Myself and my former roommates worked with Arthur in order to resolve a dispute with our former landlord. Arthur worked directly with us and was consistently attentive and professional throughout the process. He did an excellent job of explaining all applicable laws and procedures, thereby making the process far less stressful than we were expecting. Rita expertly guided me through a sensitive and complex eviction case - which I won with her help. She was just the right balance of compassionate and assertive that the situation required. In addition, her experience navigating evictions that involve hoarding was extremely helpful.
Rita spent time clearly answering all of questions. She was a strong advocate in front of the judge, and in communication with the other party’s council. Most impressively, she was able to keep the situation from becoming unnecessarily contentious. After the eviction, the tenant’s family even stepped in to pay for some of the damages to my unit, since they appreciated how we were willing to work with them through the eviction process. Rita helped me to resolve long standing tenant problem. I spoke with number of attorneys before her and was under impression that my situation is unsolvable. Rita took the issue, researched it, brought my tenants to court and managed to move them out and even get some compensation for me from them! To my amazement I didn't even need to go to court. She called me from court and let me know that she worked it out with tenants and presented their resolution to judge. In next 2 days long time non paying tenants moved out and I've got compensation check from them. That was miracle for me considering time and efforts I spent trying to resolve this situation myself.

Over the almost 4 year period since we hired Jonas Jacobson, he has very professional in his service and diligent in his work on my case. The case was due to Wells Fargo wrongly foreclosing on my home in Lexington, Mass and Jacobson succeeded in taking all the necessary steps to handle this less-than-ideal situation, worked out a very good settlement agreement with Wells Fargo (after having to do a long appeal) and just today handled the closing so that we have paid off this bank, severing our connection with them and salvaging our over $200,000 of equity that would have been lost otherwise. I am extremely grateful to have found Jonas Jacobson and I can personally say the he is the most honest, fair and dedicated lawyer I have ever worked with. I don't even know where to begin. I have nothing but good praises for Noor and her ability as a lawyer. I am so thankful for her and how she has helped my family during what was such a tumultuos time. Noor has assisted me multiple times on different occasions facing my son's father in court, with issues involving custody, parenting schedules, and permission from the courts to travel and relocate with my son. I had a very complicated situation that, at one point, had me in court with my son's father in multiple states.

The best thing about Liz is that she really cares about your case. She is responsive, attentive, and encouraging. I have worked with other lawyers in the past and interaction was limited and negative. On the other hand, Liz always responds promptly; she even flew in for my second interview that was scheduled very last minute! My case had previous immigration complications that many lawyers didn’t want to take on. Liz said we should give it a try and though it was a long journey, I finally have green card in hand. She adequately prepared me for and accompanied the interview and carefully put the applications together. As a result, I didn’t even get a RFE for the case that others said would require 601A waiver. She always goes above and beyond and you can be assured you are taken care of. I can’t recommend her enough!
