Mrs. Eastwood and her staff are excellent. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem with family after my mom passed. She wouldn't take it to court as I was already handling things correctly and it would be just a waste of my money. Can you imagine?! Addendum to review attached
I am compelled to provide this addendum to my review of Forrest and Forrest, posted six months ago due to recent events. I received an ominous call from Paulina Forrest, accompanied by an unwarranted demand to take down my factual review post of Forrest and Forrest law firm, without the presentation of a court order.
This attempt to silence my legitimate review only reinforces the concerns raised in my initial, assessment. It is disheartening to witness such actions, which only serves to validate the point made in my original review regarding the unprofessional conduct and questionable practices of Forrest And Forrest. I stand by my right to express my opinions and experiences openly and honestly. Any attempt to suppress or censor valid feedback only raises further questions about the integrity and ethics of Dan And Paulina Forrest.
I urge others to consider these actions when evaluating the character and credibility of the individual attorney or law firm in question. Transparency and accountability are essential components of any reputable law firm, and any attempts to stifle legitimate feedback only casts doubt on the sincerity of their intentions
I remain committed to sharing my experiences and opinions truthfully and will not be swayed by intimidation tactics or unwarranted demands.

Josh was recommended to me from a friend in another state…I had never heard of this man till then , but my contact put me in touch with a knowledgeable and diversified attorney that was willing to do everything within the legal boundaries to help me in my situation! As someone that has never been in legal problems, Josh helped explain everything in a way that made sense. He did not sugar coat things or give me false hopes, he provided the facts and the plan we needed to take! He’s at court when u need him, he follows up with his clients, if there is any correspondence from the court system he contacts you…basically everything u could ask from an attorney! I hate I meet Joshua Jones Attorney on these terms, but I’m thankful for him and would recommend him to anyone needing any legal advise or representation!

I was going to use Greg as a custody lawyer. First red flag was he openly talked and said awful things about the opposing attorney, Tim Allen. I paid the retainer and worked out a payment plan for the rest, and never heard anything back. My child’s father received a notice in the mail of our court date two days prior to the date. I, on the other hand, never received a single one. Not even a phone call from the lawyer’s office. When I finally got to talk to Greg, he informs me the front desk lady had a sickness which is why I never got a notification, as she is supposed to send out emails and make the calls. While I hate she was sick, that's an internal issue and I should not be having to worry about requesting off to be there a day prior to the court date. If we have someone sick at work, we pull the extra weight to make sure the work actually gets done. He also informed me “you know you don’t have to be there right?” No, I don’t know that because NO ONE HAS TALKED TO ME ABOUT IT. Then he wants to tell me, "well, we're talking now." The only reason we were talking then is I had to go out of my way to call and find out what was going on. I work a full time job and have to request off for these things, but it’s hard to request off for something you don’t know about. When I matched his nonchalant, arrogant energy, he then told me “if you’re so unhappy… actually I can no longer represent you.” Although I appreciate the fact that he worked with me on a payment plan, he is very unprofessional and he and his staff lacks communication.

My divorce has been on going since Oct 2023. I truly believed this firm would handle my case with an appropriate outcome. My ex has possession of all my belongings locked up in a storage unit in which I had no access to. After almost a year, and with a court order, the storage facility finally gave me access after cutting the lock off. I went through everything and noticed right away a huge amount of items were missing. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford the legal fees that keep piling up on me. All I want is my belongings and the items I'm entitled to, which are stated in the mediation agreement. This man literally took everything from me. Including thousands and thousands of dollars in jewelry. Some of which was passed down to me from my mother and grandmother. I don't understand why the court system won't follow through with the divorce decree and mediation settlement. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with the legal system. I will never use the Harris Firm in Prattville, AL. again.
