We knew we needed to get our estate in order after some family experiences. We had no idea where to go to for help until we found Danielle and Pierce Legal. It was the best experience for us. From the start, when you walk in the staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at home. During our consultation Danielle made everything easy and understandable. She used a white dry board to draw "pictures" to illustrate how things should flow and how things could be set up. She gives you many variables you could use and is open to all your questions and concerns. Once all your paperworks if finalized, when you come back for your follow up appointment, you receive a binder with all your paperwork complete with a table of contents and tabs with the different groups of your needed paperwork. Pierce Legal is a wonderful place to get your affairs in order and I am so glad that I found them when I needed help. Mr. Kuchmaner is our primary attorney and has handled a wide range of things for us. He helped us negotiate some tough contracts in our commercial real estate business. In one project he helped us negotiate a purchase contract where environmental clean up was required. In another he went in front of city hall and successfully got them to vote to rezone our property. I came to Attorney DePasquale with a difficult case involving a piece of real estate that needed to be declared unliveable.
