I call after 7pm and she answer her ph. She gave me her full attention and answered every question I had. And she even took the time to explain it all to me step my step. My landlord has been giving me a very hard time with repairs and even a written contract for a new lease and a lease increase. She explained my rights as a tenant and what is best for me to do. Jen and Enrique treated my wife and I like family. They were available for us anytime we needed them. This included being on call the day of the appointment at the US embassy in London in the United Kingdom. My wife is British. She reported the CBP officials in the UK were so happy with her professional documentation, she was quickly moved through the embassy appointment.
We filed out of the Country for a resident visa. (Green Card). Due to current wait times, this took us a little over a year. Enrique is able to look at similar case times and provided notice in advance to set the initial expectations. He regularly followed up with updates. Filing outside of the Country still allows your spouse to work at home or come into the US on a separate approved visa or work visa. We chose this option as she already had employment with an America company.

I contacted Ms. Lopez to represent my inlaws in the sale of their home.
They are elderly and I have been helping them take care of a "For Sale by Owner". It was a struggle since the home was listed with a realtor for 6 months and the realtor lost a couple of deals through his/her incompetence but once we found a buyer, I contact Ms. Lopez and she came into action.
She was on top of the situation daily and kept me informed of the progress of the sale. Whenever there was correspondence from the buyer or their attorney, I was informed immediately.
Needless to say, the closing went smoothly, my in-laws sold their home and felt very protected having Ms. Lopez on their side.
Nice lady and you cannot go wrong having her as your legal counsel.

I am a full time real estate investor. I was introduced to Mr. Martinez by an RE agent handling the resale of a property acquired at a foreclosure auction. After purchasing several properties at auction over the years, I thought I had thoroughly researched this property prior to bidding and purchasing it. A few days prior to closing with a buyer, I received a call from their closing agent informing me there was an existing superior loan which essentially wiped out any equity I had in the property. I had invested $180,000 in this property, needless to say I was very concerned. For several days I researched on my own and visited several local attorneys who could not give me a straightforward answer on resolving this problem. When I met with Mr. Martinez he immediately went to work. Within 72 hours it had been resolved and I was ready to close! During these uncertain times, especially in the Real Estate market, I find it more or more essential to utilize a real estate during when closing on a property.
