I hired Alan Feldman to represent me in a dispute over my minority shareholder rights and buyout of my stock from my former company which I was the President-CEO. I first met Mr Feldman when he represented a client that my former company had a contractual dispute with. Alan Feldman was tenacious, unrelenting and impressive in his pursuit of winning the case for his client, which he did. I would highly recommend Jeff Colerick as the attorney to call in Colorado Springs. I was in a car accident with my three children last year and suffered injuries to my back and neck and we all had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. The insurance companies were impossible. A friend recommended I call Jeff. He took my case seriously and was persistent and kept me informed. He ultimately got a settlement for myself and for each of my children that was more than I even expected. We are grateful for his help.

Ron was a lifelong, personal friend of my husband who passed away in March of 2020. He became a very special friend of mine. I was at a loss at the mere shock of my husband’s unexpected and sudden death. Ron helped me wade through my husband’s Trust and all of the responsibilities that I found myself having to deal with. I have known Ron Brotzman for over 20 years and during that time he has handled a number of different legal matters for me. He is very knowledgeable about many facets of the law, especially in dealing with wills, trusts, and family law. He worked with my mother and myself in rewriting our wills and living wills, durable and medical Powers of Attorney, and Revocable Trusts. He gave us a variety of options as to how these could be set up and gave us his advice on what would be the best way and told us why. My wife and I hired Mr. Damschen to defend us against a complicated lawsuit filed against us by a reckless and negligent hardwood flooring contractor. Mr. Damschen initially provided us with free phone consultations and then we hired him to represent us.
Mr. Damschen is personable, cordial and easy to speak with as he does well to translate legal jargon into common English. He was always well prepared and did considerable research to stay on top of the case.
He was successful in getting a number of claims against us withdrawn or dismissed and ultimately put us in a good situation to address the true matter at hand which was complicated by the contractor's frivolous claims.
In the end Mr. Damschen was able to get us in a position to make a very reasonable settlement offer to avoid further legal costs.
We would highly recommend Mr. Damschen to anyone who is dealing with a construction defect or a contract dispute.

Darrell did an exceptional job of determining all that would be required and making contacts with all necessary players. He kept several of our people in the loop not just me. He guided the proper funds resources needed for the bidding process. He acted as our representative in the bidding process at the county office. He made sure all of the necessary paperwork was filed with the county. He checked to be sure that the transaction became finalized after the necessary waiting period. He secured the information needed to gain access to the property after the transaction was final. Everything that Darrell did was outstanding and clear and with the necessary detail. He made all of the required decisions that could have been a source of unnecessary work for us as client. I highly recommend Darrell to anyone seeking legal guidance. I retained Mr. Elmore after about a year of failed attempts at handling my home loan modification, on my own. I was facing foreclosure and was feeling a bit misled and somewhat bullied by my mortgage company. I had previously attempted to retain a different lawyer, who informed me that it was hopeless and furthermore she was amazed that I was still in my home. On a friend's referral, I called Mr. Elmore. Right from the start he was very confident, which I needed, as well as informative. He detailed what the process would entail, including my resposibilites and a timeline. Along the way I chose to file bankruptcy, which he had initially informed me was an option available to me. The banckruptcy and loan modification were both successful and I'm sleeping soundly again. There were no surprises along the way and his fee was perfectly reasonable. I'm more than happy with Kevin Elmore.

Mark did a great job with my motorcycle accident. We didn't have to pay back my health insurer anything and all my medical bills were paid. After a short law suit we settled for over 300k. The insurer offered me almost nothing before I hired Mark. He earned every part of his fee and then some.

Suzanne helped me with my divorce last year. She is professional, sharp, and extremely effective. I was able to keep my retirement accounts because she pointed out that my ex and I had always kept our accounts separate from day 1 of the marriage, and that I should be able to retain my own accounts. The judge accepted this and signed off on it, and I feel safe and financially secure as a result.
As contentious as divorce can be, she helped keep everything fair and civil. She is a wonderful person who wants to help.

It is a pleasure to compliment the legal work that Susanne Ewy has done for me.
At 92 years of age my ability to deal with Boulder (Colorado) County authorities is quite limited. When I received notice this year that my home valuation had just risen by 50% I was shocked. This meant my home real estate taxes would also rise by this same 50% amount!
Boulder (Colorado) County displayed “comparable” nearby home properties that had recently sold as justification despite the significant differences in comparisons. I engaged Suzanne Ewy to help me deal with Boulder County over this gross exaggeration.
She developed a plan, gathered materials, both statistical and visual, and, within the County-stated strict limitations, delivered my request for re-evaluation. She prepared, I think, about forty-five pages of information for the County.
The County Assessor rejected her request for re-evaluation completely, requiring her to file an appeal and appear before the Board of Equalization. She prepared me for that virtual hearing, making sure that I could hear and understand the proceedings.
Long story shortened, the BOE granted me the totality of my evaluation amount – the entire reduction of 50%. Virtually unheard of in this county. This will result in a reasonable tax amount that will have an immediate and a long-term effect on this aging citizen who has paid Boulder real estate taxes since about 1970.
My many thanks and admiration for her reasoned and effective work is unbounded.

Mr. Atkinson represented me for a rental property management negligence case in which I was trying to recover damages done to my rental unit by a water leak from the unit above mine. The case went to trial with a 6-member jury and several witnesses. In the end, we did not prevail, but I do believe Mr. Atkinson did the best that could be done under the circumstances. I went in to the appointment with Mr. Shaw, and was a nervous wreck. I knew in my heart I had a great case, but just the stress of knowing someone out there wants to sue is very stressful. Michael Turner Field demonstrated excellence in every area of his service as my attorney in an employment law case.
My case recently went to trial in 2015 but was begun in late 2011. As a client waiting and hoping for a favorable resolution I was not familiar with the legal process or how to manage the costs associated with a case. I was very nervous and unsure about taking legal action. I was referred to a colleague of Michael's and Michael came to my case when my this colleague left the legal firm. I was concerned about changing attorneys but Michael picked up my case very smoothly and he demonstrated attention to every important detail throughout my case. Hi,
I strongly recommend this lawyer because Mr. Turner Field has certain qualities which we don't generally see in attorneys like responsiveness , very thorough and toy feel confident. Mr. Turner recently helped me in one of the uncommon case "abuse of process" and he went thoroughly and made the well written pleading. He was very good in guiding me as per the laws and rules in CO jurisdiction.
Secondly, he was very- very flexible in all aspects when you take other attorneys views, your payment plan , your monthly invoices and even any criticism.
I felt this lawyer was very cool and listen to you patiently rather than other who just wanted to do thing in their own way but Attorney Turner is different from them.

I first consulted with Attorney Kimberly Alderman regarding possible cancellation of a Timeshare Services Agreement, based upon the company’s failure to comply with its obligations. I asked her two questions: Did I have a valid reason for cancellation and, if so, what was her fee to help me do so. She asked me to tell her more about it and quietly listened to my tale. I was shocked when, instead of answering either of my questions, Kimberly had skillfully reassessed the situation and replied that she believed I was a victim of a fraudulent scam and was worried that I would not be able to recoup the charges I had paid the deceitful company to release me from the timeshare!
With kindness and compassion, Kimberly showed more concern for MY well being than for HER firm’s business. Such an amazing person and an absolute Godsend!!! At no cost to me, after calming me down from my overwhelm, she counseled Me to immediately report the matter to my credit card company, and said that SHE would advise the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the Pikes Peak Elder Justice Center of my situation. Fast forward two weeks: My credit card company completed its own fraud investigation and refunded the entire $9600 to my account!!! Kudos to Kimberly for coming to my rescue!
