Mr. Arant helped both my husband and out in Bankrupcy Court. We were so much in debt not just with taxes, medical bills, credit cards, but with a lawsuit that was financially putting a toll on us. Helped my mom with her divorce. I'm not sure what all the detailes were, but one day she took me in with her so I can see what it's like to talk to a lawyer. He was super nice, and treated me like an adult. He let me look over some paperwork and explained to me what different things ment. His office seemed to run smoothly, and I know her handled her divorce in an effiecient way.

Bill is an excellent attorney who helped me through a high-conflict divorce with his strategic and calm approach. He is very patient and thinks before he reacts. He never leaves you guessing and openly shares information he receives from the other attorney's involved. Bill was a great help and resource after my divorce as my ex-wife wanted to fight me on everything for our son. He takes his time to make sure he has every resource available for him to review and makes sure he helps make the right choice in your case.
This case was a long one and Bill kept me update on any communications that came from the other attorney. We always worked through what I was requesting and making sure every detail was covered before it was filed with the court. My ex-wife used two attorney's to help fight against what I was wanting for our son. Bill is very reasonable when he has open communication with other attorneys.
In the end... Bill being very calm and patient helped grant what I was trying to get for my son
I would recommend Bill any time and would use him again in the future if I ever need it. At least sit down with him so he understands what your direction is.

I had a free consultation with James Tienken. He was very helpful and kind. He was very timely in responding to my request for a consultation, during the time frame I requested. I agree with the last reviewer who stated he is knowledgable and efficient. In the short amount of time we spoke, he answered many of my questions and provided me clear direction on how to proceed with regard to real estate properties and small business planning. At 1st glance, my case was simple. Mom VS dad fighting over custody of our son.
But when you started to look deeper, you would find that this was anything but a simple case.
Key points, I am a naturalized American citizen born and raised in South Korea, my ex and I met and were married and divorced in Korea while he was stationed there with the US Army. When the divorce was finalized (without a parenting plan due to some conflicts between Korean and American law) , our son was living in Colorado with his paternal grandparents against my wishes. Shortly after the divorce I moved from Korea to WA state and my ex was relocated by the Army to Kansas State.
Once I established residency in WA I filed by proxy with Megan Kahn for custody of my son after my ex and his family continued to deny me all contact with my son.
As soon as the case was opened the grandparent's hired a lawyer and joined the case as intervenors. This brought the case up to 3 parties involved.
So to sum up; Divorced with no parenting plan, 2 countries, 3 states, 3 parties and the US Army
With all those factors; I couldn't have hoped for better legal counsel than Megan Kahn.
She was very compassionate, informative, patient (I have a thick accent and it can be difficult to communicate over the phone) and never failed to make me feel like I was family and that she truly cared.
Our day in court couldn't have gone better, thanks to Mrs. Kahn's guidance, a situation that could have been terrifying was still scary but I felt better emotionally prepared for it than I thought possible. And her performance was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for
To sum up, anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position to need legal counsel, will never regret hiring Megan.

A more diligent and trustworthy lawyer, I could not have asked for. I have just completed a highly contested case that the opposing council kept trying to delay. After false promises from opposing council of mediation and settlement negotiations, Megan wisely advised me that we’d need to proceed to trial. With the health of my son, and the future of my parenting involvement with him at stake, Megan focused my energy on obtaining positive results from our trial. She expertly advised me on tasks that kept me on schedule and strengthened our position. Aware of the benefits and risks, we headed to trial.
Her calm courtroom demeanour is quickly apparent. She was intimately familiar with the case and never asked a question without knowing the reply, or the result of the question. She expertly crafted her line of questioning to present evidence to the judge without risk of objection. Our position was tightly woven leaving the opposing council no room to attack and leaving the judge a clear picture of our stance on major topics. Her reasoning and tact was focused and determined.
On redirect, Megan quickly exposed the holes in opposing council’s arguments and rendered many of their points untenable. Her line of questioning was clever and effective in eliciting the needed responses from the other party without provoking hostility. It was very effective in exposing the other party’s faulty reasoning to the judge.
I could not give Megan Kahn a higher recommendation. She has helped set up a foundation with my parenting schedule that will endure the test of time, avoiding future court cases. She was instrumental in the overall success of the case.

Mr Morris took my case when 3 other attorneys turned me away. He listened to me got the whole picture and then fought a long fight by my side for over 2 years. In the end we went to trial and Mr Morris was unbelievable. He had foreseen everything that came our way and was prepared to take it all on and come out on top. He was composed, professional and picked the opposition apart in a way that I cannot even do justice with an explanation. In the end the case went to the jury and we won outright. Attorney Morris, from the very first consultation forward showed absolute full understanding and "getting the whole picture" of the case in hand. He also honestly showed he cared for our best interest - not just taking the case for "taking the case" -type like many attorneys do, unfortunately! He reigned us in sometimes when needed, he reasoned the best outcome from looking in for our best decision along the way from the law's point of view. His arguments and briefs submitted to the court were sound and bulletproof with much thought and knowledge of the law put into them. Furthermore, he was ALWAYS available to discuss and answer our questions, unlike again, so many other attorneys are not. Billing ; fair and honest as well. It was refreshing to find an attorney like Ken Morris is !

Mark Nelson represented a number of homeowners in a construction defect case that we were part of. Mark, or one of his staff members, was always prompt in his responses when we had questions for him. He is personable and his staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Mark was not overly informative or involved in the time leading up to our arbitration, but had our case well laid out. He proved our case exceptionally well and was actually enjoyable to watch in action. He had a response for every objection from the other lawyers and knew why he asked the questions he did. He always cited prior court cases and statutes to back up his legal opinions.
Mark listened to our concerns and responded appropriately. He did not always provide good news, but he was honest and straightforward with answers to our questions. Even when he did not have good news to provide to us, he had a game plan to counteract it. I appreciated his honesty with us and not sugar coating the bad stuff. He did not lead us to believe that everything would go our way and kept us grounded in reality.
I would definitely recommend Mark to any of my friends and family and am confident that he will provide the best representation possible.

Mike represented me in an insurance matter that was brought on by a presumed multiple PHd attorney. Mike was so well prepared the litigation once presented in court was hopeless. It was most interesting to see the opposition reduced to foolish rhetoric and admonished by the judge. I should have countersued but I find all of this unpleasant and non productive to a healthy society.
I would trust Mike to defend my children if need be. He means business without the hyperbole.
