I never thought needing an attorney ever. Unfortunately, Florida has way to many dishonest people. Somebody gave me his name and phone number and call. The next day, meet him and since, I needed him twice. In both cases he suggested me the best way, and won in both. Man, i liked the way he made this happen. Efficiently and in good time. Hi Tom assisted me in a dispute with PayPal when I won the argument in eBay about a delivered item that I believe was stolen I lost a dispute with PayPal with a bank. Tom represented me in small claims court and was able to get PayPal to agree to send me the price of the stoeln item plus attorneys fees. I highly recommend him.

This past Spring during COVID-19, I virtually purchased a home in Delray Beach Florida. I had to force the sale of a Florida condo that I and one of my relatives jointly inherited. The first lawyer I contacted told me that it would be expensive to force the sale. They also told me that I would need to travel to Florida. I waited years before I again looked into getting a lawyer. The condo association referred Max Paul, Esq. After I agreed to his reasonable hourly rate, Max went to work. I did not need to travel to Florida. Max represented me so that I no longer had to communicate with my relative. Max did an amazing job and quickly convinced my relative to execute a contract allowing the property to be offered for sale. Max also communicated with the sales agent and kept me informed each step of the way. The process became stress free for me because Max handled everything. I went to David's law firm to speak with his partner first, and his partner referred me to David. We hit it off immediately; he listens well, makes no assumptions until he has heard everything and takes notes so his questions are succinct and to the point.
My issue was with a rogue HOA president who just wanted to make certain homeowners lives miserable. David was prompt and thorough in all of his correspondence to the opposing attorney and made sure he followed up with me weekly, even if there was no movement. I really appreciated the fact that he let me proof all of the letters to the opposing attorney, and took my edits/additions to heart.
David was able to not only bring closure to the matter with the opposing attorney but made sure all of the false claims brought against me (with fines attached) were wiped clean from my HOA ledger so I was once again a homeowner in good standing.
I was grateful for David's work and would hire him again if needed.

Our company was recently served demanding that we vacate our office premises due the landlord taking the position he was not aware of our arraignment of a sub-lease agreement with another tenant. Meanwhile the landlord had been fully aware of the sub-lease arraignment for many months by stopping into our office randomly to chat. Throughout we had been fully up to date on our rent.
Through a recommendation we engaged Mr Glickstein to seek some sanity in the matter and see if we could resolve this with minimum legal action. While the final outcome was not to our liking we were very pleased with the client attorney relationship with Mr Glickstein. From the beginning he approached the case very rationally seeking a positive outcome for both parties. Unfortunately a equatable solution was not to be for ourselves.
We were kept informed of the unfolding events throughout the case, meanwhile Mr Glickstein maintained a most professional attitude in dealing with the opposing party who obviously was not interested in a positive solution for both parties. In the past we have been involved with legal counsel who were most unpleasant with the opposing council. The eventual outcome in many times could have been achieved sooner by seeking a more reasonable approach.
Reasonable while still maintaining a firm position throughout the case,that coupled with a common sense approach to the facts at hand is why we would highly recommend Mr Glickstein.
