First and foremost I want to say Mr. Wardell went above and beyond for me. Dec 17th 2021 I was arrested for a charge which Carries a 15yr minimum mandatory along with a few other things. I contacted Mr.Wardell who unlike all the other attorneys I contacted asked me to come into his office and speak with him in person instead of over the phone! We met and spoke and found a number of discrepancies we formulated a game plan and he was hired. Fast forward to Oct 2022 we filed a motion to suppress the courts kept postponing we finally had a hearing Feb 2023 and had a chance to argue our arguments! When I say this man fought tooth and nail in that hearing he fought tooth and nail!! Now let’s fast forward to April 5th 2023 we finally got a ruling! MOTION GRANTED!! All evidence suppressed they violated my 4th amendment rights! Mr. Wardell answered the phone anytime I called always answered my questions and concerns! I highly recommend this man without a doubt 10/10!! Thanks again Mr Wardell!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Diane.
I called Diane about help interpreting a will and she took the time to not only explain the different parts of the legal document and how this effected how the will was governed but offered suggestions and options for dealing with my unique situation and the challenge I was trying to work through.
In addition, Diane was ready to offer introductions to others locally that could be helpful in resolving the issues I was trying to address.
The law is so complicated and Diane was able to take the time to clearly answer my questions in a language that was easy for me to understand. She was also compassionate regarding my situation as I imagine most of these situations are very sensitive in nature.

Town home community. All homes are given 1 parking permit. I had visit one day, and ran out of parking spots, so I photocopied my parking permit. The tow truck company found out and towed two cars (Car with OG parking permit and car with photocopied one) AND it broke into my car and removed my original parking permit.
The HOA and members of the board refused to allow me to purchase a parking permit for my home (despite it NOT being in the rules). The rules did not say that a Parking Permit could be revoked via decision of the board, so I contacted DJS Law Group for help.
After months of emails, letters, and conversations between DJS Law Group, the members of the board, HOA management company and the attorney representing the Members of the board, DJS Law Group was able to help me get my parking permit back, and I’m very thankful for their involvement. I wouldn’t have been able to have a parking permit again without their help.

My first impression when I met her and listened to her, I immediately thought that she really knows her stuff. She was confident and knowledgeable of military law. Do not hire this attorney for probate . An attorney for this firm gave me the wrong information during our initial consultation, and immediately accused me of trying to do something wrong when she hadn’t seen the will yet, was the designated personal representative in the will. Even after I set her straight about the facts she still just stuck to her sales pitch about what should be done. They specialize in divorce and custody issues, and it was obvious to me that they do not like women who assert their rights in any legal situation. 👎
