Chellie Anderson has been an absolute cornerstone in my experience with legal support, working alongside attorney Joshua Bruner with a level of expertise and reliability that's both impressive and deeply reassuring. She feels like a second lawyer on the legal team.
Since taking over for Donna, Chellie has been incredibly prompt, utterly professional, and someone who embodies the highest standards of what top-of-the-line legal assistance should be. If you'll click over to read my review of Donna, you'll see that replacing her was an incredibly high bar to live up to. Chellie's success in matching Donna's performance as a paralegal to Joshua Bruner makes me wonder if it isn't the strength of the paralegal team, and not the attorneys, at Envision Family Law that makes the firm so successful.
That isn't to knock attorney Joshua Bruner, who has been nothing short of magnificent. Flawless. Compelling. Powerful. An expert crafter of legal writing, interviewer, and declaration writer.
And deeply empathic to boot. He's been beyond-the-beyond good.
It's just that, in settling on Envision, we interviewed countless other firms, including all the top firms in Washington, and even paid an $8000 retainer at one, only to have it completely refunded because of the sheer complexity of our case. We experienced countless paralegal's assistance and communication through that process.

I reached out seeking legal advice for a landlord tenant dispute. I followed up with a copy of my lease. 3 days later I get a snarky two word reply, and that was the last I heard from him. Clearly not interested in taking on new clients or treating potential with professionalism. You could just say you're busy or can't take me on, rather than leave me hanging with a strange response.

Ann represented my wife and I in the purchase of a small business. She came highly recommend by another small business owner in the same industry. We were kept up to date on all of the issues surrounding our transactions and she also made herself available when we most needed her after we bought the business - there were skeletons in the business that we did not discover until after the sale closed, all of which had nothing to do with her services. In the end, she helped guide us to stay on the "right" side of the tracks. We will be using her services again in the future when we purchase another business.

Molly is an exceptionally skilled attorney who represented me in my divorce. He is very thorough, flexible to our needs, and questions what we need -- he is not just taking a cookie cutter approach for estate planning but a partner in our overall plan. My family has had the pleasure of working with Kode Law Firm and was handled by Dey. Dey took good care of my husband when he got into a horrible collision by a drunk driver. TRASH COMPANY, STAY AWAY!!! After initial consultation everything looked great and I was ready to move forward. They said they would reach out with engagement letter. Took them three weeks to get back to me so I decided to read the reviews and man I was wrong. Apparently they work like a turtle very slow with nothing to show for. Just a BIG SCAM. After hearing from them 3 weeks later I told them I am not moving forward. Now 6 months after that email they send me an invoice for the consultation for $330 and expect me to pay even through they did not disclose the cost of the consultation or make it clear that there was a fee even. Won’t be paying it of course. If it takes them weeks to send a engagement letter for a customer moving forward imagine what it would look like them doing any work for you.

TRASH law firm , STAY AWAY!!! They are not professional , they just send bill for money, they did nothing for us, they are scam , we paid almost more than $10,000, but got nothing back. They never told us our case still active or closed either by mail (email) or phone. we regret to choose MDK Law in Bellevue. We wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone else.

I hired Marianne Jones through the suggestion of LegalShield for a very simple case. It took her a total of 9 months to get the case in court and got accepted. My elderly parents hired Rick for estate planning with myself as Trustee for the estate trust. After my mothers passing I discovered that Rick had set up numerous LLC's and a labyrinth trust web that was so complex for their meager estate it was laughable. also he had interjected himself into the trusts complexity so there was really no way out other than to keep him on through closing out the Estate. through out the process Rick appeared arrogant, overbearing, blustery and uncooperative. all there were many errors - one such instance was in his attempt to clear up a title matter related to my parents house he inadvertent recorded documents transferring the neighbors house into my parents name. the first words out of his month was I didn't feel comfortable doing that but that was what the title company told me to do .............. Rick Gregorek was almost prophetic in his care of my elderly father. He prepared everything, and I mean everything, ahead of time so Dad was completely prepared when the "Fly-Bys" showed up (distant relatives who contribute nothing, complain about everything, and swoop in at the end for the cash). Rick saw the red flags long before Dad or I did and he prepared Dad meticulously. There is no doubt that Dad would have ended up in a nursing home had Rick not been so diligent. We spent a lot of time selecting the right lawyer and it payed off. It was not just his knowledge of the law, but his understanding of human nature in all its forms that sets him apart. For these reasons I unequivocally give Rick Gregorek my highest recommendation. A+++

Rick over the last 4-5 years has been and continues to be instrumental in our estate planning process including establishing multiple Trust(s) and being a Trustee. He also helped us move a Trust to Washington State from a previous location within the US.
Rick is extremely knowledgeable and we have never felt uncomfortable with his suggestions and insight into the legal and moral values during the process. This is especially true regarding family and the special circumstances which at times may arise. He listens well taking into account each aspect one may bring to the table and will make every effort to explore and find a solution. Rick also brings expertise in the field of estate taxes and how to best address specific issues. If Rick does not know the answer he and his staff will make every effort to find one.
Rick is good with being responsive and keeping us informed. If we need to send a follow up inquiry to a question he will get back to us within the next 12 to 24 hours. I know he is busy!
Overall, we have the utmost trust and faith in Rick's ability to provide quality service and value to such important issues as estate planning including multi-generational trust and financial/tax issues.

My wife and I needed a fairly complex estate package (involving foreign countries). Ms Andrea Hardin was referred to us by one of my MSFT colleagues. She was able to go through all of the components of the estate plans for me and my family. She went and extra mile to explain things to us that were new and unknown (and there are many!) We are happy and comfortable knowing that our affairs are in order. When the opportunity came to purchase a new home, we called Ms Hardin again. She was as kind as the first time and very very patient with us. She went through every page of every document and found a lot of inconsistencies in the materials proposed by the selling party. We felt well protected and taken care of by such an accomplished attorney. Thank you, Ms Hardin! We will get back to you for the attorney support when the time comes to sell our house in the future. She appears to be a very intelligent attorney, but she insults almost everyone she interacts with. Rather than create a stress free environment during our transaction, we felt more stressed due to the confrontation she caused with the other attorney, and other parties involved. We were very disappointed in the transaction, and will no longer use her.

We Will Not Return
Ms. Hardin is a competent attorney with a well-established practice; however, her professional demeanor (or rather the lack thereof) made us extremely uncomfortable in her office. The condescending attitude she exhibited towards her paralegal during our meeting was both astonishing and disappointing. When we left Ms. Hardin's office, my husband and I both agreed that we would not return based on her behavior. How someone treats their subordinates is an excellent gauge of character. There are many attorneys in the Puget Sound area who are fully competent in this area of law AND treat others with respect. It might well benefit Ms. Hardin if she remembered that fact. We will not return to Ms. Hardin's office nor will we recommend this attorney to fellow peers.

Received a complaint letter from him. 70 pages of illogical gibberish, filled with typos and poor grammar. Hard to imagine how a linear thought could make it out of him.
He had exhibits that made NO sense, did not contribute to his clients case and in fact made m case in several instances.
Needless to say his client was so badly served that I must imagine this was pro bono work or at least that is what he should have been paid

This attorney contacted me today through her paralegal on behalf of my condo association. This attoney’s position is that it is fine for the COA to fine me for having beautiful, well maintained flower pots outside my condo without following due process. This attorney also advocated that all the the COA’s violations are excusable and that I should actually step up to the plate and perform the maintenance for them unless I want my dues to go up with all my neighbors’
The communication between this attorney and her client were so poor that I had to provide it to them, more than once due to their confusion.
I don’t think an ethical attorney should be giving their clients a free pass on abiding by contracts while supporting fining homeowners for things that would never pass a reasonable person standard in the court.
