Good law firm but I felt disregarded the second time around the attorney I spoke with was trying to figure out how I was with personal injury and I told him I was intubated while I was in recovery from stent placement I thought it was supposed to leave like within 2 days but I was there for 8 days in the hospital because I couldn't breathe after recovery from heart surgery AKA stent placement. Doesn't that sound like personal injury to you? But I give Thomas j Henry the four stars

HORRIBLE. My relative had an accident on city property a few years ago. This law firm was very interested. Went in for review and was told we had a very good case. But, once they found out the city contracted with a small company that poorly maintained city property, that was it. Received a letter in the mail stating :although we think you have a good case we are unable to represent you at this time. We encourage you to move forward with a different law firm. Not even a courtesy phone call. So, that means City equals big bucks and small contractor means small bucks. Larger profits over people. And that is the only thing the Thomas j Henry law firm really cares about. We trusted these people and they let us down. These are the last people you want to represent you. Find another reputable ,caring law firm. So don't patronize this law firm if you know what's good for you. Also, they know where they can stuff their free turkeys.

I was recently involved in a car accident and have been coping with injuries on top of other responsibilities and it became a bit overwhelming, so that's when I contacted C&S. My legal assistant kept me updated on my property damage as well as making sure I was taken care of with a rental while my car was in the shop. You wouldn’t need to know that, except for when you show up to your appointment at her office only to be set up with a zoom meeting. Very unprofessional. She seemed to be overwhelmed by what I needed done which was simple services she offers. She charges upward of $800 plus. For a zoom meeting. I finally received my documents and they were not completed as requested. Oh, but she cashed my check the very next day after zoom call. I did not receive my documents until 1 month later and as mentioned above, not correct. Her attitude was as if I was bothering her. Rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Be warned!!

My family used Susan Hutchinson for will preparations for my parents. After my parents passed away, my brother again hired her to take care of my mother’s estate ( my father had already passed away).
Mrs. Hutchinson divided our family within 5minutes of meeting with her. The division was beneficial to her pocket book!!
She never provided transparency to our family/heirs regarding any billing even though I asked profusely.
The cost to take care of my mother’s home and two vehicles was around 20K. This is outrageous for such simple transactions.
So , if you are looking for an estate lawyer to divide your family, cost you a fortune, and leave you without transparency for the costs, Hutchinson is your lady!!

Be very careful when dealing with attorney! Do not enter into any agreements with him verbal or written unless you are 100%. You do not want to be sued. Search his past court cases. Do research! If he does your probate planning be 100% certain he files your will, DOUBLE CHECK! If you sign anything from him or deal with him court DOUBLE READ everything! You dont want to be victim to a play on words. Everyone just be careful and watch out, may victimize people, if he feels he can gain more money. Does not have a good repuation in the Nueces Courts. Never trust this guy and never let your guard down with such a caniving attorney. Gives attorneys a bad name. Its sad
