I was dealing with a very difficult employment situation. Not only was she able to keep me from making several very detrimental mistakes that would have given the company the upper hand in negotiations, she was tough and ultimately was able to get much better results than if I tried to negotiate on my own. She is tough, yet with me she was compassionate and understood the emotional rollercoaster that I was on. I will have her in my corner again in a heartbeat.

I believe the header says it all. Aimee is a brilliant woman and applies that brilliance to her practice of the law. In 2003, not long after she passed both the NY and NJ, i hired Aimee as an associate at my NY law firm. With only minimal direction, Aimee wrote work product that was succinct and thorough. Do only did she identify all of the legal issues, her divergent mind spotted issues missed by far more experienced practicioners. Had family issues not forced her return to California, I have no doubt that she would have evolved into a devastating litigator. Of course, 12 years have passed since her return to California, where she served as an executive in several growing companies. I am glad to hear that Aimee has returned to the law and easily passed the California bar. That her brother is an attorney and her father a judge, strongly suggests that the law is her best career path.

I was hit by a car on foot last year and their staff has helped me the whole way as far as keeping me updated and sending me to the right places for treatment. Teresa, Bella, Christina, and Nagelberg were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. They charge a less percentage compared to other attourneys . They hold your hand through the process but respect you by providing accurate information on your case and touching base. I would definitely reccomemd them to a family member or friend !

They treated me great. I was rear ended by a semi when I was 17, and became a quadriplegic. They flew to Texas and became my lawyers and friends. Kurt and Larry are great people on general and amazing lawyers. They took less of a % than any attorney in Texas would have, and by the time we settled with the insurance company, got me more than any lawyer in Texas would have. Highly recommended!

I regret ever hiring Soleymani Law Firm to represent me in my family law case. At the time, I was new to the legal system and trusted their promises that they would fight for me and my son. Unfortunately, their actions did not align with their words.
My initial consultation with Deborah Soleymani was full of assurances about how her firm would stand by me. However, once they took my $10,000 retainer, their level of service completely changed. The attorney assigned to my case, Emily Hetu, was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and did not advocate for my son or me in any meaningful way. The worst part? She did not even show up for a crucial hearing. Instead, they sent a substitute attorney without any notice, leaving me completely unprepared and vulnerable in court. This attorney had no background on my case, did not defend me, and ultimately, because of their incompetence, I lost in court.
On top of their negligence, they managed to burn through my entire retainer in less than two months while doing minimal work. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim I still owed them money for a single hearing that cost me $10,000—an outrageous and unjustifiable fee for the lack of service provided.
This law firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic ethics. They do not fight for their clients; instead, they take advantage of people who are already in vulnerable legal situations. If you’re considering hiring them—DON’T. I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my time and money on them.
There are far better family law attorneys out there who actually care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Soleymani Law Firm.
