Terrell spoke with me for 30 minutes and even though he decided to not take on my case he was more helpful then anyone else I’ve spoken to. Terrell listened to my story and let me dive into the details I wanted and then gave me his advise while informing me of how different things work in the system. I could not recommend this practice more! Aaron Pembleton and Kathy Tate were so helpful through such a terrible point in my life. I called for a consultation, and Mr Garcia was very rude on the phone, I actually asked if I was bothering him by inquiring, as he was very short and not responding, lots of awkward silence in the whole 5 min phone call, and then I just said I would contact another firm and he replied 'do that' and hung up. Wouldn't recommended. Disappointing as he was recommended to me by a friend.

Mr Garcia handled my first family case for me in which I was facing losing my kids due to false allegations. Mr. Garcia protected my rights as a parent and the case went in my favor. Michael was very direct and straightforward regarding my situation. I did not have to repeatedly try and get updates from Mr. Garcia. I gave him anything I could to help him in my case, continued on in my day to day tasks while having trust and remaining patient. My case was over with the results I wanted before the judge even heard my case. I then looked to Mr. Garcia to represent me in another family law case. When I arrived I was more than 5 hours late for our scheduled appointment however Mr. Garcia still managed to fit us in his schedule. My experience when using other attorneys was that they make you feel as you need them only because they want your money. Mr. Garcia did exactly opposite. He literally reenacted the court process as if we were in the court room with the judge himself. He explained to me the correct terminology, how to file paperwork, how to present my case as well as told me what to expect from her attorney and how to protect myself against the things he would do or say. After leaving his office I really felt as I could handle the case alone however I felt it's best to leave that to someone experienced. Mr. Garcia's rates are a little higher than others, however the cost for reassurance and results is little compared to the relationship between me and my children. I would highly recommend Mr. Garcia to others as well as use him for any other family court issues.

As a business owner they tell you that your CPA and Attorney are your best friends. While I'm still learning and growing everyday, this firm has quickly become my legal team. They've supported me through everything from drafting and enforcing Operating Agreements, to purchasing business/entities, navigating hostile partnerships, and providing legal defense in frivolous employment disagreements.
I would not be where I am today without the specific support from Paul Kloster and Chris Wilhelmi.
Chris helped me navigate a 2.5yr legal battle with a disgruntled former employee. The case concluded with the opposing counsel dropping the case, firing two associate attorneys, and paying their own legal expenses. In the end, I didn't pay a dime to anyone other than my own legal team.
Paul has supervised and counseled me on numerous entity acquisitions and business dealings. One example was where a partner turned hostile and was willing to drive a real estate acquisition into default. We were able to remove the partner and secure their shares well below market rate which allowed me to save the deal. I would not have been able to do any of this without Paul's guidance.
All of this to say, if you're a business owner looking for a firm that knows their stuff and is able to navigate everything you might face, these guys have been invaluable to me. While their fees are respectable, they have always kept their word, and at times waived menial expenses on my behalf. As a small business owner, I put my stamp on Paul, Chris, and this firm.

Worse experience I have ever had. I do not recommend or trust him. He charged me $1,500 for a simple will and when I asked him to modify a simple change he asked me for anther $1,400 or he will drop me as a client. And he did.

Mr. Tolbert was recommended to me by the CEO and Co-Founder and one of the most prestigious Cyber Security companies in America, Mike Fleck. Given the circles in which Mr. Tolbert is affiliated I knew to expect good things from him once I made the decision to take him under retainer. That is not why I am writing this review. Mr. Tolbert surprised me, even with the high expectations I held, with how he took such scrupulous measures to insure I was well cared for. At our first meeting he provided me his personal cell phone number and told me to call him directly if I had any questions; no need to keep me waiting for his secretary to forward the call, he said. Not even half a day after our first meeting Mr. Telbert had an resolution to my Real Estate needs planned and had communicated with the Real Estate Agency I was at odds with. Less then one week later the issue had been resolved. I did not know this was a quick turnaround. My wife on the other hand, who works in the mortgage industry, was astounded Mr. Tolbert could push the paperwork so quickly. Even after the paperwork had been finalized Mr. Tolbert and his office contacted me on a couple different occasions to ensure I had all my questions answered and to assure me they were ready, willing, and able to assist me with my Real Estate legal needs again if I needed them. When you need clear and concise answers from lawyer with real heart in the matter; hire Simon Tolbert.

I had the privilege of working with Mr. Tolbert last Summer when he helped me with an employment contract issue that I was having. He went above and beyond to explain to me what my options were and ended up getting me out of a potentially complicated lawsuit. He was very professional, reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. He clearly explained everything from the documents he wrote up to how I was going to be billed. Everything he did was more than fair and I don't regret following his advice for any step of that process. DISREGARD THE FAKE 5-STAR RATINGS!
Using CKBR was the worst decision me and my company ever made. They padded our case (and billing) with incompetent, loaf lawyers and charged for unauthorized work. One of their inexperienced, newbie attorneys attended meetings for no reason other than to pad fees, (mis)stated and exaggerated a legal position pivotal to our case. The lead attorney was borderline infirm and could barely track meetings (in-person or by phone) and would often arrive late, disheveled, and distracted by his Apple watch. CKBR talks big, bills big, but delivers small. They encouraged legal action against every party, but as our case progressed it was evident, CKBR would be the only beneficiary. We (and you) were a cash cow for their struggling firm, but too far along to halt the case. (Thankfully Google reviews can help others from suffering a similar fate.) Certain attorneys from this firm should be disbarred and reported to the bar association. There is a reason they downsized their offices—their incompetence proceeds them!

Ms. Goodbody's services as a Child Legal Representative can be bought. She is corrupt, unprofessional and doesn't give a rat's a.. about the children involved. She will conduct ex parte communications during a legal proceeding (which is illegal) and she will lie during court proceedings, if it suits the party that's paying her. Keep yourself and your children as far away from her as you possibly can.

I personally worked with Joe and I have to say that he is down-to-earth, and easy to get along with. He is trustworthy. If you have a problem, you can bet he will try his best to solve it for you to your satisfaction.
He has excellent writing, analytical, and research skills. If Joe doesn't have the answer, he knows how to find it.

I hired Attorney Matt Patton in July of 2023 to help me with my divorce. From the very first moment I met Matt, he was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he made me feel supported, empowered, understood, and at ease. What should have taken a few months to process took over a year because of things outside both of our control. Matt was there for me every step of the way and felt my frustrations as his own. He did everything in his power to get this handled for me quickly and efficiently.
Throughout, Matt was communicative, kind, and represented me with integrity and grit.
