Nicole was very professional and understanding of my situation. She listens to what my goals were and worked with me to achieve the settlement I wanted. Communications with her were via email, phone, text, and in person. She ALWAYS responds on a timely matter. Never had me questioning her work. Her rates were fair and reasonable. I wouldn't say she's earned my "business", but rather she has earned my TRUST. Hopefully, I will never need her again (as an attorney!!!) :-)

Ed is very smart, straight forward shooter, and very knowledgeable about all the aspects and laws of the bankruptcy more importantly he cares about his client more than any thing else.
I had a pleasure of meeting him through my Real Estate broker who has worked with Ed in other cases and he was telling me all the above but I had to see it to believe it. We had a landslide on our property many years ago. I was dealing with a very difficult employment situation. I believe the header says it all. Aimee is a brilliant woman and applies that brilliance to her practice of the law. In 2003, not long after she passed both the NY and NJ, i hired Aimee as an associate at my NY law firm. With only minimal direction, Aimee wrote work product that was succinct and thorough. Do only did she identify all of the legal issues, her divergent mind spotted issues missed by far more experienced practicioners. Had family issues not forced her return to California, I have no doubt that she would have evolved into a devastating litigator. Of course, 12 years have passed since her return to California, where she served as an executive in several growing companies. I am glad to hear that Aimee has returned to the law and easily passed the California bar. That her brother is an attorney and her father a judge, strongly suggests that the law is her best career path.

I called Mr. Losh regarding an issue I was fearful would quickly get out-of-hand.
Mr. Losh asked questions other attorneys didn't, then requested a little time to think about the issue. I was a little fearful, but Mr. Losh promised to get back to me with a possible solution, quickly. Which is exactly what he did.
Mr. Losh's solution was both practical and didn't require a huge amount of spiraling legal fees. I was shocked. Then thankful. I appreciated Mr. Losh's skill, quick response, cost-effective solution, and old school manners. In that order.
I would recommend Mr. Losh's services, especially regarding mortgage issues.

This is A notice , that if this firm continues to be dishonest , representatives im my case, I will be addressing my concerns with the State Bar. Intimidation has been used to try to discourage me to tolerate lack of representation towards my case. I’ve been questioned regarding statements that the opposing party has made after this firm contacted the opposing party. I’ve been told at least five times that this case was being filed with the court in the jurisdiction of my claim. I have yet to see any proof or case number in relation to this matter. My intelligence has been continuously insulted which has prompted this email. The doctors that work with this firm are also questionable. I’ve seen the Social Media accounts for this firm quoting that clients should be honest with the firm . While the firm follows a”do as I say and not as I do “ behavior. And in my opinion has poor work ethic. I have been respectful in this matter and patient. I don’t feel that I am being properly represented. I was told that A private investigator was hired and that I would be contacted , that it took 2 weeks to obtain insurance information from the Landlord who refused to provide her insurance. It’s been well over that time frame. I was told that the firm was providing payments upfront for filing and obtaining information. Although that maybe true this service is not free of charge. This is where intimidation and manipulation came into place regarding the percentage of my settlement. At this time I do not view this firm as trustworthy. I have kept my public opinion to myself, out of decency and respect. I don’t feel that anyone should be taken advantage of , because of lack of knowledge or different profession. Being rude , because a client is unwilling to accept anything said without proof is unprofessional is wrong ethically and morally. In my opinion it’s a manipulation tactic. I don’t appreciate the treatment I’ve been receiving, or the dishonesty. After I emailed this to the firm , I was accused of being disrespectful, which I now way was disrespectful .
