Alex did a presentation at a retirement planning course I attended. I was very impressed with the content of his presentation including and especially his demeanor.
Shortly after we met at his office where I also met Katie and Taylor. All 3 are just awesome and gave me the feeling that my estate planning was as important to them as it was to me.
Alex asked great probing questions, took great notes followed up with my Financial Planner and shortly after I received all of the documents. They were all prepared exactly right and we finished up with a signing in their office.
Alex and his team are first rate and I give them my highest recommendation.

Kibbey and Jason my family can't thank you enough for being our Angels. I told my husband early on that you all were appointed by God to fight this battle for my family. There were days I didn't want to leave my home because my family and I were being followed, I felt as if I were being harassed all because my husband an Osceola County Deputy was wrongly accused of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, theft of government funds, and aggravated identity theft in a scheme to obtain fraudulent federal income tax refunds. I felt as if my life was ending. These great men looked my husband and I in the eyes and said we will fight until the end. Titus we Promise you we will fight with all of our being and they did. On December 5, 2015 at 8:09pm 13 jurors walked into the courtroom with their heads held high and came to an agreement that my husband is Not Guilty! Not Guilty was read 3 times and all could hear in the room was my husband Cry Out Before The Amazing God We Serve Thank You God...Thank You God! Judge Walker could have stopped reading and asked my husband to end his Cry however he zoned it out and continued to read Jury instructions, thanked the jury, and the attorneys. My husbands friend sat next to me as I cried and mumbled Thank You God over and over again. As you know here are only 12 Jurors during a Federal Trial however during my husbands week long trial my father passed away! Kibbey and Jason remined me that my dad was going to be the Angel in the room as the jurors deliberated. I say my dad was the Foreman. Thank you daddy, I love you for giving your life so my husband can be Free!

I was recommended to John by a friend who had been in a case where John was the opposing attorney. My friend told me after losing the case that John was a real gentleman and honest. After interviewing with him I have used his office for the last 14 years for several real estate transactions and family law because I know he is fair but bulldog tough. HIs ethics are impeccable. I would not go to court without consulting him. It is my observation that he is well respected in the christian community and in the courtroom. His office staff are very professional and personable. Our family has used Ms. Woods Law Firm of McCarty, Summers for approximately 30 years. Our late father had this firm draft a "Q-Tip"
trust for execution many years ago, and when he passed away in 2017, Ms.Wood was responsible for all phases of this tax plan being followed. Since some family members lived out of state, had different circumstances with children, etc since this draft was written, it required different details & accounting to make sure all that were involved were indeed dealt with fairly. As you can imagine some families like ours tend to be "high maintenance", but Ms. Wood was able to navigate through this, keep the flow of documents moving between everyone, working with Morgan Stanley to make sure proper distributions were made and constantly kept all family members "in the loop" ! Further, as the fiduciary of this trust I wanted to make sure that
every last detail was followed per my fathers requests and Ms. Wood made my responsibility to the family a smooth transition.
Now, the reason I highly recommend Ms. Wood is that she was able to make this all happen in a very timely manner. In closing, believe me when I say if Ms. Wood can handle my family and still keep peace with those involved and most important kept her fee's to "exactly" what we talked about when the exercise began, you have no choice but to use her for your estate planning. In short "she's a rock star" and no I'm not related to her !

1 year ago I had 2 unexpected major surgeries and 2 ER visits.
This situation put me in a heugh financial dilemma on which is how I came to call on the office of Randall Fischer.
Karen and I spoke, we met with Randall and developed a game plan for my overwhelming circumstances. I’ve heard horror stories about invalid Wills and poorly drawn documents that failed to work the way the person intended. So even though I’m single with no children, I sought someone who would work WITH ME, helping me to consider alternatives for, to think through, and to set up legally effective arrangements. On a financial side I sought someone who would advise me about my home, my investments and other property in the event of mental disability and eventual death. I needed help to minimize my potential taxes and fees as well as understand my digital assets. On the personal side, I wanted to make sure if I was unable to give the directions, someone I’d select would do that for me, and would know when I would want heroic measures and when I would prefer they pull the plug.
