I suffered a spine injury as the result of a T-bone car crash, the other driver at fault. We got nothing but gutter-ball offers from her insurance company. What you hear on the radio is true – the insurance companies simply will not take your case seriously until you file a suit. This is where I was glad to have Ken and his team on my side. The burden to convince a jury of my losses lies with me the plaintiff, which then requires conducting extensive research, gathering and organizing supporting documents. After Ken submitted all of this material during the pre-trial discovery the insurance company decided to make a reasonable settlement offer.

I have recently completed a very important legal matter with the support of the Law Office of James Newell.
I needed to get a legal easement agreement created in order to legally access my property which is at the end of a private access road that passes through multiple neighboring properties.
Over the course of about a year James, with his legal experience and knowledge, guided me through the proper steps and necessary tasks to complete an easement agreement with my neighbors, in order for me to obtain legal access to my property.
There were a number of setbacks during the process and James was always ready to offer insight, possible alternatives and solutions, and ultimately my legal matter was resolved, which is what matters most. I have known Adam Beckman for about 15 years. 12 years ago he represented me in a challenging situation and produced great results. Adam is very straightforward, a "No beat around the bush" type of lawyer. He is very thorough when explaining to a client what the options are and how to get those results. I met Carl through a mutual friend. I have needed to put together my will, etc... for several years, and have procrastinated long enough. Carl took all my information, asked all the right questions, explained to me what I could and could not do, and was helpful through the whole process.
Having things ( possessions as well as family) spread out across the country, this was far from simple. He made the appropriate contacts in the other states, to take care of everything I needed legally, and at a reasonable price.

Our family has had several occasions to use the services of David Kirch and Emily Bowman. Mr. Kirch created wills for our blended family that solved the somewhat complicated issues of “yours, mine and ours.” Ms. Bowman updated my late mother’s will. Moreover, Jack managed to achieve an outcome I did not even foresee as a possibility. I gave him little to work with, seeing as I was lost and confused myself with a 5 year outstanding traffic violation. I had no idea where to begin, let alone where we would end up.

We had a case that was being handled by another firm and just before trial we were told that there was a conflict..... Thankfully we were referred to John Case and he took on our case though it was a tough situation pushed through all the obstacles and got a final resolution to a very emotional and stressful ordeal, from an injury sustained and no one would come forward even though there were plenty of witnesses, he and his investigators stayed diligent and sent the message that got this case resolved with the best results that could be had. we are very greatful to him for all his hard work!

I recently used Skulborstad for a divorce proceeding. Jarrod, Maren, and Mikayla all were wonderful resources.
