John is a no-nonsense and detail oriented attorney. I needed his services for handling a ticket. Upon first contact, he responded quickly, got all the information and details pertaining to the ticket. He then proceeded to explain, in an easy to understand way, the steps in the process. I completed the paperwork and left the execution to John. True to his word, he offered periodic updates and delivered an outstanding outcome for me. He settled the case from a "several points on license" to a minor "no points" parking violation. I am very grateful for John's expertise and his operating style which is without fuss or frills. I highly recommend John and would use him again (i hope I never have to).

All I can say is how thankful I am to Mr.Lindsey for all his hard work and helping me with a speeding ticket. When I first received this ticket I was terrified because it would result in 8 points on my drivers license and a huge fine while increasing my insurance immensely. Mr.Lindsey reassured me that he would reduce the points to where it would not affect my insurance rate and taking a drivers defensive course I would be cleared of having points. With the ticket I received I am extremely satisfied with the end result. I had 87/55 reduced to 65/55 and received 3 points which is a minor violation with a much lower fine and my insurance was saved. Mr.Lindsey responded really fast to emails, gave updates and the line of communication was great while not having to go to court myself. If you are in legal trouble, I would definitely recommend Mr.Lindsey to help because he is great at what he does!

My experience with Di Ma during a real estate transaction was deeply disappointing. Despite knowing that the buyer had not paid the $50,000 earnest money deposit, Di advised my spouse and me to proceed with notarizing and shipping a deed and to continue preparing for the closing. This advice led us to spend unnecessary time and money, which we now realize could have been avoided. On October 3, 2024, Di assured us in writing that she would reimburse us for these expenses, but she ultimately failed to follow through and completely stopped responding to us.
Our new attorney also raised concerns about much of the legal advice Di gave, including her instructions on how to handle a “time is of the essence” letter and her misleading comments about the impact of using an out-of-state ID at the notary on our taxes. Based on these issues, we felt that her advice was incorrect and not in our best interest.
Additionally, I found Di to lack professionalism throughout the transaction. She appeared overly emotional and unfocused at times when I expected calm, steady guidance during such a challenging situation. The real estate field requires lawyers to help navigate their clients through stressful situations with composure, and unfortunately, Di did not meet those expectations for us.
While this was my personal experience, I would advise others to carefully consider whether they feel fully confident in the advice and professionalism of any attorney they choose to work with.

My experience with Rakesh couldnt have gone any better. A minor traffic infraction turned into a cop trying to throw the book at me. Rakesh went right to work and handled the whole process, getting all 5 moving violations reduced to parking tickets. His fees are reasonable and totally worth the results.
I’d recommend him to anybody in need of an attorney.

This is the second time I’ve used Rakesh Joshi’s legal services and again I am 100% satisfied.
He is an absolutely brilliant lawyer. But more than anything he is your peace of mind. He is the oasis in the desert, the lighthouse in the storm and the reassurance in your time of need. Legit
I can personally attest that he is the check and balance to what can be an unfair system for so many people. (women, disabled, other minorities, the socially economic disadvantaged, immigrants…)
I am amazed at the relationships he has, the respect he gives and receives from colleagues, clients, court staff and how smoothly things move as a result.
My first case, I was a victim of a predominant local “slum” landlord, and Rakesh Joshi successfully litigated for my family in the City Court of Albany, the second case was a minor traffic violation in the town of Brunswick, which was quickly dismissed.
I call Rakesh Joshi with ANY legal issue.
My only regret is, I did not find him sooner.

I do not give out 5 ⭐️. In this case Patrick Sorsby Esq. went above and beyond to earn the highest eat resting. Just before four (4) pm Friday as he has preparing for a weekend away from the firm.
Attorney Partick Sorsby Esq. was apathetic with me and the legal challenges I will be facing his week. He talked with my for 20 minutes, spelled out what I need to look up, know and say. Justin and his firm make transactions happen for his clients. He is dedicated to using the latest in technology combined with old-fashioned customer service. He is always available and very responsive whether you just need your legal rights explained or if you need to discuss more complicated legal issues. He helped overcome last minute obstacles that were going to delay closing on the property. He was always looking ahead during the process and making sure that we addressed things before they became a problem. At the closing he went through all of the closing statements and documents in detail to make sure that there was no question unanswered.

My experience with Linda Johnson was part of a very long 3 year lawsuit which I was the victim of a car crash. Linda and Steve Shultz where my lawyers for this lawsuit against three different people (insurance company lawyers). Now to be honest lawsuits are kind of a pain mostly because of how long it takes which wasn't my lawyers fault but the opposing companies but Linda did an amazing job on my case especially during the week long trial battle. Not only that but she was really supportive and did a great job helping me make crucial decisions which in turn helped me get a very favorable outcome. That said if I had to go through this type of experience again and hopefully I don't because the crash part still hurts there is no other lawyer I would rather have on my team she definitely knows her stuff and is a pleasure to work with I couldn't thank her enough. She helped me fight for what I deserved and it worked out in my favor made it so I can finally move forward and go to college. If you have a lawsuit Linda will 100% not disappoint.

Casey helped me work through drafting a contract for the process of assisted reproduction with a close friend. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer for this process. Hands down the best lawyer around. I had previously hired another lawyer for my divorce and adoption of my son, and after 5 months and several thousand dollars, nothing was accomplished. I was referred to Casey from a friend who had a great experience as well. Casey was able to break everything down and go over everything until I could understand the complicated situation I was in. With her by my side, we were able to accomplish our goals and finalize everything in a timely matter. She was never one of those lawyers who wanted to drag anything out just to drain me of more money (Like my previous lawyer). She was always available to reach when needed, even on a Saturday night!! I can not even believe I got so lucky when I hired Derrick Thomas Hogan to be my attorney without knowing much about him. I am a woman who has never had to seek the counsel of a lawyer in a distressed situation. I was in an incident which forced me to attain a lawyer. Because of a lack of experience in this type of situation, I felt scared and totally alone. I went on the Internet and just looked up lawyers and found a site that stated what their mision statement was in regards to the operation of their law firm and I immediately felt "hope". I contacted them and was put in contact with a wonderful person named Derrick. I was very distraught at the time of our conversation and he never let me feel ashamed of the event. He was very professional, kind and took the time to listen with much patience. He explained the entire process to me with great diligence and understanding of the situation I was in at the time. I guess the most important thing I want to stess at this time is that in today's world, it isn't often you meet someone who takes the time to listen and respond compassionately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David to anyone. He is a very thorough, ethical, knowledgeable, well spoken attorney. At court there was no comparison to the other attorney! David outshone him in every area!
He always treated me with dignity, kindness and compassion, and always made time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand.

Mr. Pennock is the best lawyer I've ever had, one you would want to have on your side no matter what type of case or legal affairs you want handled. He is very thorough, honest, and detail-oriented. Nothing misses his legal eye, and the wealth of accumulated legal knowledge and experience he has in various legal areas (especially in cases where they might overlap legal boundaries) is unbeatable. He is fair in everything, including and especially his reasonable fees, and he will tell you if you are being unreasonable in your demands or if you are crossing any legal lines in any of your cases and dealings that you entrust to him. He was my lawyer for a car accident and in real estate, and the thoroughness of the advice and work that he put into both were the same even though both didn't actually pay him the same amount of money. With Mr. Pennock, it doesn't matter what job he is handling or how much the job costs: it is that he gets the job done very well with your best interests always in mind. I am always amazed at how he assimilates and thoroughly digests every detail of any importance.
