely manner. In closing, believe me when I say if Ms. Wood can handle my family and still keep peace with those involved and most important kept her fee's to "exactly" what we talked about when the exercise began, you have no choice but to use her for your estate planning. In short "she's a rock star" and no I'm not related to her !

1 year ago I had 2 unexpected major surgeries and 2 ER visits.
This situation put me in a heugh financial dilemma on which is how I came to call on the office of Randall Fischer.

I’ve heard horror stories about invalid Wills and poorly drawn documents that failed to work the way the person intended. So even though I’m single with no children, I sought someone who would work WITH ME, helping me to consider alternatives for, to think through, and to set up legally effective arrangements. On a financial side I sought someone who would advise me about my home, my investments and other property in the event of mental disability and eventual death. I needed help to minimize my potential taxes and fees as well as understand my digital assets. Ten years ago I found Lynne Spraker to be an experienced and respected estate-planning attorney. Lynne gave me the direction I needed, having knowledge of law, sound judgment and logical analytical and reasoning skills. Since creating the documents, she has helped me maintain and update them. I have benefited from her project management, attention to detail and proactive approach. Lynne Spraker is a good listener and her collaborative skills in multi-party work are outstanding. Also I’m impressed that she gives back to our community in many civic and charitable activities.
