This is my story, In 2016 I started my journey at nursing school at Stone Academy in the evening program. I encountered many delays during this time, I finally graduated in the year 2020 instead of 2019. I have been trying to pass my NCLEX from November 2020 until January 2024, I passed. I felt accomplished and all congrats were in order. I applied for a job went through the process but my license keep saying pending on DPH website. I called the Board of Nursing and the person who answered the phone informed me that my license will not granted until they receive an updated transcript that I graduated from this institution as the one they have on file said withdrawn. The emotions were high when I heard these words my response was how could you have sent me ATT to write my boards for the past 3 years? The backlash was awful, detached and no empathy. She did refer me to call OHE ( Office of Higher Education) to find out if they have the transcript but they did not! Long story short….OHE put me on a list to request an official transcript from Stone Academy, this school stop existing in 2022 and currently have lawsuits. I decided to higher a Lawyer, I called Keily Mira Law Firm and was connected to Jon. I went in the office, I explained my case but he never had a case like mine. He got the understanding and decided to take my case, he was also hitting close doors! I gave him all the information for him to work with, when I thought getting a Lawyer would perform a miracle, I felt frustrated and overwhelmed. Jon reminded me that he is working on my behalf and he is my ADVOCATE, I would have to be patient because it wasn’t an easy task. OHE placed my name on a list to receive my official transcript, even though a copy was sent wouldn’t be enough, on 2/20/2024. I emailed OHE 2 weeks ago to find out if there were any updates the person responded to me yesterday 4/18/2024 “as of right now there hasn’t been any updates and I have escalated your case”. I forgot to forward this email to Jon yesterday, I was rushing to work. While I was at work yesterday my phone rang and I saw that the call was coming from Jon’s Office. He was excited too, He said your license is in your inbox, I was thinking this is too good to be true but he kept saying it. I started crying on the phone, He insist I check and so I did. I couldn’t see from my eyes being filled with tears. I said where is it coming from and he told me and I saw it! Awwwwh what a relief Jon has been working behind the scenes while I was being patient, Jon was definitely my advocate! I am forever grateful, I am now moving forward with my life to make a better living for myself and my family. I cannot thank you enough! You didn’t turn me away. Thank you! Thank you!

Atty Nobleman was wonderful to me and my family. It came as quite a surprise when I called the office last year (?) to ask a question (since she is/was executor of my parents’ will) and learned she was retired. I received no notice and the lawyer that finally called me back was very unhelpful and rude. I have dealt with this law firm for over 25 years and found them to be very professional and helpful in the past. Very confused by my latest encounter. Maybe just a bad day….

Never in my life did I think I would need to hire an attorney for anything besides maybe setting up a will/buying a house, but after a work injury, I found myself being referred to Attorney Montalbano by my physician. That was the first indication of how highly thought of Attorney Montalbano and his team are and I could not be more pleased to have him represent me through my worker’s compensation fight. I knew nothing about what I was up against going back and forth with an adjuster until finally enough was enough and I called Attorney Montalbano. He took my call, immediately informed me what was happening and why, and I knew he was going to take care of my case and me as if I was a family friend or a relative. He’s explained every single step, he’s told me what to anticipate and how he’d take care of things. I really am extremely thankful to have him and his team in my corner. He’s a fighter and doesn’t mind getting tough when needed but what I respect the most is he does try the diplomatic way first. And what I respect even more is how patient he is with me. This could be his 10,000th case I don’t know but it’s the only time I’ve had to deal with this and I’ve never once felt like a question was too dumb or afraid to ask for explanation on something. If that’s not enough I know he’s been so caring throughout this journey concerned about how this is on not just me but my family as well. He even checked in on me post op even during a time when he’s not being compensated. He’s a fantastic attorney and an excellent advocate you must reach out to should you need any legal advice/referral.

I hired Attorney Montalbano after a work related injury. Workman’s Compensation was quick to deny my claims and offer minimal medical treatment. One phone call to Attorney Montalbano quickly changed that. I was immediately set up with specialist to treat my injury at no cost. Attorney Montalbano also get me reimbursed for all my travel expenses to and from my doctors appointments and a cash settlement that was more than double what I was expecting. Was conservator for my great aunt that has since passed. (2018) Would not recommend Nancy Tonucci to anyone looking for an elder care attorney. She was disrespectful to my mother at such a sad time. We should have researched more when looking for an attorney to handle my great aunt’s assets.

We went to Patrick for a will and I have to let everyone know that he went above and beyond. He pointed out issues that we needed to know about and he helped us find the information. Anytime we had any questions we called him. In fact, he helped us with the home we purchased making sure we understood what we were signing for. We consider Patrick someone that will go out of his way to help us in any decisions we have to make. He told me he is into elder law and he is but we also found a person that can be trusted and there for you. I have told my friends and family if you need someone I found just the person.
