They believed in me and my case when no one else did, including some big name law firms. My uncle was a widow with no children, I was his niece and watched over him. The ALF he was in was beautiful but didn't give him the care he needed nor what he was paying for.

They give you this great intake speech and actually mine was more than just a simple matter and that these five star ratings that they got you should not have to be a lawyer to figure out that this attorney eventually that called me and after two intake interviews completely with all the accidents and injuries recorded he would give me five minutes from my phone number that I didn't even recognize didn't even mention senior justice and he just simply said you're not you're not talking fast enough first thing in the morning when I've just been released from rehab three days ago and whether these reviews of them are honest and accurate and not family members That remains to be seen but there is no reason to talk to someone 74 years of age and after they've gone through two intake interviews and and ask you to repeat it in five minutes or less and not have any ethical or oath or anything resembling senior justice And yes I am not quite at the age of where death or body cast was incurred but there was a substantial case and Alana Del Mar was a very professional person but knowing all the while who and I still don't know who called me and was going to decide whether or not They would have a case worth millions versus what happened to me and again the most unethical attorney that did not even leave his name and nor will I probably hear back from Senior justice unless it's through the ethics department of The Florida bar so God bless any of you that have lost someone or That the stage was so bad that yes they could land a settlement with the least amount of effort but there is no ethics in involves so far as senior justice that is a complete fraud

I found Alan on AVVO just out of pure luck, thank God. Better lucky than smart. He has been my savior. I purchased a property with numerous title faults, and had I not found Alan, it would still be a mess. I would have had to sell the property for a huge loss, if I would have been able to sell it. The number of attorneys that could have solved this mess, nor wanted to tackle it, is extremely limited.

Came in last week to sign some paperwork for an estate and the lady at the front desk at suit 300 was very rude and unprofessional! I alittle lost on where exactly I needed to be and explain that I had an email telling me to come to this office to sign paperwork. Her voice of tone was extremely unpleasant and didn’t even try to help me out untill I found the name of the person I came to see…she than called in and I was greeted by the person I was looking to meet! Such a shame I had to experience that all while dealing with a love one passing.

I was recently served with a lawsuit from American Express for an unpaid balance. I received Michael Metzner's letter of solicitation in the mail before I was even served with the official lawsuit. My initial thought was I would just call and most likely hang up very disappointed. However, to my surprise, I reached Al Mays, the office manager, but I must say he is way more than that.
Al not only thoroughly provided me with options and broke down the entire process in an easy-to-digest way, he went further to explain how Amex operates, the attorneys they use, and each of their approaches, setting the stage for how they would approach the case to get me the best outcome. I was impressed with how knowledgeable Al was and how much information he shared.
Truth be told, I left off saying that I was going to call around to other firms to get a second opinion, but no one has come close to the level of knowledge and professionalism I experienced with Al. I will move forward with hiring them Michael Metzner's Law Firm to handle my case.

I called late yesterday afternoon for a quick consult, thinking that it would need to be rescheduled due to the time. I was pleasantly surprised that Al answered and stated that we could do it right away. I was even more impressed with the amount of time that he took to explain things in infinite detail that a layperson could understand. The most mind-blowing part was that he offered potential solutions that wouldn't even directly benefit their office, stating that they are support for those in need within the community and would rather look out for the greater good than to steer someone in the wrong direction. I don't know about you, but this feels both uncanny, yet refreshing, in this day and age. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I would strongly recommend contacting the Metzner law office. I was very reluctant to hire a bankruptcy attorney, for a few reasons. First, there's a service in the internet that takes you through the whole process for free (although you do the filing yourself). Second, too many "attorneys" out there. Well, the best decision I've made lately was to hire Stephen. He's very knowledgeable and supportive, and (very important!) ALWAYS replies back in a timely manner. And his fee ended up being more than fair for the peace of mind I had through the whole process. Well, I got discharged! Thanks Stephen!

I engaged Mr. Orchard's services initially because I received a court document naming me as a defendant in a foreclosure action. Having no idea that I was attached to the property, I needed a local attorney's help, as I live in a different state.
Mr. Orchard patiently explained the legal meaning of the documents to me (actually more than once). Further, in assessing the implications of the documents and their impact on me, I had to share very personal and emotional family issues of estrangement and family wounds.
Previously, I hired a PI to assist with the family issues, but he turned out to be a scammer. I hired a different atty years before for the family issue, who provided bum advice, blew through the retainer, and said that was all he could do. I contacted the sheriff's office, who said there was nothing they could do. I was ready to surrender.
Long story short, Mr. Orchard was able to assist in discovering the familial information I was seeking and absolutely needed (and failed to obtain), and continued to work patiently with me to educate and coach me on the legal recourse I had with respect to the foreclosure. Additionally, I found him to be extremely fair and reasonable regarding the retainer I paid and the manner in which it was used.
His services began in April, 2021, and effectively ended in August 2022. Throughout this time, Steve communicated with me regularly, kept me informed regarding actions taken and actions needed, and represented me in an honest and dependable manner. In fact, I trusted him completely, and felt he always acted in my best interest.
In reality, he went out of his way to ensure I received the surplus funds I deserved from the foreclosure. Plus, he did all of this work over a 16-month period ON A CONTIGENCY BASIS! He even consulted with other attorneys that specialized in a completely different area of law (that was a factor in the claim) in order to ensure he was advising me correctly.
I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Orchard again, and you shouldn't either. If you are looking for an attorney that sees you instead of your money, I highly recommend Mr. Orchard. I found him and his lawfirm to provide excellent service, sound and helpful advice, and to have the best ethical integrity of any lawyer I've engaged!

Andy Blasi handled the sale of our home to a buyer who was very difficult throughout the process. Andy handled the contract terms and his changes were invariably the reason we even were able to close. Regardless of the nonsense the buyers and their attorney tried to pull, Andy quashed their arguments in a professional and straight forward manner. And he did it while handling insignificant details while he literally forced the buyers to the table. In the end we closed and thankfully no need to sue or face a lawsuit over the deposit. Andy is the best. Also, Andy handled a business contract for a family member and somehow got that agreement done. It was a very intricate situation with out of state parties. I had recommended Andy to handle that matter and Andy handled it beautifully.

We sold one of our houses we owned but the Title Company paid off the house we lived in currently instead of the one we sold. Big mess needless to say and I needed a good Attorney, Jan Morris was the man for the Job. He dealt with the Title Companies Insurance holder and got a settlement for our damages. He is a very nice guy to work with and easy to talk to as well.
