My company needed an attorney that knew what he was doing and Bob was recommended to us. He showed his experience and knowledge from the beginning and helped us in anyway possible. It never was about money for him, it was about helping us, his client. After that, he was not only our attorney, but our friend. He helped us when we were in a jam and even took on a family member of ours when times were tough for her. What a guy ! He cares more about people than anything.

Unfortunately several years ago I found myself in need of attorney to help me with a lease issue , Mr Pasin was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped me resolve the dispute with ease. Mr. Bender was hired to carry out the eviction of a tenant who had not paid rent for several months. He was able to consult with me the very next morning after I called his office, and he fully explained the procedures to be followed as well as the timetable. The amount of his fee was reasonable and he got started on the case right away. The case was handled just as he said it would be and there were no surprises. The tenant was evicted within the time frame that Mr. Bender told me it would take. I was very pleased with Mr. Bender's legal talents and his personality. I want to add that he told me that although he was very experienced (more than thirty years) he could not guarantee or promise the result i wanted since there are many factors and circumstances that must be dealt with in each case and each case might be different from the one before or the one after. He told me that he firmly believed he could help me and he was right! The tenant was evicted within the time frame that Mr. Bender told me. Mr. Bender also told me that while he did practice in many areas, he did not do everything but that if I ever need legal work done that he did not do himself he would probably be able to refer me to someone else who could help me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an experienced attorney who explains beforehand what is going to happen, when it should happen, and the pros and cons of doing things one way compared to another.

I was a victim in an automobile accident a few yrs ago. Attorney Citron handled the case for me, and got me a settlement from Geico. In the last two years since then I have spoken with clients and friends who are attorneys and I have reviewed with them the circumstances of my accident case. Several of these attorneys have complimented Howard Citron, saying that they would not have gotten as much for me if they had handled the negotiations with Geico instead of Howard. It is nice to know that I had chosen a superb attorney, and that even Howard's peers compliment his work and accomplishments.

As a fellow South Florida lawyer, there is only a small list of lawyers that I would trust to refer clients to, and Howard's is at the very top of the list. I know that he will be there to listen to the client's needs and will fight for them from start to finish. Lawsuits are tough and you need someone who knows the ropes and will stick with you until the end. Howard is that lawyer!

I trusted this lawyer to help me, but he treated me unfairly instead. I hired this firm in May of 2021 to help me with a mold problem. They submitted the civil suit September of 2022, and was final by November 2023. This lawyer showed no compassion towards my situation, and did not fight for what was deserved. Almost 2 months after the settlement, and I still haven’t received my check. This lawyer continues to ignore my calls and he has truly made this journey horrible for me. The time lost and mental distress that this has caused me is unfair, and it hurts to know that this lawyer just doesn’t care.

In my opinion, and based on my experience Scott Gelfand was the absolute WORST attorney I have ever hired. He was very nasty, arrogant, and quite frankly unbearable to deal with. He liked to boast about how great of an attorney he is, which in my opinion was a big fat lie based on the his poor results. I felt like he thought he was a legend in his own mind. I think he really should to look into the mirror, and admit how awful of a job he did and apologize. Bottomline, in my opinion, all he cared about was moving things along slowly, so that he could charge his wasteful fee's based on his terrible results!
