Our business is very niche, so our legal requirements are can be complex, unusual and take time. Frank streamlines the legal process, helps us make strong Legal and Business decisions. More importantly they have help us collect on Tens of Thousands of dollars of Loss of Use revenue and damage claims.
It is nice to know that we have a Law firm that works hard for us and cares about our financial profitability. I would highly recommend Frank and his group they are simply fantastic.

I had a surprise wage garnishment happen and Frank helped me navigate the waters in verifying it was legit and facilitating a settlement. Frank is very knowledgeable with debt collection matters. I met Stephanie the day after severe car accident in February 2016. At the time I had no idea how badly I was injured . The first thing Steaphine advised me to do was be treated. I enjoy working with Allison for several reasons. She is both knowledgeable and thoughtful with her application of law. I just finished a three year custody battle with my ex-husband and throughout the three years we have become good friends. Recently, I was in the process of negotiating a business deal for my company; which involved buying the rights to use a bands song for an upcoming promotional short film. Upon reviewing the original proposed contract, Ms. Micheli pointed out it's numerous shortcomings. She believed the terms of the contract were far too unilateral in the recording artists' favor, and that the asking price for use of their composition was far too high.
Thanks to her sound advice and legal expertise, we were able to renegotiate; closing the deal with a more bilateral contract which included a far more affordable asking price. I couldn't have done it without her.

Amy immediately broke down any cynicism I had about dealing with attorneys. She did so with her professionalism, honesty and ability to communicate. She took an awkward situation and reliably made the right decisions and did what was best for me and the case. When necessary, she was quick to address "bad news" directly, but with appropriate sympathy and sincerity.
At no time did I ever feel "nickel-and-dimed" or taken advantage of. In fact, I believe she took every available opportunity to reduce the risk of unnecessary charges, maintaining concern for my budget as if it were her own. I would gladly recommend Amy and would certainly employ her services again if necessary. Deane worked with us on our son's independent adoption. There were some complications with the birth father but those were worked out in a timely and efficient manner. From the time we first met to the finalization of the adoption was 4 months. It would have been 4-6 weeks had it not been for the paternal termination of rights.
What I liked best about Deane was his communication and professionalism. Whenever I talk to friends who have adopted through agencies, they describe a long and drawn out process and inattention from lawyers and social workers. Our experience was exactly the opposite. We are very happy that Deane was referred to us and served us well.

After deciding I need to declare bankruptcy, I interviewed several different local law firms - and ultimately chose Skelton Law firm.
I met with an Associate Attorney with the Skelton Law firm - Ms. Haley Owens -- and we discussed the bankruptcy procedure, and other pertinent details.

My husband and I found Skelton Law firm, after interviewing a couple other firms that didn’t quite meet our needs. We were paired up with Haley Owens who was very wonderful, efficient, and quickly responded to our needs whenever we had questions. Owen is the first responder; he answered calls, schedules appointments, takes messages in which Haley would get back to us within the day, he was very helpful with extensive knowledge, and kind. Haley met with us for our first meeting, we went over a list of debts, and she proposed the plan and cost. We liked her so much that we retained her that day. We then we exchanged emails and phone calls until all necessary paperwork was collected, and the online courses (2) were completed. We met with Haley once more to make sure everything was correct. Then we received a date to come do a virtual court meeting. Haley helped us and another lovely woman go through the online meeting. She was so patient and easily relatable for us. We then received our finalization through the mail. She made everything understandable and simple. Susan Skelton was very helpful as well. Very kind and patient with us too. "We are extremely disappointed with the services we received from M' at Genesis. Despite having solid evidence to support our case, she advised us not to present it to the court, resulting in a prolonged and frustrating legal battle. After putting down a small retainer, M' quickly exhausted it on a single motion, followed by a bill that exceeded $800. Despite our attempts to communicate our dissatisfaction, Genesis never responded, and M' never offered an apology.
We eventually decided to represent ourselves and, contrary to her repeated warnings, successfully won full custody. The very evidence she advised us not to use was pivotal in our victory. Our experience with her was marked by condescension and a lack of attention to crucial details about our case and children. It became clear that her focus was more on financial gain than on genuinely assisting us.
I strongly advise anyone considering working with an LLT to think twice and shop around before choosing M' or Genesis. Our three-year ordeal could have been avoided with better guidance. There are many resources available, from free consultations to online legal advice, that can help you navigate the system without falling victim to costly and ineffective representation.
While M' may initially come across as competent and trustworthy, our experience suggests otherwise. We were left feeling disrespected, misled, and financially drained. I would not recommend her or Genesis to anyone seeking fair and effective legal support."

If you are in the unfortunate situation where you are in need of a family law attorney, Genesis Law is the way to go. I have never needed an attorney before, so frankly, I didn't know what to look for when I needed one. Genesis has a reputation for honesty, even ending things with clients if they find out they have been lying. My experience with Sean Moore at Genesis lived up to that reputation.
My case was a pretty complex and contested divorce (involving military benefits, four small children, a Guardian ad litem and a psychological evaluation). There were many hearings, an attempt at mediation and we eventually ended up in a 4 day long trial.
There were many delays and difficulties in this case, and Sean Moore competently dealt with all of it. The opposing side had severe, untreated mental health issues which made it difficult to anticipate what bizarre talking point would be brought up in a hearing and in trial. Sean Moore was both strategic and flexible in trial as needed in this situation.
I guess it is probably in poor taste to say someone "won" or "lost" in a divorce trial, so i'll just say that my children are now safe, i'm getting some compensation, and the other side's time with the children is severely limited until they receive and maintain mental health treatment. Thanks to Sean Moore, everything that should have rightfully happened in this case is now in effect.

Does not practice according to the law. Will skirt around and hope that no one notices what he is doing. Very shady! Gets his clients to lie just so that he can have a winning record. BEWARE! A leopard does not change their spots., especially him. He will make it seem like he is working for you and your best interest but in fact it is the complete opposite. Don't know how he got positive ratings.

odd is not only a delightful human, but an incredibly effective lawyer. I called numerous legal offices around the area after my failed efforts to deal with a very frustrating medical bill debacle and was told again and again that they couldn't help/my case wasn't one they would work on. Todd instead took the time to meet with me, discuss the facts of my case, write up several letters on my behalf, and used his legal proficiency to advocate for me in a way I can't say many others would have. He doesn't sugar-coat or build up unrealistic expectations, and wants to honestly convey the reality of the options he can pursue for you. Although Nathan got me the initial paperwork the amount of money spent was not worth it. He failed to update the judge as required. Failed to submit paperwork I requested him too. Failed to explain billing. Failed to follow the judges order. Always wanted more and more money and accomplished nothing. Then when he wanted an additional 5 to ten thousand dollars and I just paid my rearage and refurbished my escrow he dumped me claiming it was not paid in time. Not true the payment through MI billing recieved the payment the morning of the 30th. Unless you have a fat wallet and can dump tens of thousands on these guys do not use them they are all about money with no results. 20,000 dollars later I get my butt chewed by the judge because Nathan did not do his job then dumped me with nothing to show but a twenty thousand dollar debt. Now I have to redo all of the paperwork myself thanks for nothing Nathan. Over billed with no results.

Not true the payment through MI billing recieved the payment the morning of the 30th. Unless you have a fat wallet and can dump tens of thousands on these guys do not use them they are all about money with no results. 20,000 dollars later I get my butt chewed by the judge because Nathan did not do his job then dumped me with nothing to show but a twenty thousand dollar debt. Now I have to redo all of the paperwork myself thanks for nothing Nathan. Over billed with no results.
