After realizing damages from a Colorado transaction, I sought legal advice from several local attorneys and was discouraged from pursuing a legal remedy due to the difficulty of recovery in similar cases.

Brian is the best! My former employer really went after me, saying all sorts on untruths that sounded terrible and made me look like villain. I was anxious and stressed but Brian couldn't have been more comforting and knowledgable. We won the appeal and I'm very sure I would not have on my own. Brian does have the most calming, professional and kind demeanor. He's the best at what he does and I couldn't believe that I could also afford his services as I am hurting so much financially.

On behalf of my wife and myself, we thank Brian enough from the bottom of our hearts for the work he did in getting us the insurance company coverage for our legal battle. It was truly a miracle to us. I don't know how you did it but I am not going to question it either. After reading our policy over and over we could see no way possible that the insurance company would give us any coverage for any reason. Yet Brian found a way.
We will forever be grateful to Brian for his efforts as he probably saved us from a life of poverty in our retirement years. Thanks is just not good enough but I don't have the words to express it any better. So... Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Brian!

Mr. Edwards worked for the Silverton School District’s from 2010-2013 as he assisted in the management of a major restoration of our historic school building and gym. He adeptly and competently helped to manage a complex, multi year, $12 million project that involved multiple governmental agencies and a multitude of conflicting mandates and regulations. He regularly negotiated various state and federal level regulations and requirements that were in conflict with one another and worked to find solutions that were acceptable to all parties. He was adapt at keeping meetings focused on the critical issues and he developed strong, respectful working relationships with representatives from multiple agencies. Mr. Edwards paid attention to details in all aspects of the project including conversations, collaborations, supervision, budgets, and RFPs. The project was finished on time, under budget, and every single penny was accounted for. In addition, he did an outstanding job managing the immense amount of paperwork and documentation that was required, adeptly using systems to track and document all aspects of the project. I feel Mr. Petis did all he could do for me. He got the case after I had received a settlement letter from my accident. He worked with my Dr. and the insurance company to try and get more of my expenses covered. We got a final offer that did not cover all my medical expenses. He worked with the Dr. and did not take any commission on the case to get my bills paid and give me a little for my time and discomfort. I appreciated that very much. I would definitely recommend him to others and use him again if the need would arise.

I truly believe hiring petis was the best decision. Petis understands the complexity of the situation and the personal struggles. The only critique I have is imforming the client more often about the cases time line and progress throughout the process. I feel hiring petis as your representation is a wise decision because he is an ethical and honest attorney. If I had to refer someone I would recommend petis. Lastly, I would hire petis again, if I needed a personal injury lawyer.
