I have a small business and like others, during the pandemic I ran into a lot of difficulties. I thought I would have to declare bankruptcy and close the business. Another attorney recommended Mr. Gleichenhaus so I hired him. The emotional toll on me was overwhelming. In addition I really am a small business, so my resources and knowledge base were limited. Mr. Gleichenhaus took time with me to look at all options, checking out what my goals could be. In the end he worked with me so that I could downsize my business, rather than close it completely! I He was able to present me with options and help me keep my business open. The final point is that he was able to help me negotiate this while maintaining my self respect.

Our family had a few challenging legal issues and Richard S. Juda Jr. was able to assist us through it all. We had to re-assign the executor of a will, appear in Surrogate's Court to assist with our disabled sister, have a deed transferred etc. These issues came to light over a period of a few years.
