When my husband passed away and I needed an attorney in CT, I was recommended to Attorney John Drapp. I thought it would be difficult because I live in Florida. Attorney Drapp was responsive, kept me well informed of the probate process, helped me by filling out forms that to me were not as easy to understand with all the law lingo. He not only helped me get my husbands estate through probate quickly and efficiently but also recommended another attorney I had to hire to get tenants out of the estate and recommended a realtor that helped sell the house within 3 days after we received approval! I am so grateful to Attorney John Drapp! He also addressed emails all times day and night so I always felt even though we didn’t meet, he had my back. I didn’t think I’d need a lawyer when my injury 1st happened but I found out quickly that workman’s comp was going to take advantage of my situation and injury from day 1 and look for a way to play down my injury and not get me the therapy I needed to recover. I was getting multiple harassing phone calls from different adjusters all hours of the day as early as 5am and I reached out to Bill’s office to get advice and his staff was quick and responsive. He uncovered that my employer had never reported my injury and helped me with my case right away and help me get doctors appointments. The office handled the workman’s comp issues that constantly arose for the entire length of my case. Going with Bill and Jeanette was the best decision I had ever made and they were always helpful, explained everything and always worked on my behalf till the end , They returned emails and phone calls and were always in constant communication with me.
