Prepared wills, a community property agreement, and powers of attorney for us. Was very clear about price up front, was very responsive to emails and calls, all work was done responsibly and professionally and in reasonable timeframe, was genuinely interested in making sure all our questions about clauses in the will were answered. Received help reviewing a family partnership and a power of attorney document to determine if I understood what each document said as there were multiple family members involved with differing points of view. The discussions were very contentious and so it was important that I correctly understand the options available to me. There were and remain delicate issues as family matters involving property and aging parents often are. The family partnership document was particularly challenging. Diane reviewed both documents carefully and then laid out the information in a way that a non-lawyer could understand. Phone calls were productive and her turn around time in summarizing the call and the information was nothing short of amazing. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable in her field and straightforward and honest in her assessment of the situation as spelled out in the documents. She is also kind and takes to time to get to know you. I felt that I was a person and that I mattered. I would absolutely recommend her.

I went to Mr. Fritzler for a Will, Durable Power of Attorney and Health Directive. I expected the process to be a nose bleed. It was not. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He put me at ease. Everything concluded swiftly. Covid-19 precautions were taken throughout the process of consultation and signing. I highly recommend him!

I first worked with Mr. Fritzler some years ago when I contacted the law firm he was then affiliated with for assistance with elderly family members. I lived out of state from the family members and as events unfolded, we discovered the three of them had been the subject of quite serious elder abuse at the hands of an unscrupulous "family friend". Through involved and extensive monetary and asset discovery and ensuing court cases involving Guardianships and Conservatorships, Mr. Fritzler held a steady and determined course of action. His knowledge of the law and attention to detail was (and is) amazing. I was always comfortable with and understood his advice. Several years have passed and I recently had need to contact Mr. Fritzler again, now with his own law practice, for assistance with the one surviving family member. It has been a somewhat convoluted matter and Mr. Fritzler has guided me with the same sound advice and practice. I find Mr. Fritzler to be an outstanding attorney and think very highly of him. I would not hesitate to recommend his services, especially in the area of Elder Law.

While I thought this would be easy and even considered not hiring an attorney as everything seemed straight forward with no contest, what came to light very early on is that my husband’s attorney was incompetent, reckless and sloppy with his work. While my husband had paid 5x the amount that I was paying, Mary Sakaguchi caught numerous mistakes which would have led to a prolonged divorce process. Her careful eye to detail and attention prevented that from happening and expedited the whole process which actually made me less fearful and the entire process less traumatic. I cannot convey how much this impacted me in a positive way. I am grateful for her immense knowledge of the law and watching out for my best interest all the while communicating with compassion and kindness.
I highly recommend Ms. Sakaguchi and her entire team! Thank you!

I have a traumatic brain injury. I was referred to him by the attorney who helped me to finally get social security disability after 6 years. That attorney referred me to Michael when I got my "back-pay" from SSD; and helped me to understand how getting a large amount of money could create financial havoc in my life-- losing my home in a public housing unit, losing my state paid caregiver 30 hrs. a week, and losing my state insurance that covers what my medicare never would. He did all of this in a kind, patient way; without ever making me feel like he was "timing" our first consultation or even counting every second when he did the paperwork. He is my favorite attorney ever, I have to say; and I have dealt with a few throughout my life.

Patrick is calm friendly, smart and a gentleman. He hires the same - and their firm brought excellent results. We won, and the praise the judge heaped on Patrick's colleague Russell Mikow reflects well on Patrick. What started out sad and distressing ended up like the scene "No prisoners" scene from Lawrence of Arabia where O'Toole and Sharif charge into battle. My dad would have liked these two gentlemen! Jenna Brozik has been our attorney since 2015. She successfully represented us in two child support / post secondary cases and one case where the ex-wife refused to share family photos, claiming they were missing. We watched her stand up to three different lawyers in front of Judge Frasier and Judge Libey and she won every case! She's very confident and knows case law very well. Our last case, she had to respond to the apposing lawyer's last minute 20 page declaration received at 4pm the day before court hearing. She worked on it all evening and early morning, communicating with us and successfully submitting our declaration on-time. Her prices are very affordable! Jenna was recommended to us by a single mom who had difficulties with her ex-husband and child custody. She won that case and has a very good reputation in this area. We are also proud that she represented us all three times, whereas the apposing party hired a different lawyer each time. Jenna takes care of her clients and is time efficient.

Recently my aunt passed away leaving behind an estate that had property in two different states (WA and PA). At the time we felt overwhelmed not knowing where to start. Anna helped my family walk through the different tax considerations for each state, consulting with attorneys in PA to make sure all details were considered and covered. I was fortunate to find Michelle Siebenaler to complete a probate that was started with another attorney. The probate involved disabled heirs—one on Medicaid.
Michelle is very knowledgeable, and she gave me information and options that I hadn’t heard about—such as being able to start one’s own Special Needs Trust. In a related case, she represented me and helped me provide information to the DHS, bringing their claim against the estate to a quick and good resolution.
Beyond being a very smart and skilled attorney, Michelle is also very kind and thoughtful. As executor, I was occasionally overwhelmed by the work, and she was always willing to help.
She is also straightforward and honest about her fee, giving an upfront estimate of hours for the job. In every case she was more than fair.
I could not recommend her more highly.

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I have to about Mark. I hired Mark Morenz-Harbinger to help settle a complicated will and trust of my parent’s estate. I am not quite sure how to review Mark, other than to say thank you. He helped me when I couldn’t help myself. After searching for my first Lawyer, and speaking with three different Lawyers, Mr. Pautler was firm, upfront, and did not beat around the bush. Out of all the Lawyers that I spoke with, Mr. Pautler told it like it was. I knew I wanted to hire this lawyer for my first lawyer. Once, hired, Mr. Pautler exceeded what I had first asked him for help with. He told me in order to fix my problem, certain steps had to be taken. With his help guiding me to follow required criteria, he not only help me fix my problem, but also helped me re-establish contact of lost loved ones. Mr. Pautler was very respectful, curtious, and told me "how the law" sees it. When my problem was solved, he told me so and ended our interaction in an appropiate manner to end the billing. I would recommend and encourage you to hire Mr. Pautler as your Lawyer. I see no need for me to seek out another Lawyer for myself, I will continue to seek counsel from him when ever I need a lawyer for myself. My wife and I had Raemi update all of our estate planning documents (will, trusts, etc). It had been 10 years since we had seen a lawyer, so much had changed. She patiently explained all of our options, counseled us about changes in state and federal law, and gave us her opinion about what would work best for us.
Her communication through email was timely and thorough, and her preparation of the documents was the same. She circled back around 2 months after completion of signing, just to check in and make sure that we were doing what we were supposed to be doing on our end.
We will definitely use Raemi for all of our future estate planning needs.

I sure wished I would have met Theresa before I hired the lawyers I had. This was a long drawn out case. My previous attorney withdrew from my case two months before the trial. My lawyer advised me to find a contingent lawyer, nobody wanted anything to do with a long complicated case, until I met Theresa. She is not a contingent lawyer but I was very pleased with her help.
