Fantastic, professional experience with Brad and Kim. I'm surprised to see any negative reviews here. They are outstanding listeners and very realistic in their legal advice on what was possible. I've had other attorneys take a ton of money and tell me what I wanted to hear yet in the end they couldn't help me. I appreciate a lot office that sets realistic expectations.

They also helped a friend of mine and their document was so we'll written and legally tight that when problems arose 10 years later that document was used and she won her case.

I feel very fortunate to have met Kokie through my son who asked the Senior Project Manager of the utility company which he worked for for a referral. The Project Manager had utilized Kokie's services for utility right-of-way negotiations.
I needed someone to complete my father's probate action that had stalled. It was a very complex probate that involved the sale of real property. When I first met with Kokie, she volunteered to pick up the case file from the previous attorney. Kokie immediately took charge of my father's estate and through her legal expertise and knowledge she reworked a complex and lengthy Purchase and Sale Agreement that led to the successful sale of the real estate. That was the "easy" part.
Next, she worked to create an equitable solution to the Asset Distribution process. Kokie communicated with each of my five siblings and proposed a TEDRA agreement that allowed some of the remaining real estate to remain with some of the family while the others received their share in monetary value. She then connected me with an outstanding CPA who worked out the dollars and cents and the capital gains issues of the distribution.
Oh, and also during this process, I hired Kokie to create our wills and Community Property Agreement. I then referred three of my sisters to Kokie to have their wills and directives drawn up as well. Kokie is a very sensitive woman that worked with compassion and professionalism in helping my sisters.
I could go on an on. I will say that if you only want an attorney to hold your hand, then don't hire Kokie. She is an aggressive, intuitive and knowledgeable lawyer who will take charge of your legal needs and work with diligence and efficiency in seeing them through to resolution.
In closing I would like to say that I have made a friend for life in Kokie and will most certainly call on her in the future for all of my legal needs.

I reached out to Roberto on a cold call to ask about appraisal and the Wenatchee-area economic landscape as someone out of the region, and we hit it off and ended up chatting—in which he was friendly, patient, and offered helpful insight. There's just something rare and invaluable about professionals who—right out of the gate—seem happy to help, and don't give off the vibe that they're in a premature hurry to get paid.
I had such a good feeling about Roberto as a human being and an attorney that I hired him within 24 hours to advise on my principled departure with my then-employer. His legal help was thorough, clear, well presented, and helped me get the most out of my principled departure while staying true to my ethics of honesty, consideration, and self respect. Further, he helped me present myself in a way that helped things end amicably with my then-employer.

I contacted Roberto regarding a traffic infraction that I had received while in Chelan and he was able to help me through the process of what to do next. Living in Lynnwood, I understood that I would have to seek council in the Chelan/Wenatchee area if need be and my search led me to Mr. Castro. We spoke on the phone shortly after I reached out to his firm and we began going through what my best options were. He was able to answer all of my questions perfectly and was also able to provide information that I did not have. After suggesting to defer the ticket I began that process shortly after and ended up being granted the deferral by the judge. I was fortunate enough, through his advice, to save money on lawyer costs and still get my infraction deferred.

I contacted Mr. Castro to help with the restoration of my firearm rights. I had worked with a different attorney and after four months it was mutually agreed he had over extended I needed to take the case elsewhere.

Janna helped us with two different domestic adoptions. One was handled in partnership with an adoption agency. The other was a completely private adoption. In both cases, Janna was professional, prompt and thoughtful. The stress of the adoption experience was limited because Janna always communicated clearly and quickly with us. After experiencing some complications with finalizing our adoption in California, we were referred to David Andersen to help transfer our case to the State of Washington due to the year-long finalization process in CA. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on how to transfer the case and worked with our attorney and the birth-parents in CA in a very professional and caring manner. His communication about the process throughout was exceptional. Approximately a month and half from the case being transferred to WA, we finalized the adoption of our beautiful baby girl right before the Christmas holiday. We communicated via email prior to adoption day, met at the courthouse the morning of the finalization, and all went smoothly and swiftly. Dennis Brislawn is an exceptional lawyer. He is very professional and he helped me with a difficult problem I was having with a suppressor I bought while I was living in Washington state. I purchased the Bronze level trust of the GUNDOCX Trust system (which Mr. Brislawn created ) in November of 2012 and was approved by the BATFE and received my stamp in May 2013. My husband took a job transfer to Texas and we moved before I could get my suppressor so I applied for a form 20 to transport the suppressor. Things became more difficult for me when the dealer I bought the item from lost their FFL. For several months I tried to get the matter taken care of and it became more difficult since the dealer could not help me . I could do nothing on my own. Then I contacted Dennis around April of this year to see if he could help. He made phone calls and advised me on how he could handle things. He also updated my trust from the Bronze level to a Silver level since I now reside in Texas. I flew to Washington state this June and I was finally able to get my suppressor. Dennis was able to accomplish so much in a short period of time. He is very thorough and he gets the job done

Without Dennis Brislawn, I wouldn't have been able to fulfill a childhood dream of owning a suppressor. I put the wheels in motion back in February of 2013 when I created a trust and applied for the stamp. About 10 months later, the ATF finally approved it and I raced down to my local dealership to pick it up. Unfortunately, during those 10 months, I fulfilled another childhood dream of changing my legal name and this barred me from getting the suppressor since it was for the trust with my former name. I had zero legal experience and no idea what to do. I even considered just eating the cost of the stamp, getting my money back, and abandoning this goal from my bucketlist. Thankfully, I got in touch with Dennis who walked me through the whole process. I hired Winston earlier this year as my attorney in my Family Law case, specifically my divorce. Peter took over my estate case when I felt the judge was not giving my another attorney the proper respect. I'm sure the judge was doing what he felt was correct in giving the plaintiff every chance, but the judge stated one thing had been overlooked. Peter worked with my other attorney and calmed things down with the judge. He predicted the outcome of the bench trial exactly as the it came to be. The case was previously overworked and Peter broke it down into the simple case it was. At trial, the judge listened to the plaintiff's case, and then dismissed the case prior to listening to our case and reimburse me for legal expenses. What I appreciated the most was how Peter knew what would happen and where he needed to put his effort. I only wish I would have listened to him abut ignoring the "noise" (as he put it) rather than over working my responses. He did an excellent job in watching out for my interests and in guiding me.

Wish that we would have found Lisa to start...would have saved us a bunch of money....she came in on a two year old litigation...was a total mess...even final judegment had been entered by the Court....In a matter of a few weeks she was able to have the judgement overturned..negotiated the payment requested down to one-third of asking amount. Totally cleared up my Son's credit report in the process..have nothing but wonderful things to say about Lisa...Total Professional...we dealt with this case totally be e-mail...which is very convenient for both parties...she was very fair in her charges for the e-mail service...I would not hesitate to use Lisa's services again. I contacted Glenn with a request to prepare all the standard estate documents (Will, health care directive, durable power of attorney, etc) within the next 3 weeks. Within 2 weeks all the documents had been prepared and signed/notarized. During that time, he answered all my questions and incorporated any concerns I had into the documents, using language I could understand. He was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. After contacting several attorney offices, I found his rates to be comparable and even slightly better than some. He is very approachable, and I really appreciated how he worked me into his schedule, even though he was preparing to move offices within the next two weeks. I would highly recommend Glenn and will go to him again, if the need arises.

I’m the owner of a plaintiff’s law firm based in San Francisco, California, and I’ve worked with Brown & Sterling since October 2019. Retaining this firm for tax counsel and planning has been one of the single best business investments I’ve made. The service is fantastic: I meet once per quarter with Mr. Brown and tweak my tax strategy based on developments in my personal and business finances. Brown & Sterling is also available to me in between meetings to answer questions. During tax season, their team prepares both corporate and personal tax returns. The advice this team has provided has been nothing short of game changing for me. Received help reviewing a family partnership and a power of attorney document to determine if I understood what each document said as there were multiple family members involved with differing points of view. The discussions were very contentious and so it was important that I correctly understand the options available to me. There were and remain delicate issues as family matters involving property and aging parents often are. The family partnership document was particularly challenging. Diane reviewed both documents carefully and then laid out the information in a way that a non-lawyer could understand. Phone calls were productive and her turn around time in summarizing the call and the information was nothing short of amazing. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable in her field and straightforward and honest in her assessment of the situation as spelled out in the documents. She is also kind and takes to time to get to know you. I felt that I was a person and that I mattered. I would absolutely recommend her.

I first worked with Mr. Fritzler some years ago when I contacted the law firm he was then affiliated with for assistance with elderly family members. I lived out of state from the family members and as events unfolded, we discovered the three of them had been the subject of quite serious elder abuse at the hands of an unscrupulous "family friend". Through involved and extensive monetary and asset discovery and ensuing court cases involving Guardianships and Conservatorships, Mr. Fritzler held a steady and determined course of action. His knowledge of the law and attention to detail was (and is) amazing. I was always comfortable with and understood his advice. Several years have passed and I recently had need to contact Mr. Fritzler again, now with his own law practice, for assistance with the one surviving family member. It has been a somewhat convoluted matter and Mr. Fritzler has guided me with the same sound advice and practice. I find Mr. Fritzler to be an outstanding attorney and think very highly of him. I was awarded legal fees after an investment LLC filed a frivolous lien on my property. The owner of the LLC was upset by this ruling and refused to pay, counting on the fact that I had spent my limited resources fighting him in the aforementioned court battle. It wasn’t a large sum that was owed to me, at least for this company, under $10,000, but it was enough to make a difference in the life of a single mom, which I am. When I reached out to Theo, I explained my case to him and that I felt like I had no options for how to proceed as I couldn’t afford the retainer that most lawyers charged for such things. Theo worked with me to create a win-win situation for he and I both and then successfully settled the issue in a very short amount of time without having to go to court. Stephan Waltar is very knowledgeable and experienced in estate planning. He is the author of two books on the subject, both of which I read and found to be clearly written and very helpful. I felt that he wrote these books because he truly cared about people being well protected and informed.
He and his staff were easy to communicate with, any questions were answered fully and we received prompt responses to any emails.
We were provided with a 3" binder made personal for us that clearly organized all of our info and documents on our estate planning, medical directives, power of attorney, ect. A digital copy is kept securely as well.
We felt like it was money well spent to have our estate set up by a legal expert rather than a one size fits all computer program. it is complicated and it is essential that it be done properly. When we were at our bank to transfer our account, the manager had to call the legal department to walk her thru the process, as even for someone who works in the financial field it was complicated. One our side we had been provided by Mr. Waltar's office with all the correct legal documents and it was easy.
In the future as laws change it is also good to know that we have a legal expert to confer with who will keep us updated and our plans on track.

Jenna Brozik has been our attorney since 2015. She successfully represented us in two child support / post secondary cases and one case where the ex-wife refused to share family photos, claiming they were missing.
