I worked with Mr. Della Mura towards the end of last year to close on my property. As I was a first-time home buyer, I was very reluctant and scared going into the process. Needless to say, Mr. Della Mura was there every step of the way to answer each and every question I had in layman language. The day before our closing, I found out that my bank had forgotten to schedule a lawyer for the closing day to represent them. Mr. Della Mura stepped in and was able to find my bank a lawyer on such short notice. He is very thorough with what he does and it shows that he truly enjoys working with a diverse clientele. He genuinely cares about his clients and leaves no stones unturned to ensure them the best service there is. I most certainly recommend Peter for a closing attorney as he helped us close on our property through all the challenges presented. There was a lien on our title that we were unaware of, and Peter worked endlessly with the lien release party in getting the parameters met. At closing Peter made everything as easy as possible.

This lawyer is excellent. He went to a top law schoold, and wrote a textbook for lawyers on how to handle each type of accident case. I had a construction accident where I fell off a scaffold, and he got me millions of dollars. He is hardworking, very intelligent, knows his way around the court / courtroom, and seems to know all of the judges. I was extremely happy with his representation. Highly recommended!

I have much pleasure in writing this review on my immigration lawyer, Roger Mark Newyear, Esq. I have never ever written a review on anyone or anything before, but because I decided to see Mr. Newyear based on a review I read on him, I decided to give this a try with the hope that it will be of a benefit to someone else. I have lived in the United States as an undocumented alien for nearly twenty (20) years and was not able to get my green card even though I hired a lot of lawyers and paid them large sums of money for their services. But, I got no results. Then I came into contact with Roger M. Newyear, Esq. He reviewed my case during a free consultation, after which he assured me that I was eligible to adjust my status and obtain a green card. Mr. Newyear was very open and honest with me and made it sound very easy as he painstakingly explained to me in minute details the steps that we will have to take in order to accomplish our objective. The truth was it was not easy at all, this is because my initial adjustment application was denied and I was being placed under removal proceedings at the time. This amazing legal expert immediately prepared and filed my motion to reopen and for reconsideration and vigorously fought for and defended me before the USCIS. At one point the government was even taking the position that our motion to reopen and reconsider was not timely filed, but Mr. Newyear would have none of that. His representation of me was competent, knowledgeable, courteous, passionate and professional. My application was finally approved in October 2014 and I got my green card. Last Christmas, I was able to travel home to my country of birth to visit my wife and family and to spend the holidays with them for the first time in nearly 20 years. None of this would have been possible without the assistance, competence, skill, knowledge and professionalism of Roger M. Newyear, Esq. Roger Mark Newyear, Esq. is an extremely competent, dependable, experienced, professional and above all caring attorney. He is mostly interested in the welfare, and the best interest of his clients. His practical, pragmatic and honest approach towards solving legal problems is quite refreshing, and is very rarely found in legal professionals today. I was referred to Mr. Newyear's office by a friend of the family who recommended him very highly. I was under deportation proceedings and things were not going very well. I had paid my previous attorneys over $5000 in legal fees, but I could not see how they were helping my situation. On one occasion they did not even show up for my court hearing and had advised me not to appear either. Luckily, I followed my instincts and showed up or an arrest warrant would have been issued for me. Shortly afterwards, I was informed by my attorneys that I needed to give them $5000 more for them to prepare a 440 motion on my behalf. They further told me that if I do not have the money there was nothing more they can do for me. Mr. Newyear took on my representation, prepared my 440 motion, skillfully handled my representation in immigration court, and my case was decided in my favor. I owe my wonderful opportunity to remain, live and work in the United States to the skill, experience and expertise of attorney Newyear.

I could not believe the amount of integrity this man displays when he goes about his work. He said he is going to do something by a specific time and he did exactly that. He was very attentive and concerned and he kept in contact to keep us informed of the status of our case. If it's unbelievable/slash reading something like this paragraph; like: "Oh! Come on...he must be a friend writing a review for him", drop the doubt and attitude; above is my five star opinion of Terrence from experience. Terry is the one to work with for many reasons. He went so beyond the call of being helpful to me versus working to make a buck....I can only say, to this day, that his pursuit was justice. He took me on as a cause (I believe); leaving me with grattitude I will never forget; charged me like he would a close neighbor, and fought the baloney I was having slung at me for 2 years. It was hellfully stressful. I now, do remember his other motive: eliminate the need to file bankruptcy - which he did; I was being sued for $6 million then. Terry concluded work with me 7 years ago approximately. But I had never actually met him face to face. Today, by the strangest coincidence I saw his name on a Bronx office door only because I went to the 'wrong' door, for where I wanted to be going into. For 2 years or a little more, Terry and I worked on the phone and through the mail together. Today; 7 years later I met him for the first time, shook his hand, and thanked him again; he was just leaving work for the day. He even remembered my name immediately, when he answered the intercom.
